Our wedding day began with some unexpected complications at our venue regarding parking. As mentioned in other reviews, Tori was very calm, organized and handled the stress of the situation with grace. She kept my family and other vendors well informed on what was happening, all while dealing with the chaos. Tori and team needed very little direction with turning my vision into a beautiful reality for the set-up and were helpful in ensuring a quick and effortless breakdown at the end of the night. Even leading up to our wedding day, she provided us lots of helpful resources, templates and advice or feedback on ideas we had. I HIGHLY recommend working with Tori and the Honeybee Events team - can't thank them enough for their support with making our wedding so memorable!

erson, I said to Victoria you have a calm demeanor. You need someone like this around you as your wedding day draws near and you’re stressed out about this and that. My daughter and I wanted to hire a day of coordinator to help with any issues that might arise and also to help with bringing items in to the venue to make the day more personalized. The venue requires at the end of the evening everything that you brought in personally had to be removed, along with your florals. Victoria not only made sure the day ran smoothly, she also removed all of the personal items, packed them up and put everything in my car. At the end of the night, I just had to walk to my car and leave. What a relief to not have to concern myself or other family members to help with the removal of items. I cannot thank her and her assistant enough for making my daughter and I have such a stress free day.

She always has a nice calming energy. She helped make the events a complete success. She was great to work with, we would definitely recommend.

Tori gave us guidance on the timeline and where to focus our energy, and she handled a lot of the less fun aspects of planning like securing table rentals and linens. Our wedding format was unique (at a summer camp over the course of a weekend) and she effortlessly adapted to helping us realize our somewhat unusual vision. While our friends were partying Friday night before the wedding, the Honeybee crew was hanging up drapery and chandeliers in an outdoor pavilion that turned out to look absolutely stunning. Throughout the event she provided a calm and assuring presence that helped keep things moving without being at all obtrusive. It was a pleasure having her involved in our planning and in our wedding day, and we highly recommend Honeybee.

Tori was the only one out there working on every little details for us to keep the wedding and the guests going with a festive feelings (instead of the pity party that we were scared people might feel bad for us that they won't be in the mood to have fun. She kept all other vendors in communication and the day came out beautifully as we had hoped for. But let's start from the top. First, she made ideal recommendations for all the vendors. She understood the style I am going for and made suitable recommendations. This really cut down the effort I have to put into finding the vendors, especially when we plan from out of state. The whole time, I was planning long-distance. Tori was really my only in-areas eyes and ears and she did that really well. Second, she really has an eye for details. She thought of and dealt with all the little mundane things so I did not have to. For example, dealing with hotel blocks, finding transportations, and sending emails coordinating all the vendors on the day of. She really excelled at that. As mentioned, two days before our wedding, we caught COVID but we decided not to cancel and went ahead with very different approach than what we planned for almost two years. We video-called into our ceremony instead and Tori found the screens, wifi, and countless other things to make it work while we just tried to recover from COVID. She did all those in two hectic and panic-inducing days without a hiccup. She is my superhero. I also have a million little ideas popping up all the time. (like making a magazine, putting games and sculptures into the venue's side yard, etc.) Basically, always giving her more work. She was always a trooper and took all of them with a stride. I learned later that she's also a master crafter. She made two human-sized flowers for my yard with her theater props experience. She's so fun, creative, and talented. All in all, she's amazing. I highly recommend her full package. Tori is the best wedding planner I could ask for.

She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything, how planning was coming along and made herself readily available to help in whatever ways we needed. She helped offload items from us to take to the venue, which helped alleviate a lot of stress. She went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations. And our wedding day- more perfect than we could have imagined. She absolutely crushed it and we were in awe when we saw our venue set up. There was never a point on our wedding day where we had questions or concerns about the flow, what was happening or not happening- everything ran so smoothly. She was even ready with a sewing kit when a button fell off the groom’s Tux! We highly recommend Honeybee Events and will be forever grateful for her and helping our wedding day run smoothly and be stress free to create and enjoy one of the best days of our lives!

I always responded that it's our amazing wedding planner. The whole process was incredibly low stress. She kept us on track when it came to budget. She would give me gentle reminders of when I needed to have certain decisions made. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly. I can't stress enough how good she is - every detail is well thought out and she manages to juggle everything with ease and composure. Everything you would want in a wedding planner!

Bride... she decorated, ran the event and tore down everything. I could not have done everything without her! She really takes a huge weight off of your shoulders. I got the incredible pleasure to walk into my wedding and just enjoy myself.. she literally handled everything! If there was ever a problem.. I had and still have no idea! Decorating the event was pretty important to me and I had a pretty crazy vision. With a meeting, some questions to answer and a few pictures.. she put everything together exactly as I would have, if not better. I 100% recommend her! Worth every penny and more!

She kept tabs on all the moving parts and kindly asked questions about the things I had overlooked. By our wedding day, Tori knew exactly what needed to happen and executed our celebration with confidence (and no worries on my part). Notable highlights: - took time to understand our wedding ahead of time, came out to our venue to visit and get the lay of the land - arrived very early to help set up the tables, decor etc. The venue had no other coordinators so it was up to the wedding party and Tori to get the wedding prepared the day of. - stayed very late to help clean up all the dishes, glasses etc small things to wrap up the wedding. - made sure the wedding progressed on the timeline we had given her and everything worked out perfectly. Tori has great attention to detail, timing and knows how to stay behind the scenes while making the overall wedding still progress. Definitely highly recommended. If she can handle the type of DIY covid complicated wedding we put together, something in normal times should be a breeze!

e entire process streamlined and stress free.  We hired Victoria for full service planning and she took our wedding vision and made it into a dream come true. Everything she designed for us was beautiful, from the place settings at dinner, to the custom wood-burned barrel head that she made herself. More so, everything she presented to us was vetted by her prior to us knowing, to ensure it was cost effective and the best option for us. Victoria herself is extremely personable, professional and flexible. She often responded to emails sent after business hours (well, well after) and was more than willing to meet us in Detroit, Dearborn, Farmington, Plymouth, and Rochester for review meetings because of our schedules. She is highly organized and clearly loves doing this job. She went above and beyond for us - climbing a ladder and installing ceiling hooks with a masonry bit because I "had to have" a hanging arch in our venue - magically appearing 60 steak knives when our rental company forgot them - convincing our venue to CARRY my husband's handicapped uncle up two huge flights of stairs because the elevator went out during cocktail hour. If you are looking for a planner, an honest friend, and an OG to go to bat for you - then Victoria and Honeybee Events is who you are looking for. If my experience doesn't sway you. I asked my MOH if she wanted to borrow anything from my wedding and all she said was "Tori."

Tori outlined everything for us, leaving no detail out. She prioritized our questions and top concerns and was very responsive with her answers and/or actions. She was the main contact for all of our vendors and coordinated everything during the wedding day making it stress free for my husband and me. She was especially creative with our overall theme and decor for our wedding including personalized details that my husband and I would have never thought of without her vision. With the help of Tori and her assistant, the wedding weekend was more than we could have ever imagined.
