I’m Michael Ontiveros, owner of Holmes Entertainment & a professional DJ/MC with 15+ years of experience. I started as a guitarist and my love for music has taken me from club residencies in Vietnam to hundreds of weddings, private events, & celebrations throughout SoCal and internationally. I’ve played for all kinds of crowds, cultures, & venues, and I know how to read a room & rock a party. I’m a musician, so I take the music seriously. I mix live, blend songs, improvise, & pay attention to what’s happening on the dance floor. Your music comes first. We’ll talk about your favorite artists, must-plays, do-not-plays, the songs you want to hear, & the kind of party you want. Then I use my experience & musical instincts to build the soundtrack around you & your guests. I’m very hands-on throughout the day. I work with your coordinator, vendors, family, & wedding party to make sure the timeline gets executed. I’m out there shaking hands with your parents, introducing myself to Grandma, getting people hyped for the grand entrance, making announcements, keeping things moving, & stepping in when plans change. Think of me as another person on the team making sure the day happens the way we planned it. Before the wedding, we’ll have multiple meetings to go over everything from the first song to the last. I’ll bring ideas, help you make decisions, & make sure you feel confident about the plan. My clients aren’t looking for a cheesy wedding DJ who just presses play & disappears. They want a real DJ, a great MC, & a damn good dance party. They want their guests involved, their friends on the dance floor, & a wedding people actually remember. I don’t want you to forget who your DJ was. I want your friends asking for my card. I want Grandma asking who did the music. I want you booking me again for your anniversary. When you book me, you’re getting a veteran DJ, a musician, an MC, & someone genuinely invested in making your wedding the one everyone remembers.

Hi, I’m Cristina! For couples who want additional support on their wedding day, I offer my services as a Reception Flow Assistant. My role is to keep the moving parts of your wedding on track so you, your family, and your closest friends can stay focused on enjoying the day. I’ve been alongside Michael at countless weddings & have seen how quickly things can change. A ceremony starts late, photos run long, a vendor needs an answer, or the timeline shifts. Weddings are dynamic, with a lot happening behind the scenes. I watch the timeline, check in with the couple & wedding party before events, communicate with photographers, videographers, catering, venue staff, and other vendors, and make sure everyone knows what’s next. During the ceremony, I coordinate timing between the wedding party & music, making sure everyone is ready to walk & Michael knows when to start or change it. During the reception, I can find the couple when needed, keep dinner moving, release tables, make sure their food is ready when they return from photos, prepare room transitions, help with toasts or games, & handle last-minute details. I’m especially helpful for couples with a simpler wedding who don’t need a full-service coordinator but still want someone experienced watching the moving parts. Many couples would otherwise ask a mom, sister, aunt, or maid of honor to take on the role. They’re happy to help, but they’re also there to celebrate with you. I want to take that responsibility off their plate so they can enjoy the wedding with you. While Michael’s behind the booth DJing & MCing, I can be out in the room seeing what he can’t, communicating with people he can’t reach, & keeping the timeline moving. I want you and the people closest to you celebrating, not watching the clock, tracking people down, or trying to keep everything together. I’m there to handle those moving parts so you can stay present and enjoy your wedding day.
