The venue itself is beautiful with a great location and good food. Unfortunately, working with the event coordinator, Allison, was very challenging.
We booked in May and quickly r...an into communication issues. The coordinator we booked with initially became unreachable, and it was unclear who would handle our event. We were eventually introduced to Allison after visiting the venue twice to track someone down. Allison was extremely slow to respond and often didn’t send the follow-up information she promised. Even after multiple meetings, emails, and texts, details we had already confirmed - including food options, room block courtesy, deposits, and table layouts - were incorrect. AV for the video we had planned wasn’t set up until the last minute, and we were not provided with microphones we requested for the speeches.
We also had issues with last-minute changes - Allison tried to charge us for things previously agreed upon, mismanaged our deposits, and didn’t provide signage or support to guide guests. While the rooftop itself is stunning, the coordinator’s lack of organization, communication, and follow-through created unnecessary stress. If you book here, make sure you clarify who will be managing your event and double-check everything repeatedly.
