It had a rustic-romantic touch, towering at four tiers in a pleated buttercream, and garnished with sugar flowers. At our cake tasting, we loved the three flavors so much that Carla did all of them. The cake was very much enjoyed by our American and Viet-Chinese family and friends. Throughout the whole process, she was always available to answer any questions. She even helped us plan the timeline for the reception! Having over 300 guests at our wedding, her knowledge and experience really helped put us as ease. On our wedding day, she even lent us her cake pedestal and servers from her very own wedding! But it doesn’t stop there....After the wedding she offered to preserve our sugar flowers in a dome - just like Beauty and the Beast! What a beautiful keepsake to remember our special day for decades to come. Carla is seriously the whole package. nder and floral desserts. I was told by the wedding planner that the London Fog is a favorite and often selected for weddings and it did not disappoint. Our cake was designed to align with the wedding color scheme and style, and it tasted amazing! Our guests were delighted with the cake and we were delighted to have leftover cake after the wedding. On that note, we are saving a couple of slices in our freezer right now for our anniversary and the anticipation is building. Carla was responsive and prompt with email correspondence--overall a delight to work with.

When we did our tasting I couldn't help myself and blurted out "holy s*#!" as it was really that good. Even my hubby who swore up and down that he didn't like cake was clamoring for extra bites at our tasting. Carla did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted in a cake and then making it look even better than we imagined in real life. Her mastery of sugarwork is exquisite, she made a gold fleur de lis for the top layer of our cake that many of our guests thought had been bought somewhere since it looked so perfect. We had the pink champagne and the toffee vanilla latte and now I'm trying to figure out the next excuse to order a cake from her. Word has gotten out about Carla's amazingness so do not sleep on booking her, I truly do not believe there is any better cake to be had in Seattle or Western Washington period.

s very tired of going to bakeries so Carla gave me To Go tastings and I could not put them down. Every flavor was fantastic! I had asked for something very specific that I had in my mind that was not on her menu and she was able to make it happen! We ended up going with two flavors, my custom flavor and the Curious George which was tasted like eating banana bread with Nutella buttercream. We got rave reviews at the wedding...especially from self described "cake snobs". I also had a very distinct look I wanted on the outside which was a purple ombre look, from light purple to dark purple down the cake. It turned out amazingly and really set the whole theme for our wedding décor! I told my husband the only thing I want on our anniversary every year is a Honey Crumb cake! Thanks Carla!

are happy. At no point did we ever feel pressure to choose a cake except the one we wanted, and even then, Carla laid out options to keep the costs down. It's clear that Carla and her team love what they do, and it shows in their delicious cakes and their excellent customer service. The hardest part about the cake process was choosing flavors from Honey Crumb's insane menu. I was only sad that I didn't get to try them all, but it's impossible that this cake studio could make a less-than-BOMB-DELICIOUS cake. We showed photos of our cake inspiration, and we watched it come to life on our wedding day, better than we could have ever imagined. Can you cry over a cake? Because I nearly did. Our guests were snapping away photos, but were more blown away by how delicious everything was. We can't thank Carla and her amazing team at Honey Crumb for working with us, for always being communicative, and most important, for delivering exactly what was promised: a heavenly cake that looked as great as it tasted, and tasted as great as it looked.

big day! Granted I am an emotional man, but when I walked into the room as Carla was finishing setting up the cake, tears of joy instantly appeared. It was even more beautiful than I had imagined! Five weeks later and I still have friends and family commenting about how great the cake was - not only visually, which was stunning! But also the taste of the cake. Cocoa Arabica is my new favorite! Your wedding day is one of those big moments in your life - don't focus on price. She was very comparable to the other vendors we tried and without a doubt, she will create a memory for you!

After only a short planning session we arrived at a cake design which was perfect for us for our November 8th wedding with 100 guests. On the day of the wedding our cake arrived - Carla had color coordinated it perfectly with our cake-toppers (which we brought to our initial meeting) and delivered a beautiful cake which our guests absolutely loved. And...it...tasted...delicious (can't stress that enough). We highly recommend Carla to anyone planning a wedding who wants the absolute best!

We explained what we wanted for our dream cake and showed her a photo of the details we wanted, and to our surprise Carla sketched a beautiful and perfect cake that exactly matched what we had in mind. We later requested to try an additional two flavors and Carla was nice enough to arrange that for us. We ended up going with a three tier cake with two flavors: the pink champagne cake with raspberry mouse filling; and the citrus grove cake-- a lime cake with blood orange meringue filling. Both flavors were AMAZING. I like to bake, and the most important thing for me is that cakes be deliciously moist. Carla's cake were just that. Carla was wonderful to work with. She is an incredible professional who created a comprehensive contract we could sign online. It was really easy to communicate with her. When the wedding grew closer and we realized we would have 100 guests as opposed to 150, Carla adjusted our cake dimensions and the price accordingly without any trouble at all. Carla delivered our cake and arranged the fresh flowers the florist had left on the cake artfully while we were at the church. Our cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing. It was a perfect way to end our delicious meal. My mom was still talking about how delicious her slice of cake was a full two weeks after the wedding. I was so happy I got to bring back some leftovers so my husband and I could eat them at home the next day Carla was incredible and our wedding cake was perfect. I highly recommend that you consider Carla if you're in the market for a beautiful and delicious wedding cake that you'll remember for a lifetime.

We are looking forward to our one year anniversary when Carla will make us a small cake to enjoy. I'm sure the first bite will quickly transport us back to our magical day.

I gave Carla a beautiful picture of a cake I had seen online that I loved(I would call it simple, but I know that to create this cake, it was far from simple. Stacked tiers with a vine of green leaves wrapping around the cake. Carla worked with me to design a cake inspired by my picture that would fit within my budget. She did a fabulous job!
