so I knew having a wedding planner would be key and Stacey and Honey Bee Events came highly recommended. From our first conversation, it was clear that Stacey was extremely confident and competent. Stacey provided us with options for vendors and arranged meetings with vendors when we were in town. Stacey always calmed any nerves I had and was on top of every detail - she was responsive, professional, and so very easy to work with. It rained our wedding weekend and we had an outdoor reception planned so we had to make a last minute change of plans. Thanks to Stacey’s advice, we already had a tent reserved! Stacey was organized and calm and helped create a new reception plan that was fabulous! I was able to fully enjoy the day knowing that everything was taken care of and that if anything went wrong she would handle it with ease and grace.

When my sister-in-law suggested we hire Stacey I jumped on that offer. And Stacey did not fail. She is kind-hearted, easy-going, and smart. When you pass the reigns of your wedding to her she takes a gentle charge and creates order out of chaos. I loved that. She knows her stuff. From directing the ceremony and making sure everyone was in their proper place and keeping track of timing to segueing into the reception and directing guests, while keeping tabs on the wedding party, connecting with the caterer, and pouring the champagne flutes before the toast, she is a dynamo. She even went the extra mile to bring flowers out of her own garden when our hydrangea supply was running low. In a few days she went from being a stranger to a person I love and admire. One thing we have learned is that the event planner we partner with makes all the difference between a great wedding and a WOW wedding, both in terms of the event details themselves as well as the experience of the bride and groom and their family and friends. Whenever we know that Stacey from Honey Bee's Events is the planner at our venue, we breathe a big sigh of relief. There is not a more well known and professional planner around and we know that every detail will be well looked after under Stacey's watch.
