WOW Honeycomb blew us away!! They absolutely killed it playing our wedding reception. The male and female singers are both amazing and the horn section!!!! They got up on chairs in the crowd and also did a fun performance/trick moving their heads and the instruments. They were so amazing with the crowd. They really brought it all home at the end of the night with the closing song and got our whole wedding involved, everyone got into a circle and were singing and dancing! I would recommend Honeycomb ten times over! They were so easy to work with, execution was amazing, and they offer a fair price.

Honeycomb was an overall fantastic wedding band! The playing for the ceremony (solo guitar), cocktail hour (guitar-bass-vocals), reception (full band), and DJ/Emcee as-needed throughout the night. Clearly most of them have been playing together for a long time; the rhythm section was tight, the horns brought a ton of energy, and vocals were spot on. They were especially great engaging with the crowd and we received a lot of glowing feedback from our guests. Communication leading up to the event seemed to be great, however, they didn’t play the edited version of our first dance song we provided, which was very disappointing (we had choreographed the dance specifically to the edited song). While the actual reception set list wasn’t exactly aligned with our artist/song input, our guests did really enjoyed the more classic wedding playlist Honeycomb put together. That being said, we do highly recommend Honeycomb for anyone looking for a high-energy full band with a fairly classic wedding setlist.

We are grateful for this client's kind words, and respectfully disagree with this assessment. Our sound engineer played the exact sound file provided to us via email for the first dance. The set list we prepared properly excluded all of the cli...
ent's "do not play" artists and songs. We also rely on our professional judgment after almost 15 years experience performing for weddings and private events. After accommodating many of the client's requests for song selections that were down-tempo and less well known, we observed many guests leaving the dance floor, including the bride and groom. As the night progressed, we relied on our professional judgment to include more songs that have a strong history of success, which resulted in more guests returning to the dance floor and reception area. Further, in separate correspondence two days after the wedding, the client provided, "We REALLY (sic.) enjoyed Honeycomb and received a lot of positive feedback from our guests."
From our son's September '24 wedding - we were impressed by the range of material and the musicianship. The band sounded great, and we happen to appreciate brass and horns in dance bands.
But the icing on the cake for us was the willingness of the band leader to agree - on zero notice - to a very special musical request.
We really appreciated this. It went a long way toward helping us celebrate our son's wedding.

We hired Honeycomb for our wedding in Vail, CO in August of 2024 and it was a wonderful decision! The band was wildly talented and funky, keeping our guests on the dance floor all night long with a unique sound, which is exactly what we were looking to accomplish. Our guests were raving about the band all night and for days afterwards. It’s clear that Honeycomb has been doing weddings for some time as they came prepared with all the right songs, timing, jokes, and emcee experience. They were also so easy to work with! Communication and expectations were clear, transparent, and efficient. We would be thrilled to recommend Honeycomb to anyone looking for a live band for their dream wedding!

Honeycomb was not only amazing to work with while planning our wedding, but seriously delivered on wedding day. Aaron was super easy to communicate with and understood what I envisioned for ceremony music. The music was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. As for the reception, our guests are still raving about how much fun the band was. I’ve had one person tell me how badly they wish they could have Honeycomb play their birthday party back in Ohio. Honeycomb let my husband play a song for me, with me having no clue they had all orchestrated that surprise. Toward the end of the night, I realized the music was set to stop a little earlier than the reception actually ended (my fault) and Honeycomb played a little longer rather than packing up and leaving my guests with some awkward time to fill before shuttles picked them up from the venue. The experience overall with Honeycomb was wonderful and I’d recommend them to anyone! Besides actually tying the knot, I think this band was our favorite part of the wedding.

Wow, we were blown away by Honeycomb. From start to finish, very professional, friendly and accommodating. They really brought the party and made our big day that much better. The communication was great, they learned a few songs that we requested, let us sing on stage with them and the horn section killed it! Also loved the lead singers. They also had a classically trained pianist come and play my ceremony and played a beautiful song (I think she has to learn) and it was so amazing. Not a dry eye in the house. Hire them, you won’t regret it!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Honeycomb band!! We booked them for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They learned our processional and recessional songs, which turned out perfectly! For the reception, they learned our first dance song and they did such a fantastic job! I got so many compliments from my guests saying that the band was so fun and so talented. The dance floor was packed and everyone had a great time! They have a wide ranged repertoire and there was something for everyone. We are pretty big ska fans and they did a Mighty Mighty Boss Tones cover which our guests had a blast with!! Throughout the night they provided MC services and coordinated with our venue coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly. In regards to wedding planning, they made the process so smooth and easy. Very communicative and able to tailor their services to whatever you desire. Do yourself and your guests a favor and book them!! I promise you won’t regret it!!

THE BEST!! We booked Honeycomb for our Denver wedding back in January, and they went above and beyond! Communication leading up to the wedding felt personal yet professional, and they were sure to review our goals, timeline, & requests thoroughly prior to our wedding. They did an incredible job with the music, energy, and making our one goal for the wedding happen—for everybody to be on the dance floor! It was a dream come true! The whole band seemed like they were having just as much fun as our guests were, and we still are getting compliments on how fun our band made our wedding day. In addition, they did a stellar job emceeing our reception as well. They were extremely reasonably priced for the level of quality, professionalism, and reliability they provided. I will say I was skeptical because the vocalists they have now are not the same as the ones advertised in the videos, however, I’m so happy we chose to go with them! The current vocalists were also so talented (along with the rest of the band). I could go on and on about how amazing they were—thank you Honeycomb for everything!

Honeycomb was absolutely fabulous!!! Our wedding was in Steamboat so they band had to travel from Denver and they were there and set up with no issues by start time. They kept our guests entertained the whole wedding and were super easy to work with leading up to the wedding. Would 100% recommend!

Honeycomb absolutely MADE our wedding reception!! After reaching to dozens of bands and being shocked at the price of many of them, we stumbled upon Honeycomb online and we couldn't have been happier. First of all, their communication & management was incredible (unlike many bands we reached out to). It made it extremely easy to work with them! They were open to learning new songs for us and answered all my questions/requests I had. On the day of, Honeycomb did not disappoint!! They had everyone out on the dance floor for the whole night. The voices were amazing, but the musicians also were extremely talented. The thing I enjoyed the most was that the band truly seemed to be having fun up there, which made everyone else have fun. The MC'ing was amazing - exactly what we asked for within the questionnaire. Overall - couldn't have been happier! Highly recommend. We are still hearing compliments about Honeycomb!!

Honeycomb was incredible for our wedding! They were able to perform both an intimate jazz-esque set for our cocktail hour and bring the absolute party for our reception. The talent in this band is incredible from the singers to the brass section - these guys can play! I can not tell you how many people have approached me since our Wedding to comment on how incredible the band was. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

THIS BAND IS AMAZING! We had everyone dancing until the end of the night and even got an encore. Money well spent, and honestly a highlight of the evening! We are still getting texts saying how great our band was!!
This band was incredible! We had everyone dancing (including my 92 year old grandma) dancing until the very last song. They were interactive and just so much fun! Honeycomb was the PERFECT band for our wedding. Everyone who came stayed the entire night (even Aunts and Uncles), and danced the night away. The dance floor was always full and people were too busy dancing to put much of a dent in our offerings at the bar! Aaron and the band played the songs we requested and even learned our first dance song. They read the room perfectly and flowed seamlessly from one song to the next. "THE BAND WAS PHENOMENAL!" was a frequent post-wedding comment we received. It was a true joy and pleasure to work with Honeycomb and they made our wedding more memorable than we could have ever imagined.
We hired Honeycomb for our wedding 11/6/21, and it was literally the best decision! They brought the house down!!! They truly made our wedding on 100000x better. Every single person there commented on how amazing they were and how much fun they were having. We had a lot of requests prior to our big day, and they delivered without hesitation. We asked them to use their professional judgment for music being played during our cocktail hour, and it was perfect. They were very interactive with our guests, which made the night even better. At one point when they were taking a well deserved break, Proud Mary by Tina Turner was playing via Spotify and some of my family (myself included) pretended to jam out on some of the instruments! Afterwards, we apologized and told them we didn’t touch anything, and instead of getting upset they said how much they enjoyed watching that as no one had ever done that before. Choose Honeycomb for your entertainment if you want a group of fun, talented and amazing people. They made our day so special. Thank you!
If you’re looking for a phenomenal band, look no further! I couldn’t be happier with Honeycomb’s performance at my October 2nd 2021 wedding! Finding a band took the most time when planning a wedding since there are SO many videos to watch and if you’re in that process right now— stop your search and book Honeycomb! The lead female and male singers are so talented. They really brought all kinds of energy to the dance floor! The horn section came out into the crowd and the entire party lost it at how cool and fun it was! The entire band was so wonderful. I added ceremony guitar and vocals and Halle had the most perfect voice for my ceremony music. They also nailed all aspects of MCing the event. They are professional and prompt communicators. Overall it was an amazing experience that truly took my wedding to the next level!
What a great band. The horns and guitar solos were amazing they got everyone on the dance floor even the older crowd was out there!! Our wedding planner also commented on how it was the best band she had worked with. They were on time and helped out with all of our different requests. For an 8 piece band they were very affordable. We had Honeycomb for our Sept 2021 wedding in Steamboat and I’ve truly never seen a dance floor fill up to quickly. They were super easy to work with and brought so much fun energy to our wedding. Lots of Motown/funk and overall great party vibes. They also sang our first song (A Little Honey, Nathanial Rateliff) and absolutely killed it. Highly recommend!

We hired Honeycomb to perform for our daughter's wedding and were so impressed by their professionalism. Aaron was incredibly easy to work with in helping arrange the timeline for the day of and building the set list and song requests, and the band's performance was absolutely incredible. Excellent email turnaround time, flexible, and the best darned music that I could imagine at a wedding! They are a big group (I think) almost 10 members, and so talented and fun. They really know how to make a party stand out. And they have a mellow set too, if needed.
The band exceeded our expectations. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night. Both lead singers were unbelievable. We loved the iPeople went crazy for the guitar and horn instrumental solos. One of my Dad’s friends came up to me at the end and said “in 15 years people will remember how good the band was”.
We saw Honeycomb at the St. Julien this weekend and they were awesome! Loved their set list and the crowd was dancing the whole night. I almost wish I could get married again so these guys could play our wedding....You rock!!!!
Working with Honeycomb was such a great experience. As a Wedding Planner, you always worry about vendors arriving on time and doing what they need to do during an event. Well, I cannot say enough good things about this band. Aaron and John were extremely responsive during the planning process, they were amazing when I had questions during set-up, and everyone absolutely loved their music. They were a fantastic band and all our guests raved about them. They weren't your traditional pop-song-regurgitating wedding band, which is what we were looking for.
The only reason they're not getting 5 stars is because the two lead singers who showed up are NOT the signers in the videos on their website, or in any of these promo photos. We even went to see them live when they were playing at the Hard Rock Cafe, and the female lead was half the reason we chose them, she had an incredible voice. The woman who sang on our day wasn't even close to as good or energetic. This was NEVER communicated to us, even in our contract I had them specify the # of band members and singers, to avoid this problem as I've heard it can be an issue with some wedding bands. I guess I should've had them put their names in the contract too.
At the end of the day, my husband and I were the only ones who knew and the guests loved the band. It was quite a shock to walk out to do our first dance and not have who we were expecting though. They shouldn't market themselves as a fixed-member band when they're not.
I really enjoyed working with these guys! As a wedding planner, it's important to have truly professional vendors on each wedding team...and these guys made the top of my list. Professional, responsive, fun and great music. You can't ask for more than that.
Honeycomb played for our wedding at the Manor House in Littleton, Colorado in October 2018 and choosing them was the best decision we made for our wedding. They were responsive and easy to work with leading up to the wedding, and their performance at the wedding was incredible. When planning for the playlist, Honeycomb allows you to provide as much or as little input as you prefer. In our case, we chose to provide a short list of "must-play" songs, but to otherwise allow Honeycomb to pick their own set list and read the room to keep the party flowing. This was one of their greatest strengths, as they did an awesome job of picking the songs to keep everyone on their feet throughout the reception. Our guests had a great time jamming and dancing the night away.

We had a wonderful experience with this band! We coordinated with Julie who had multiple phone calls with me to ask questions and help us make a decision. She was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating to our schedules. Two months out the manger Aaron contacted us and we had a phone call discussing first dances, announcements, and overall music taste. We touched base one more time before the wedding and then they handled everything beautifully! They played the correct song for our announcement, learned and performed our first dance perfectly, and then played an amazing set. Multiple of our guests said the band was the best part of the evening. They played music that appealed to everyone and had every single guest on the floor. We loved them and would recommend anyone looking for a fun and lively group use them!
These guys played at my son's wedding last month and were fabulous! Their music is really good. People of all ages were out dancing their hearts out! They communicated well with the bride and groom throughout the process, followed through and were a delight with whom to work. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish, Honeycomb Band was super easy to work with - which is a very important attribute that wedding planners, like myself, look for when sourcing vendors for their couples. Julie makes the booking process easy and straight-forward while Aaron handles all music related and timeline questions to assure that everything goes off smoothly. On the day-of, the sound tech and band members were on time, professional and TALENTED. The vocals were strong and the whole band was fun and interactive making them a huge hit the entire evening! Not to mention, they are all down to earth and humble humans. For all of these reasons, I will continue to refer Honeycomb Band in the highest regard to all of my SKYLIGHT couples looking for a live music option.

Music was the most important thing for me and my husband on our wedding day and Honeycomb really delivered. The guests loved them and so did we. I was even bummed when they announced their last song because I wanted to keep the party going.

No one ever communicated this to me. They were very good-but not the same energy as the singers in the videos. Also, they missed our wedding party entrance song?

Honeycomb was outstanding at our wedding. They were professional and easy to work with from booking to load out. They even went out of their way to accommodate a few special requests that helped to make the evening perfect. The performance itself was magical, they had everyone dancing for hours and no one really seemed to want them to stop playing other than the venue. They are incredibly musically “tight” as a band, it is clear that they play together often. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Honeycomb was excellent at our wedding! They were very versatile, playing good dance music from the 1960s through today. They learned a song that wasn't on their current set list for our first dance and it sounded great. I had many guests tell me during and after our reception how good the band was; they really provided the life of the party. They were also a very reasonable price for an 8-piece live band with a horn line. Would highly recommend!

Honeycomb is hands down the best wedding band in Colorado! They made us our own special arrangement for our first dance and they had an amazing set list for the evening. I didn't have to worry about anything. They are very professional and were all set up and ready to go after the toasts. Everyone was dancing the entire night! People still bring up the band when we talk about our wedding. I'm a music production engineer, so it was really important for me to have great live music, w/o any audio issues. Honeycomb played at the City of Wheat Ridge's Performance in the Park concert series this past July and knocked it out of the park! The crowd absolutely loved them. We received 100 surveys from the crowd and Honeycomb received a 5 out of 5 in every survey question!

Honeycomb was absolutely AMAZING!! The second they started playing the dance floor was packed. The majority of our guests were out on the dance floor the entire time (Honeycomb did a great job appealing to all age groups). Our guests were calling for an encore (but alas we had to vacate the venue by 11 pm). Honeycomb made our wedding. It was an absolute blast. Many of our guests have told us it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to (thanks to the band!). We can't recommend Honeycomb highly enough!

Honeycomb MADE our wedding this last weekend! Everyone left buzzing about how amazing they were and no one wanted to leave the dance floor. They played music that was fun for all ages to dance to and truly kept the party going. Everyone in the band is so talented and professional. They even bring a sound tech with them to help with all your audio needs. We even used band members to help with our ceremony music. ROCK ON! I love all live bands at weddings and this one did not disappoint:) Tip! Get the set list early and the songs confirmed sooner than later so you can suggest any changes you might want. Highlight of the night was the band getting up on the fireplace and bringing the house down with the final song! amazing!
We had Honeycomb play at our wedding and they were such a hit! Everyone was dancing like crazy and had such a good time. We received a lot of compliments on how great the band was. Aaron was great to work with too when it came to picking out the setlist and ceremony setup. I would definitely recommend honeycomb as an outstanding band for any lively event.
Honeycomb played for our daughters wedding on 6/25/16 and they absolutely ROCKED the reception! The guests loved the music and danced the night away. There were people on the dance floor who never "get up and dance." Their play selection was fantastic and everyone at the reception told us it was the best "wedding band" they have ever heard. Aaron and his fellow band members were awesome and helped make Paul and Megan's wedding a night to remember. We would highly, highly recommend Honeycomb for any event you might be planning. Katie Couch Bagby, Aaron's wife, played keyboard for the ceremony and cocktail reception and she was another highlight of the evening. Please support this fantastic group of musicians as they peruse their passion for music. You will be thrilled that you chose Honeycomb!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Honeycomb!!! They were so fantastic! Their pianist was the perfect addition to out ceremony and cocktail hour and the whole band kept my guests dancing all the way through the last song! Thank you again Honeycomb!!!!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to hire Honeycomb as our wedding band. They were prompt, polite, professional, affordable, and most of all, they ROCKED our wedding reception! Their versatility and sound allows them to cover a variety of music selections and they were even willing to learn a few songs just for us. Our entire wedding party was chanting for more, and we barely left the dance floor the entire evening.
