Our 1200 Estate includes a magnificent Antebellum home that was built in 1850, and the home is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was showcased in “Antebellum Homes of Georgia” by David King Gleason. This home and it’s surrounding farmland has been meticulously owned and cared for by our family since 1917, and it has witnessed the growth and development of 6 of our family generations. The 10 acre yard and gardens around the house are enveloped with majestic live oaks, towering magnolias, perennial gardens , and an elegant boxwood garden. The property has a 1000 sq. Ft. Pavilion, 3 ponds, a new skeet range, sunflower and wildflower fields, rows and rows of planted pines, walking / ATV trails, developing wild quail habitat, and the most spectacular sunsets to be found.
