We are so thankful we had Lauren as our wedding coordinator to help pull everything together! From taking our many questions, texts, and phone calls in the months leading up to our wedding, to coming to our venue site visit, to helping tackle the perfect day-of timeline, her help in preparing every detail was so appreciated. Lauren's presence allowed us all to feel at ease knowing that everything was running smoothly in her hands. The weekend went so wonderfully, due in large part to Lauren's amazing work and attention to detail!

During our year-long planning of our wedding at the Hunter Museum of American Art, we inundated Lauren with countless questions. Yet, she never once made us feel like it was too much. The wedding and receptions were a seamless success, all thanks to Lauren and her team. She not only listened to our vision but truly understood it, bringing it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. We would hire Honeybee again.

Lauren and her team were exceptional the day of the wedding and the whole month leading up to it. I’m sure they put out more fires than I am even aware of. They were calm and collected all day and really helped to set that tone when we had an issue with another vendor less than an hour before the ceremony. Not to mention handling the many switches from outdoor to indoor ceremony and vice versa while we watched the weather risks bounce back and forth all day. SO grateful for these women and their care for my big day.

I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful we are for our wedding planner, Lauren. From the very beginning, she listened to our ideas, understood the vision we had for our special day, and then turned that vision into a reality!
Living in a different state made planning our wedding a bit challenging, but Lauren truly made everything stress free. She handled every detail, ensuring everything was in place, even from afar. She took care of everything!
No matter the time, she always made sure to answer my questions, offer advice, and keep things moving forward. Her dedication and flexibility made the whole process so much easier. I’m so grateful for her expertise and dedication! Her creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to bringing our dream wedding to life was nothing short of amazing. Lauren did above and beyond what was expected! She helped the day run so smoothly and I didn’t feel stressed at all because of her! When my DJ had to leave (a family member) she stepped right in to keep the night going! I highly recommend hiring her for your special day! You won’t be disappointed!

We are absolutely amazed beyond belief at the level of care, attentiveness, and dedication that Lauren Utt reflects. Lauren served as our day-of coordinator, but that title doesn’t scratch the surface of what she meant to us. Lauren is proactive, professional, and has a mind for detail. These qualities, along with many others, created the most magical wedding day. As we reminisce on our planning experience, my husband and I really could not have imagined it without Lauren’s effort and diligence! If anyone reading this is questioning whether they need coordinator or not for their own event - the answer is UNEQUIVOCALLY yes! Further, the best answer is Lauren Utt with Honeybee planning.

Lauren was phenomenal! She took all the stress off my plate day of the wedding. She communicated everything with all of my vendors and we were even ahead of schedule into the night which left more time for dancing. 10/10 reccomend!

When we got engaged, I started planning the wedding on my own and felt really stressed out. I found Lauren on instagram and she was THE BEST THING to happen to this wedding! The second I talked to her for the first time I could tell she was the perfect fit for us. She was so personable and kind to us. The wedding could not happen without her. I was able to communicate with her at anytime needed before the wedding. She was fast and got things done whenever we needed her for any task. Her team went above and beyond to make our special day perfect!! My biggest advice to other people is to make sure you get a coordinator for your wedding and to also make sure you find someone that really cares about you personally. Lauren made me feel confident with my decisions and she is the best at her job. She was born to do this!!🤍
