Unfortunately the hotel had some technical difficulties this past weekend, I was told lightening hit the hotel so they had a sign posted at the desk about some AC being out , and as I saw wifi and asked about it the woman at the counter says the 3rd and 4th floor had wifi but it may be spotty. Being that I was on the 3rd floor I checked in and headed to my room, didnt unpack, started trying to connect to internet. Tried turning the tv on...no tv, called the front desk she said the wifi was not connected to the cable and the maintenance man would be up befkre he left......waited, no one came. No internet at all, tried connecting my phones internet to my laptop, my company will not allow that. So being on a business trip and not being able to do my work was not going to suffice. I called my travel agencey and booked a room at a different hotel. When the travel agency called the Homewood suite they still are charging me for the night. I went down asked to speak to the manager, no manager...I asked the woman, you're seriously going to charge me for the night?! After you told me 3rd and 4th floors had some sort of wifi....she denied she ever said that. So she lied, got me to check in and they essentially steal my money because they had issues and didnt want to lose money. So, tossed my key next to her keyboard and proceeded to the new hotel. I work for a healthcare company taking care of senior sitizens...I travel every week, and never had a hotel keep money due to their missfortunes. If people traveling for business cannot do business because you have no wifi and then lie about it.

I travel bi-weekly for work and whenever possible I book at Homewood Oak Creek.
I have used several of the Hilton brands and feel that Homewood offers the best quality and price point.
Homewood Oak Creek however goes above and beyond my expecta...
tions every visit.
The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything I need to cook for me and my dog when we get sick of eating out.
I sometimes have a travel companion and accomodations allow them to enjoy some r and r while I work without tripping over one another.
The pool and gym area are well kept and there is a grill and patio furniture for some fresh air and relaxation.
Melissa the owner is very attentive to concerns and addresses them when brought to her attention.
With that said, most issues never need to get as far as Melissa as she has an amazing team in Oak Creek.
There are not enough words to describe the great job Kaziyah and Sara always do. They always go above and beyond in every way to make my stay seamless.
I have a demanding job and consistency in my lodging makes it so much easier to focus on my work.
While Kaziyah and Sara shine bright they are not the only stellar team mates at Oak Creek
Mabel & Heather in housekeeping always take care of requests or concerns even if your not in their zone. Housekeeping as a whole does a really good job at this location.
Patrick, Jerry, Terran and Mina at the front desk are always kind and helpful and again shouting out Sara and Kaziyah at the front desk too because they really are that awesome.
John, Perez and Doug in maintenance keep the hotel operating smoothly, John again because he doubles at the managers reception and is always as friendly as can be.
Eria recently took over breakfast and had some big shoes to fill and she did without missing a beat, one of the best hotel breakfasts around, the food is always fresh and well stocked and the area is always clean.
If you've read this far you likely understand this hotel is like a clean, spacious home where everyone is treated like family (our favorite family members not the ones we want to deny).
Business, family, couples, groups this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
I achieved my diamond status at this location 2 year running and looking forward to many stays to come.

Hotel was nice, stayed an entire week. The staff was friendly and continental breakfast was good, sometimes late in the morning the food would run low but overall was good. The one complaint I had was the room cleaning schedule and one of the l...
adies from the front desk. We stayed 7 nights and our room was cleaned three times. I understand that they don't clean every day but our trash was piling up after two nights of not cleaning. One morning the cleaning staff asked if they could clean, my wife was in the shower so I asked if they could come back in 30 min, they never returned. I checked in w/ the front desk and asked if they could come by on day three to clean and she said she would make sure they did and our room was cleaned. Two more days went by w/ no cleaning so I asked again at the front desk as the cleaning crew was right outside the door when I left the room but did not clean. I asked the front desk clerk to see if they could clean and she replied w/ an attitude and asked if I had my do not disturb sign on the door; really? I said no and she said they always clean all the rooms and there would be no reason why they wouldn't have cleaned our room and that she would try to have someone come back to clean. It was 10:15 am so I was sure they weren't done for the day. My wife was thinking of gathering our two days worth of trash and bringing it to the front desk but they came by shortly after to clean. That experience really soured my opinion of a overall nice experience as the whole staff w/ the exception of one front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Just goes to show that the one person who should be helpful and not have an attitude can cause a negative review.

Our family has stayed here multiple times all with pleasant experiences. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. Very disappointed with recent stay for medical procedure.

omplaint. Jerry, at the front desk, was very rude and not helpful.
2. Stayed on the 3rd floor and had no internet or TV for entire stay. Was told they are working on it. It was never fixed. According to Google reviews this issue has been going on for months. Not sure how this is possible due to the amount of business clientele.
3. Dead light bulbs in the room. Breakfast mediocre at best.
Definitely no longer worth the $$$.
