We could not have been happier with Julian Gross as our wedding DJ! Music was one of the most important parts of our wedding, especially since we were getting married at a music ve...nue, and Julian was exactly the kind of DJ we were hoping for.
Julian is genuinely so talented at what he does. His mixing skills and transitions between songs were incredibly smooth, and I loved how he knew when to keep a song moving versus letting it play longer, while also paying attention to my notes about certain songs I wanted played all the way through. Even some of our older family members, who I never expected to specifically compliment a DJ's skills, went out of their way to tell us how impressed they were!
Beyond his talent, Julian was such a calm, friendly, and professional presence. My dad and several other guests specifically commented on how nice he was. I cared A LOT about the music and sent him plenty of requests and notes ahead of time as I tried to balance our love of EDM with keeping guests of all ages and musical tastes happy. I definitely worried at times that I was being a little overly particular, but Julian never once made me feel that way. He took everything in stride, read the room, and made it all work, naturally shifting the music as the night went on so we got the experience we wanted while keeping so many people dancing and staying until the very end!
Julian also worked with me on a special request to combine two songs I love, including one that has always been a favorite of one of my best friends and me. Hearing it come together that night was such a fun and personal addition to our wedding.
He was reliable, communicative, and prompt, and he kept everything running perfectly on time through the end of the night. I was so happy with our choice and would use Julian again in a heartbeat. I truly can't recommend him enough!
