man Ranch as our wedding venue. Maddie is so friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. She sends you photos and replies to all your questions. She showed my parents, my fiance, and I the venue multiple times at different visits and she was informative and hospitable each time. The venue was a little out of our budget, but the ala carte Sunday was so worth it especially because the venue and view are breathtaking and it will be an unforgettable wedding not just for you but also your guests!! The venue comes with furniture, heat lamps, fire pits, lighting etc, so I felt like it was totally worth the price!! And honestly the venue is soooo beautiful that you don't need much flowers or decorations. Also you get to utilize the bridal and groom suites when you arrive on property, which is perfect to put your dress on and for photos. Your guests even get shuttled on golf carts that go through the vineyards and guests complimented the amazing view. The bride and groom even get shuttled to beautiful hilltop views for sunset photos and our wedding photographer was even taken aback by how beautiful the views were! On the wedding day, the ceremony lawn had so many lush colorful flowers for June! The rose garden is so romantic and rustic for the reception. The carriage house was perfect for guests to dance to, but could also hang out near it in the lounge area. Everything is close enough proximity so that your guests aren't completely scattered. I would book this venue all over again and holman ranch made it such a memorable wedding day for my husband and I!!

15 I was blown away! I told myself I have to find a way to have my wedding here! Everything from the planning phase through execution was phenomenal! The team is so helpful, responsive and fun to work with. They made my dream wedding day come to life! The venue is perfect if you are looking for a private intimate outdoor venue! We did a Sunday wedding as it fit our budgetary needs. The day of staff took care of everything and the entire day ran smoothly! I will forever be thankful to this phenomenal team of people who create such magical moments for their brides!

s are, and it was certainly more reasonable than some other venues in Carmel. The Holman Ranch staff was very attentive on our wedding day, and was able to handle all of our needs. One of the biggest selling points is pretty much everything is included in the price - from chairs, tables, lawn games to an event coordinator day of. The overall property where they host weddings is stunning. The landscaping is perfect, with so many flowers we didn't really feel the need to decorate beyond a few centerpieces. I would say the only draw back to renting the venue for only the day is the limited set up time. The earliest we were allowed on site to begin set up was 2pm and our ceremony started at 4pm. Fortunately for us, we had minimal decorations and our vendors were pros and could set up quickly. Going along with the limited set up, you also have to have everything broken down and cleaned out by the time the event is over...typically around 10:30 due to a residential noise ordinance. It might get stressful for couples relying a lot of DIY features to set up and take down in that limited time period. We were offered the option of renting out the venue for the entire weekend, but it was pretty far outside of our budget and we were satisfied with our decision to rent for the day and have minimal decorations. Otherwise, it is a wonderful venue, and we have very fond memories of our big day there!

It was also amazing to be able to pick any vendors we wanted, although we did go with many of their recommended vendors because they have such good taste! The ranch itself is tranquil and stunning. I love that it is an exclusive venue and it was just our wedding and guests for our big day. I highly recommend staying at the venue as well. It was so amazing to wake up on my wedding day and not have to go anywhere. Holman Ranch brought in catering for breakfast and all of our vendors came to us. Everything is in one place so our guests did not have to drive between ceremony and reception site. The backdrop for the ceremony is a breathtaking of the Holman vineyards and rolling hills of Carmel Valley. The ceremony site is also surrounded by native plants and lavender, which smells so amazing. There were a lot of bees buzzing around, but they are all bumble bees, which are completely harmless. We had cocktail hour on the stone terrace and dinner on the rose patio. Dancing was in the carriage house, which had a tree fall near it just a few days before our wedding, but you would never have known it because the grounds were immaculate. One of the best things about getting married at Holman Ranch is that you do not need to add any embellishments because the site is already so beautiful. Besides our florist, Christine Cater, who made gorgeous arrangements that went perfectly with this pristine venue, we did not have to bring in any extras to enhance the site. It was already gorgeous. All of our wedding guests had a fantastic time and gushed about how beautiful the ranch was. At the end of the night, we had to walk a whole 50 feet to our adorable cottage rooms on the ranch. It was so stress-free - a big plus!! I cannot wait to go back and stay at the ranch for anniversaries. It was the perfect day and Holman Ranch was the perfect venue.
