The vibes in this salon are incredible. The staff is all very welcoming and nice. You can tell everyone really loves working there. Scheduling is easy and reaching out through text...
and communicating with the salon manager, Danny, was lovely. Id def recommend this salon to anyone and everyone and im so happy this place exists in noe valley. I no longer have to go all the way downtown to get a good cut and color.

es behind.
I completely understand that things don’t always go as planned, but what I don’t understand is why no one thought to give me a quick call or text beforehand so I could plan accordingly.
Instead, I was left to discover this only after I had arrived. Because I had prior commitments, waiting wasn’t an option, and I had to cancel my appointment altogether.
The lack of communication felt careless, unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful. A salon that values its clients should recognize that courtesy works both ways. Sadly, a huge waste of time and $30 in round trip uber costs.
