Everyone in our team is encouraged to learn and soar, working flexibly with a high degree of autonomy and creative license. Modern silhouettes, clean lines, and playful charm — that’s our design aesthetic. We are sugar flower specialists, and each week we produce dozens (sometimes hundreds!) of hand crafted sugar blooms to adorn our cakes. The process of making sugar flowers combines the diligence of a botanist with the deft hand of a sculptor. Your guests will be in awe of their beauty and fragility, and you’ll be gratified to have them as keepsakes in your home for years to come. Most importantly, we’re known for the exceptional quality of our ingredients, and for baking entirely from scratch. Additionally, we offer a range of gluten-aware, lactose-aware and vegan cake options that taste and look just as exquisite as their traditional counterparts.
