Holly was absolutely amazing to work with! We lived an hour from the venue and could not easily make it to Holly for tastings, until Holly found out we would be at a food tasting our venue was hosting. Holly reached out to me directly and offered to sit down with us at the tasting so we would finally be able to taste her cake flavors. We absolutely loved meeting Holly and her cakes were truly delicious. We are grateful for that meeting because it resulted in us booking Holly’s Cakes for our wedding. Fast forward to the day of our wedding, everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful and delicious our cake was! We chose a different flavor for each tier and each was just even better than the previous. Our cake was absolutely perfect and better than we could have imagined. We were so happy that we chose Holly’s Cakes!

Holly did an AMAZING job with our wedding cake!! After attending a cake tasting, we decided on Stawberry Lemonade and White Raspberry. I sent her pictures of the design we wanted, and she nailed it! Our cake was perfect, beatiful, and tasted delicious!!!

Hollys did an amazing job with our Wedding Cake. They are so easy to work with. We had several samples of cake flavors to choose from and taste, it was great. We had them deliver our cake and place flowers on it the way we wanted and they also placed the topper we chose for us. Everyone loved how how beautiful the cake looked and how great it tasted. We were truly blown away by the quality and presentation of Holly's cakes! She created an amazing groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner (it looked exactly like a record player!) AND a wonderful cake for our wedding, along with scrumptious desserts! I'm so happy we chose Holly's Cakes!

My husband and I used Holly’s Cakes for our wedding. They were so professional and organized. We picked up our samples, they provided 9 different flavors. They were all so good and we ended up going with a different flavor in each tier of our cake. They even made and wrapped our anniversary cake for us. Not only was the cake delicious, but it was also beautiful. We gave them a picture from Pinterest of what we wanted our cake to look like and they got it exactly like the picture. I highly recommend using them for a worry free experience.

The desserts were one of my most looked forward to parts of my wedding day. I wanted a variety of desserts with a small cake instead of just a big cake. (I’m not the biggest cake fan) We got to pick up samples of all the cake flavors and desserts we were interested in. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the tarts and the sweet potato cake(tastes like carrot cake) They had really cute presentation also. I highly recommend for all things desserts!

Holly is a true professional, everything in the process from the tasting to the final delivery was well planned and organized to the minimal details. Holly's Cake was nothing but perfect for our wedding. We original booked Holly's Cake for our daughters birthday and once we had the cake at the birthday party . We knew she would be our cake lady forever and she did not disappoint for our wedding on 7/11/20. She was professional during our tasting and put the ideas we had onto a wedding cake.

Talk about the cake that never lasts, but in a great way! This is the cake! Our experience with Holly's cakes was delightful from the tasting to the wedding. We wanted simple but custom and she delivered! We had a 3 tier cake, and thankfully ours was saved as being the bride and groom we were to busy to eat the night of! By the end of the night, all the cake was GONE! Our guests are still talking about how amazing this cake was! Simply delicious! If you want the best cake for your wedding, this is it!

Everything was amazing! Holly and her team really know what they're doing. The tasting was enough to give us a great idea, and the photos I showed her of what we wanted was EXACTLY what we got! (Partly thanks to the florist's excellent roses, but Holly made sure they were placed with expert precision). All of our guests raved about having fresh, delicious cake - and it looked perfect too!!

Hands down Holly’s Cakes is the best! We sent her a picture of the cake we wanted and she and her team nailed it! She did not disappoint with the taste of the cake either! Very easy to work with. After meeting with her I knew I didn’t have to worry about the cake being what we expected!

I found Holly Cakes at one of the local Wedding Festivals in the Upstate. We had our meeting at their Greenville location for tasting: everything was delicious, the service was very pleasant, and the prices were right so we ordered a grooms cake we would pick up for the rehearsal dinner and a wedding cake/cupcakes we would have delivered to our venue. The flavors of everything on the days of were to die for. The strawberry lemonade cupcakes were a big hit on the wedding day. We zero complaints from our guests at either event. I will say the only thing we would say is that the placement of decorations on our grooms cake was a tad odd, but it was all eaten so no one even noticed afterwards haha.

Holly was EXTREMELY easy to work with. Made it very simple for our cake and cupcakes to be picked up by a family member. She made sure she sent everything that would be needed to make my heavy topper work. Everyone at my wedding were raving about her apple cake. Absolutely DELICIOUS!

Oh my gosh to die for cake! I had two flavors, and EVERYONE loved the cake. I can't wait for my anniversary just to try my other flavor of cake :)

So in love with Holly’s Cakes! Our cake tasted so good, and everyone said they loved it. The cake also looked so pretty; decorated with fresh flowers by Holly herself when she dropped the cake off. We cannot wait to eat our anniversary cake that she made for us in a year!

Holly's Cakes was by far the best vendor to work with that we met!! We ended up doing a variety of cupcakes (with a small 6" round cake to cut for ourselves) and every single flavor we picked was outstanding! Our guest were raving about how delicious the cupcakes were as well that they kept going back for more throughout the night! Even one of our relatives who live in Maryland mentioned to us that her cupcakes tasted better than some of the shows you might see on TLC. What we loved about Holly's Cakes was the cakes were not heavy at all, very light, and we were able to put filling in our cupcakes. Not all cake vendors are able to do this! Holly was extremely easy to work with and we had the best experience ever! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

The cake is the best I have ever tasted. Our guests were raving about the flavors, especially the sweet potato cupcakes with cream cheese icing. Holly is easy to work with and can make exactly what you want to happen take place.

Holly and her team were a pleasure to work with and great at communicating, which is so important. She understood my vision and was able to give us a bigger cake at a lower cost than all the other bakeries we visited. Not only did the cake look amazing, the taste was fantastic! All of her flavors we sampled were delicious, which made it hard to choose. Instead of taking the top tier of the cake for the anniversary cake, she makes a separate one that doesn't even come to the wedding that is well wrapped for freezing. You can pick it up after the big day. That was so convenient and great, especially since our venue lost a box of the leftover cake! I'm so glad the anniversary cake wasn't there to get lost, too! She also packed up a box of two pieces of each flavor for us to take home the wedding night, which was great since we didn't get to eat much of it at the reception.

Holly is amazing!!! We met with her, and she really got to know us and captured the vibe of our wedding perfectly. Her work is beautiful, and more importantly, delicious! Sometimes, you go to weddings and you see all of these dessert plates of half-eaten, basic crumbly white cake sitting around after the toast. At our wedding, there was not a scrap left! (Except for the to-go container Holly's team packed up for us!) The guests absolutely flipped for the cake, and got multiple slices to get to try all of the amazing, unique flavors. (Orange creamsicle?! Yes!) You can't go wrong with Holly!

Holly's Cakes LLC was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly talented, and she was by far one of the most friendly vendors we worked with. We ordered our groom's cake and wedding cake from her, and they both looked and tasted PHENOMENAL! I had multiple people wanting seconds and even thirds! I was married to my bestfriend on 9/20/14 in Anderson, SC at the Anderson Arts Center. I used Holly's Cakes for my wedding cake with a 200 cupcake set up plus a small round cake for my husband & I to cut...It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & not your ordinary cupcake setup! ELEGANT, DIFFERENT, & BEAUTIFUL!!

Holly was great to work with! The tasting and design process is so much fun and you get to see an actual drawing of what your cake will look like. Ladies, have an idea of what you want BEFORE you meet with Holly, because she is so talented, you can have whatever you want, but don't be overwhelmed by all of the pictures of past cakes that she has done. Our cake was super moist and everyone raved about how good it was! We had the strawberry lemonade cake and it was to die for! The cake was not only beautiful to look at, but was tasty too - can't say that about a lot of wedding cakes. On Monday when I took the stand back, I was given the anniversary cake all nicely wrapped and sealed, ready for the freezer - no having to wrap that up at the reception. I highly recommend Holly's cakes for any event! My niece is having a baby soon and Holly will be doing the cake for the shower!

We did not know exactly what we wanted but knew we wanted something different. Holly, was able to come up with a sketch after talking with us briefly. Everyone at the wedding kept asking where's the cake and did not realize what they were looking at WAS the cake. The cake tasted delicious and was absolutely amazing!!

Holly's Cakes was perfect from beginning to end. I must admit that I did not care about having a nice cake, but boy did a taste test with Holly change my mind. Our meeting with Holly was professional and comfortable. She had tons of ideas and was respective of our budget requirements. We were able to get 5 flavors between our cake and cupcakes so that every guests favorite flavor would be available. On wedding day, Holly was on time and easy to work with. The cake looked exactly like I had envisioned and seriously could not have been more delicious. I can say without question that it was the best cake I have ever had at a wedding. Holly was one of the first notes I wrote after the wedding to send my utmost appreciation for adding yet another perfect piece to my big day. She's the best.

Holly's cakes were the most easy and professional company of all my vendors for the whole wedding. I met with Holly and told her what I wanted and I didn't have to do anything else. All correspondence was initiated by them which was very organized and thorough. The most important part is her cakes are delicious!! Not just pretty (which they are), but delicious!! She is an amazing artist and was able to match my dress to the wedding cake. She also created the USC stadium for our rehearsal dinner. As well as looking beautiful, everyone raved about how incredible the cake tasted. She always emailed me back within a day and was very flexible when I had to change cake details due to an expanding guest list. We sampled Holly's Cakes at a wedding expo. From the sample booklet of previous weddings to the variety of flavors we sampled, Holly makes beautiful and absolutely delicious wedding cake! We decided on cupcakes with a ceremony cake in four different flavors, all fantastic. My favorite was the sweet potato with cinnamon icing! She helped us design each cupcake with each flavor having a different design, and created a beautiful fondant Celtic design for our ceremony cake. She even made us an anniversary cake at no extra cost.

Holly's Cakes are the best! We had nothing but great service from the first time my husband & I went to sample cakes and she drew up my dream cake wrapped in diamonds! If you want a cake that tastes as good as it smells than her cakes are for you.

I personally love having an anniversary cake in the freezer that doesn't even make it to the reception so that you don't have to worry about your anniversary layer getting eaten! Every girl dreams of her wedding day. From the dress to the cake, everything should be absolutely perfect. I can honestly say that Holly succeeded perfection with our wedding cake. The cake decoration was influenced by my wedding dress and Holly went above and beyond to make sure it was just right. We went with a sweet potato cake with cream cheese icing. AMAZING!! Our guest are still raving about it. We actually ran out of cake because people were having two slices. The outside was breath taking and the inside was beyond delicious. That is VERY hard to find. From now on, we will use Holly for any special occasion we have. She is the sweetest person, very easy to work with and will wow everyone in attendance at your event. Her prices are very reasonable as well. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Use her, you won't regret it! :-)

We went to meet with Holly about the cake. I describe to her what I had in mind and the Colors of my wedding. About 10 mints later she had drawn up the cake I wanted. I was so amazed!! There it was on paper!! She has the moistest cakes ever. And the icing, oh the icing!!! It's to die for! I have been calling upon Holly for several years now for my sons birthdays! And then it was my turn!!! Everything was perfect. She was so awesome with everything! I would recommend her to everyone I know!! You can not go wrong with Hollys cakes!!

Not only was my cake beautiful on the outside, it was delicious and moist on the inside. Each layer had a different flavor and filling. Holly's cakes are perfect! Holly does amazing work! I LOVED both of the cakes! She did our grooms cake and our wedding cake! I showed her a few pictures and she incorporated what I wanted from each picture into the cake so well. On top of that, it tasted amazing! I will be using her again in the future!

Holly is a master mind of cakes. When we went for our cake tasting, she showed us some pictures of past cakes she had done, but encouraged me not to pick one that I liked. Instead she said, pick aspects of several cakes that you like. After awhile of browsing, she took all the aspects of the cakes I liked, and drew us our own wedding cake!! It was absolutely incredible on the wedding day and fit everything else perfectly. On top of all that, it tasted AMAZING! I would highly recommend Holly's Cake's for a wedding cake truely original and delicious! We served about 115 people with the cake and the price was a great price.

I will never ever use another baker for any event. Our wedding cake and grooms cake were amazing. Beautiful, creative, and best of all, delicious! I still have guests raving about how amazing our cake was. Holly's did an amazing job, so sweet to work with, and we couldn't have been happier. After visiting two other bakeries, I was apprehensive to try a third. I'd seen numerous cake designs that were both beautiful and delicious, but nothing that was out of the ordinary enough to hold my attention. Holly was both welcoming and creative, sensing what I liked from the beginning and drawing up an elaborate cake that was everything I wanted and more. I left her home more excited than I thought possible about both the Wedding and Groom's cake. The cakes exceeded my expectations in person - in appearance as well as their deliciousness. I emailed Holly from my Honeymoon in Jamaica just to tell her how amazing the cake was - and that's coming from a cake lover! I'm still receiving compliments on the cake almost two weeks after the Wedding!

Holly was very pleasant to work with and was very helpful in planning out the cake. However, on the day of the wedding the cake was not set up the way we had discussed. There were supposed to be flowers all around the cake, but the man that brought the cake only put 4 very small flowers on each side of the bottom layer of the cake. Luckily one of my bridesmaids added more flowers to it and made it look beautiful. However, the cake did taste delicious.

Even if you don't know exactly what you want, she can help you nail down your ideas and figure out exactly what you want your cake to look like. She does a personal sketch of your cake and is very willing to work with you to change things until you are totally happy with it. She is also very easy to contact by email, which is great for a busy bride. Holly did my surprise groom's cake too. I gave her a few ideas and some general things that my groom liked, and she took my ideas and ran with them! She made an awesome groom's cake with very little direction from me. My groom was blown away. One of the best things about Holly is that she can create beautiful designs using buttercream that look like much more expensive fondant designs! And her cakes are not only beautiful, but DELICIOUS. She lets you sample her MANY flavors and fillings at your consultation. She can even blend favors and create new ones for you. Holly's Cakes is easy to work with, organized, timely & mostly importantly creates gorgeous cakes. I would highly recommend them to any bride!

From the moment I got engaged and started planning my wedding, practically EVERYONE I knew told me to go with Holly's...and I am so glad we did! Holly's talent is unmatched, her prices are reasonable, and the cake was delicious!!!

I was incredibly pleased with my choice to go with Holly's Cakes. I sought her out because I really dislike the taste of foudant but I love the look of a perfectly smooth cake. Holly has mastered buttercream to like exactly like foudant. After a wonderful meeting with Holly she inspired the rest of our wedding theme. Since our venue was an old cotton mill she suggested to embrace the cotton theme. We did and it was perfect! The crisp, beautiful cotton bolls on our cake were stunning. And our cake was so delicious that I could have died! Everything about our cake was stunning!

I GOT THE CAKE OF MY DREAMS FOR MY WEDDING. I WAS SUPER STRESSED WHEN ME AND MY HUSBAND WENT TO IN DECIDE WHAT WE WANTED. WE MET WITH HOLLY AND SHE HAD A TON OF BOOKS FULL OF DIFFERENT CAKES. SHE TOLD US TO MARK WHAT WE LIKED. WE MARKED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND HAD WAAAAY TOO MANY OPTIONS. I DIDN'T THINK SHE WAS GOING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANTED. THEN SHE STARTS GOING THROUGH THEM AND ASKING WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT EACH ONE. AFTER WE WENT THROUGH THEM SHE STARTED SKETCHING ON A PAPER AND DREW UP EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND I COULDN'T EVEN PICTURE IT BEFORE! IT WAS GORGEOUS. THEN THE FUN PART...PICKING OUT FLAVORS! SHE BROUGHT OUT SOME FOR US TO TEST...AND THEY WERE DELICIOUS!!! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! THEN WE WORKED ON THE PRESENTATION OF THE CAKE! SHE MADE THE CAKE DISPLAY LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL ON THE DAY OF....GLASS PILLARS FILLED WITH MARBLES, RED ROSE PETALS AND A TEA LIGHT HOLDING UP THE GLASS SHEET THAT HELD THE CAKE...GORGEOUS! SHE WAS FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH AND SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!

Holly did my wedding cake and the groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner and they were both AMAZING!!! Not only were they possibly the most beautiful cakes I've ever seen, they tasted fantastic! She was able to create a beautiful 7 layer cake for my wedding, even though only 2 layers were actually cake! No one could tell the other 5 layers were just there to make the cake look beautiful and fit in with my 1940's/swing style reception. All of my guests kept telling me how delicious the cake was! The entire cake was eaten...even the crumbs, it was so good! We had the chocolate cake for the groom's cake and strawberry for the wedding cake and they were both fantastic! It was hard deciding on a flavor for each because all of the flavors were delicious! We are looking forward to our anniversary so we can have our anniversary cake! We chose chocolate for our anniversary cake, which Holly made with instructions for freezing and thawing to make sure it tastes just as good as the day it was made! I recommend Holly to anyone and everyone!

Holly is the best!!! I went in for a consultation and left feeling so positive. I had no idea what kind of design or style of cake we wanted. I had three completely different pictures of cakes I was interested in and Holly combined all three of them together to design the perfect cake for my husband and I. Not only was our cake perfect and absolutely gorgeous, the tast was amazing. It was so moist and fresh. We could not decide on a flavor because they were all too good that we decided to have a different flavor for each of the four tiers. Holly also did the groom's cake which was perfect as well. Both cakes were more than we could have asked for. Overall, Holly's attention to detail, dedication, and professionalism are just a few of her qualities that she puts towards her business. I highly recommend her and if I ever need any cake done for another occasion, I would not even consider going to anyone else!!!!

Holly made me the perfect wedding cake...almond and chocolate layers with white buttercream frosting, topped with fresh blueberries and sugar poppies! I came to Holly with some specific ideas that I was interested in using for the cake, and some images that I liked as design inspiration. Holly interpreted my ideas right on target, sketching out a cake during our meeting. Tasting a variety of cakes helped us to pick the flavors we liked best. The whole process was so streamlined and organized; Holly was very easy to communicate with. I knew that our cake would turn out beautifully, and it did! All our guests loved it...and ate ALL of it! I used Holly Cakes for my wedding!! The cake was gorgeous and to top it off it was delicious. We also purchased cupcake favors and that was a great gift because people could not stop talking about the cake. People left with 5 boxes of cupcakes. I had a great time sitting down and planning my cake! I also planned a groom's cake as a surprise which they helped keep a surprise so well for OVER a year! The cakes were perfect! Delicious and I'm sooooo pleased and will definitely use Holly again in the future!

Holly did an incredible job with our wedding cake - it was exactly as we had planned but better. The cake tasted wonderful, and looked incredible. Holly was incredibly easy to work with as well, and I never had to wait very long for a response from her whenever I had questions. Her cakes were also much less expensive than other bakers' in the area. We will definitely use her again if we have another event that requires an amazing cake.

I love love lloovvee this cake vendor! I had two different cakes at our wedding and used two different vendors. Cathy took careful detail of every thing I wanted and the cake was beautiful! In addition, it was the best tasting cake I've ever had! The other vendor's cake was dry and Cathy's was delicious and moist. Upon returning from the honeymoon, I took a vew slices of leftover cake to my office and it still tasted wonderful after a week! Highly recommended!
