Tori was great to work with. During planning she helped keep us on track. When it came time to the week of our wedding our outdoor venue had collapsed so we were scrambling all week and Tori really stepped up and helped us tackle tasks that we had intended to complete. She made some wonderfully whimsical large flowers that we had at our ceremony site. She always has a nice calming energy. She helped make the events a complete success. She was great to work with, we would definitely recommend.

I used Tori as my day of coordinator for my wedding and I cannot recommend her enough. She made my wedding day run very smoothly and I did not have to worry about a thing. Tori was great to work with, very organized and easy to communicate with. Could not have asked for a better experience with her!

If you are looking for a day of coordinator, Tori is your girl! She was SO amazing for our wedding at Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Club! As soon as we hired Tori, we loved her calming presence and could tell she would be the perfect addition to our day. She had the perfect rental items to fill in any missing gaps we needed for decor and made every part of the day easier. She handled all of our clean up needs at the end of the night and took any pressure off us and our families! Any time I had a moment of worry, Tori was already on top of it and made the day completely stress free. And she followed through with every detail we discussed. Everyone loved her and we are SO thankful we hired her!

We hired Tori to do partial planning for our wedding and we were very happy with the outcome. She was accessible, easy to work with, and a huge help throughout the entire process. Tori gave us guidance on the timeline and where to focus our energy, and she handled a lot of the less fun aspects of planning like securing table rentals and linens. Our wedding format was unique (at a summer camp over the course of a weekend) and she effortlessly adapted to helping us realize our somewhat unusual vision. While our friends were partying Friday night before the wedding, the Honeybee crew was hanging up drapery and chandeliers in an outdoor pavilion that turned out to look absolutely stunning. Throughout the event she provided a calm and assuring presence that helped keep things moving without being at all obtrusive. It was a pleasure having her involved in our planning and in our wedding day, and we highly recommend Honeybee.

How can i sing Tori praises enough? Tori single-handedly saved our wedding day. The groom and I caught COVID just two days before our wedding day. This obviously threw all that we've been planning into chaos. Tori was the only one out there working on every little details for us to keep the wedding and the guests going with a festive feelings (instead of the pity party that we were scared people might feel bad for us that they won't be in the mood to have fun. She kept all other vendors in communication and the day came out beautifully as we had hoped for. But let's start from the top. First, she made ideal recommendations for all the vendors. She understood the style I am going for and made suitable recommendations. This really cut down the effort I have to put into finding the vendors, especially when we plan from out of state. The whole time, I was planning long-distance. Tori was really my only in-areas eyes and ears and she did that really well. Second, she really has an eye for details. She thought of and dealt with all the little mundane things so I did not have to. For example, dealing with hotel blocks, finding transportations, and sending emails coordinating all the vendors on the day of. She really excelled at that. As mentioned, two days before our wedding, we caught COVID but we decided not to cancel and went ahead with very different approach than what we planned for almost two years. We video-called into our ceremony instead and Tori found the screens, wifi, and countless other things to make it work while we just tried to recover from COVID. She did all those in two hectic and panic-inducing days without a hiccup. She is my superhero. I also have a million little ideas popping up all the time. (like making a magazine, putting games and sculptures into the venue's side yard, etc.) Basically, always giving her more work. She was always a trooper and took all of them with a stride. I learned later that she's also a master crafter. She made two human-sized flowers for my yard with her theater props experience. She's so fun, creative, and talented. All in all, she's amazing. I highly recommend her full package. Tori is the best wedding planner I could ask for.

We cannot express in words the incredible work that Victoria put in to execute our amazing wedding day. We hired Victoria for day of wedding coordination, and it was one of the best investments for our wedding. From the very beginning, Victoria was prompt with communication, listened to our wants and needs, provided stellar recs and helped streamline the entire wedding process. She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything, how planning was coming along and made herself readily available to help in whatever ways we needed. She helped offload items from us to take to the venue, which helped alleviate a lot of stress. She went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations. And our wedding day- more perfect than we could have imagined. She absolutely crushed it and we were in awe when we saw our venue set up. There was never a point on our wedding day where we had questions or concerns about the flow, what was happening or not happening- everything ran so smoothly. She was even ready with a sewing kit when a button fell off the groom’s Tux! We highly recommend Honeybee Events and will be forever grateful for her and helping our wedding day run smoothly and be stress free to create and enjoy one of the best days of our lives!

We hired Victoria for full wedding planning and it was the best decision we made. From day 1, she was always super timely with correspondence and always on our team. She knows and recommends the best vendors in the area and our resulting vendor team was AMAZING. As our wedding day neared, everyone asked me how I seemed to be keeping my calm about the day. I always responded that it's our amazing wedding planner. The whole process was incredibly low stress. She kept us on track when it came to budget. She would give me gentle reminders of when I needed to have certain decisions made. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly. I booked Victoria for day of coordinator and she exceeded my expectations! She came the day before the wedding to help set up and get an idea of lay out. She was there the absolute whole day of our wedding, helping with communication, touches, umbrellas (which was so kind, as it was raining off and on) & behind the scenes helping with organization. If I needed something, she was right there and got it done. I would highly recommend Victoria, I would’ve been one stressed bride day of without her!

Tori made my wedding absolutely lovely and stress free. Originally we hired her as a day-of coordinator, and the decision to make her my full wedding planner was hands down the best decision I made. Absolutely fabulous! I hired Victoria to be my day of coordinator. Not only did she take over all vendor questions the month of, which makes the process so much easier for you as a Bride... she decorated, ran the event and tore down everything. I could not have done everything without her! She really takes a huge weight off of your shoulders. I got the incredible pleasure to walk into my wedding and just enjoy myself.. she literally handled everything! If there was ever a problem.. I had and still have no idea! Decorating the event was pretty important to me and I had a pretty crazy vision. With a meeting, some questions to answer and a few pictures.. she put everything together exactly as I would have, if not better. I 100% recommend her! Worth every penny and more!

I found Tori when looking for a day-of coordinator on the knot. I knew I didn’t need a full planner due to budget constraints, and needed someone who could bring all my decorations and visions to life! Throughout the process, Tori was there if I had any questions. Then, about a month before our event, we met in person and she really reassured us that she would be able to execute what I was planning. On the day of, everyone I talked to (me and my new husband especially!!) agreed that Tori was a calming presence, there to get stuff done while staying positive and fully present! As a very organized artist with a clear vision for our wedding, I wasn't sure I wanted to hire a planner. But bringing on Tori for day-of coordination (and some planning consultation) was THE MOVE. Truly. Throughout the (very long, COVID-complicated) planning process, Tori checked in with me regularly. She kept tabs on all the moving parts and kindly asked questions about the things I had overlooked. By our wedding day, Tori knew exactly what needed to happen and executed our celebration with confidence (and no worries on my part). At our brunch the next day, all our guests were raving about Tori and how kind and helpful she was. Look no further: Tori is your girl!

Given the complexities of organizing a wedding during Covid, we organized most of the wedding ourselves which meant there was far more responsibility than we could have imagined or expected on our day of coordinator Tori. Notable highlights: - took time to understand our wedding ahead of time, came out to our venue to visit and get the lay of the land - arrived very early to help set up the tables, decor etc. The venue had no other coordinators so it was up to the wedding party and Tori to get the wedding prepared the day of. - stayed very late to help clean up all the dishes, glasses etc small things to wrap up the wedding. - made sure the wedding progressed on the timeline we had given her and everything worked out perfectly. Tori has great attention to detail, timing and knows how to stay behind the scenes while making the overall wedding still progress. Definitely highly recommended. If she can handle the type of DIY covid complicated wedding we put together, something in normal times should be a breeze!

I would highly recommend Tori for anyone’s event planning/coordination needs, she is absolutely wonderful!! We hired Honeybee Events for day-of coordinations for our wedding, and right from the start she made us feel so cared for and supported by checking in with us throughout our planning process. Tori is there for YOU. We are so sad that we ultimately couldn’t use her services due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but especially during these tough times she was truly AMAZING. Between all of our vendors, Tori was incredibly warm-hearted, understanding, and accommodating. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, because she is truly one of a kind and top-notch in terms of customer service and organization!

Victoria is, hands down, the best money that we spent on our wedding. She made my skeptical husband a true believer that everyone should hire a wedding planner, because she made the entire process streamlined and stress free.  We hired Victoria for full service planning and she took our wedding vision and made it into a dream come true. Everything she designed for us was beautiful, from the place settings at dinner, to the custom wood-burned barrel head that she made herself. More so, everything she presented to us was vetted by her prior to us knowing, to ensure it was cost effective and the best option for us. Victoria herself is extremely personable, professional and flexible. She often responded to emails sent after business hours (well, well after) and was more than willing to meet us in Detroit, Dearborn, Farmington, Plymouth, and Rochester for review meetings because of our schedules. She is highly organized and clearly loves doing this job. She went above and beyond for us - climbing a ladder and installing ceiling hooks with a masonry bit because I "had to have" a hanging arch in our venue - magically appearing 60 steak knives when our rental company forgot them - convincing our venue to CARRY my husband's handicapped uncle up two huge flights of stairs because the elevator went out during cocktail hour. If you are looking for a planner, an honest friend, and an OG to go to bat for you - then Victoria and Honeybee Events is who you are looking for. If my experience doesn't sway you. I asked my MOH if she wanted to borrow anything from my wedding and all she said was "Tori."

Tori did a wonderful job as our day of wedding coordinator. I am a supremely organized person, so it felt really great to know that Tori had a clear vision of our wedding day and made sure that everything that needed to happen happened. It allowed us to really be able to relax and enjoy our day, and allow our friends and family to fully enjoy the day as well, because Tori was on top of everything, making sure it ran smoothly! She did much more than act as just a day of planner, meeting with us multiple times before our wedding to make sure she had a clear vision of what was happening and to make sure that we were on track with our planning. I would highly recommend hiring Honeybee Events for day of coordination! Making sure that Tori was our point person to coordinate all of the moving pieces on our wedding day truly allowed us to participate in and enjoy our day instead of stressing about the details.

At first, we were unsure if we needed a wedding planner as we wanted to be actively involved in the process, but we are so lucky and grateful to have guidance from Honeybee Events. Tori outlined everything for us, leaving no detail out. She prioritized our questions and top concerns and was very responsive with her answers and/or actions. She was the main contact for all of our vendors and coordinated everything during the wedding day making it stress free for my husband and me. She was especially creative with our overall theme and decor for our wedding including personalized details that my husband and I would have never thought of without her vision. With the help of Tori and her assistant, the wedding weekend was more than we could have ever imagined. I don't know what we would have done without Tori! We hired her for Day-of-Coordination, but I feel like she did so much more than that. She met with us a couple times before the wedding and clued us in to so many things that we would have never thought about. She even looked over our contracts with other vendors to make sure that we weren't forgetting anything. On the day of the wedding, she was cool, calm, and collected the entire time. She made sure that everything from the set-up, to the events of the day went flawlessly. We can't thank her enough!

Victoria is amazing! She served as our Day of Coordinator but did so much more than day-of assistance. We met multiple times, both in person and virtually, to sort through itineraries and packing lists. She helped inform our last minute decisions as well as kept the entire day moving smoothly. We were on a tight budget and were so blessed to have found Victoria to help us on our wedding day and the weeks prior. Could not recommend her enough!

Tori did the most spectacular job on our September wedding as the day of coordinator! I was able to meet and talk with her as soon as I hired her- way before her “day of duties” began! She helped me answer questions and concerns I had long before the big day. I can’t express how grateful I was to have her there. I was not going to hire a coordinator originally, because we thought we had everything planned- but on the day of our wedding Tori tied up all the loose ends and took care of everything I never even thought about! She made our day a complete fairytale and I would highly recommend her as a coordinator for any event you are planning! I can’t thank her enough!
