HoneyBean made my wedding cake which not only looked amazing but tasted even better. The entire process was seamless and they go above and beyond to celebrate the experience of getting your wedding cake. They also made all the surrounding desserts for a buffet station - which all looked perfect and were delicious. HoneyBean catering is always my GO-TO. They are always prompt in responding to my orders, helpful in suggestions and guiding me towards the right product, and the end result is always FANTASIC!

Chef Ali at HoneyBean blew our socks off with our wedding cake. She is a complete delight to work with and made the entire process as easy as can be. She made us a lavender cake with strawberries and white chocolate mousse, an upscale strawberry shortcake for our summer wedding. I have since used Honeybean for my holiday bakes and am always amazed at what she creates! Highly highly recommend her to anyone for their wedding or other events!

I wanted a fresh, summery wedding cake that incorporated my favorite flavors and Chef Ali made my dream come true. Our coconut cake was filled with passionfruit curd and fresh raspberries and it looked as amazing as it tasted. From our cake tasting all the way through the big day, it was so fun to work with Ali and I recommend her to all of my friends who are getting married in Connecticut!

Chef Ali has been creating memorable desserts for more than a decade. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Ali has worked in restaurants, bakeries, and chocolate shops throughout the Northeast. She also appeared on the Netflix series Sugar Rush, winning Episode 4 of Season 2. When she's not running HoneyBean, Ali can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband, daughter and giant dog or dreaming up her next tattoo.
