Homemade Rolled Ice Cream LLC

Homemade Rolled Ice Cream is a Jackson, MI-based company that offers wedding dessert catering services. It is a mobile ice cream cart specializing in weddings, rehearsal dinners, and showers. They've been traveling the Southern Michigan area, creating a unique, sweet experience for couples and their guests since the spring of 2022. Anyssa Klotz founded Homemade Rolled Ice Cream because of her passion for ice cream. She was a bride herself in 2022, searching for the same unique ice cream experience for her own wedding guests. After spending a lot of time researching, she decided to look into purchasing her own ice cream cart. With guidance from Anyssa's dad, who owns concession food businesses of his own, they purchased one of those generic ice cream carts with the umbrella at first. After about a week of owning that, Anyssa was scrolling on TikTok and saw her first rolled ice cream video. It was game over after that. She knew that was the unique ice cream experience she was looking for. Fast forward a week, and a new rolled ice cream cart was being delivered. Homemade Rolled Ice Cream was born.
