Although not a wedding, the Event Sales and Event Management team made planning my corporate holiday party a breeze. The Sales team was able to get back to me with quotes, food opt...

ions and decor options within a day or two. Once the date and time were settled, the Event team hosted me for a taste test and lined me up with the best catering option that fit my needs. They helped book hotel rooms and were quick to respond when a few very last-minute changes popped up. The day of the holiday party, they were there early to let the DJ in to set up and made sure the final touches were taken care of. When the party kicked off, both the Sales and Event team were there to make sure everything was perfect. And it was! The Nightclub was the perfect space for the holiday party and everyone had such a good time. Highly recommend!

h. Carly, our wedding coordinator, Christina , my host, David , the banquet, captain, and everyone else on the team were absolutely exceptional. If I could give 100 stars I would give 110!!! They made our wedding day, stress-free, and I know I can be high maintenance, and they went above and beyond in all aspects. Every single one of my guest has complemented me on how great the wedding was, how great the venue was, how great the food was, and how impressed they were by everyone involved. I will use Hollywood Casino for any event I have in the future without question. Even all the way to the hotel manager, making sure all my reservations were booked, and all my guests were accommodated, no matter how busy they were. They never got flustered, and they always took pride helping us. my aunt went to the casino to gamble two days after and David, our banquet host, recognized her and gave her a big hug and made her feel a part of the family of Hollywood and that small gesture right there made my aunt feel amazing. Again, I am so impressed by the staff and so grateful that we chose Hollywood as our venue.

We had our wedding reception in the ballroom at Hollywood Casino St. Louis. It was amazing and we had a great time! The staff at Hollywood were all nice, polite, and very friendly....

Our main contact, Jill, was awesome! She helped us plan out everything, answered all of our questions with ease, and made the entire planning process so easy and fun! Jill was always quick to respond to any of our questions, which was great! Jill and all the event staff at Hollywood helped us out so much by doing all of our set up--including our centerpieces, favors, signs, and more! We decided on a plated dinner and we got to pick out exactly what we wanted to have served--chicken with potatoes and green beans, and strip steak with mac & cheese and green beans. And the food was AMAZING! All of our guests were raving about the food and the portion sizes! We couldn't have asked for a better night!! And it was great to have the hotel attached to our venue - no driving home! We would definitely recommend Hollywood Casino & Hotel for your wedding reception!!
