Cassie was such a blessing to have when it came to the week of/day of regarding emails, payments, last minute planning and rearranging. It ended up raining the entire day so we had...
to shift some things around and Cassie was always so calm and positive which helped me accept the fact of the matter. She arrived to the wedding extremely prepared with a bunch of little things that I never even thought of that came in very handy or added that tiny detail that we didn't know we needed. I continue to get so many compliments from friends and family about how amazing Cassie was. She was so sweet and truly seemed to enjoy being involved in our day. Cassie showed up right away when the venue opened and she never stopped until it closed. She made it so easy for myself to actually let go of the planning and let her take over so that I could simply enjoy getting ready. She stayed late to help clean up which made it possible for us to actually enjoy our reception from start to finish. Cassie was a huge asset to have as just an extra voice when we wanted something done. It was so easy to confide in her how we were feeling or what we felt was missing and she made it happen with ease. We strongly recommend HoneyHill! We love and appreciate you Cassie! We cannot recommend Cassie strongly enough, she was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. From the very first meeting she was so kind and thoughtful. W...
e used her day of coordinator services, but I have told multiple people since the wedding that I wish I had booked one of the longer packages because I am sure she would have made my life so much easier! Even with the day of coordinator package, I was always able to reach out with any questions that I had leading up to the day. Our families were so impressed with her on the day and have mentioned multiple times how easy she made everything! We love Honeyhill and would recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding.
It’s hard to compress how much Cassie did for us into this review, but we’ll give it a go. We caught Cassie very near the start of HoneyHill, and she was such a positive influence ...
for over a year and a half as we navigated our wedding at a family-owned farm. Each of our vendors was “bespoke” and had not worked with each other. Rentals, photographer, catering, dinner, DJ, and bartending were all separate. We did most of the decorating ourselves with help from family and friends. Cassie was able to wrangle all of these details, made sure everyone had what they needed, and let us forget about any of the individual bits and bobs the entire wedding day. This was particularly important since we live in a different state than we were married in. Every meeting with her was a joy as she found a mix of both enthusiasm and practicality that meshed with how we viewed the planning process. She could redirect efforts from “overeager” family members in such a positive way, and even helped us procure decorations and glasses that we needed. Each vendor told us how well-run the wedding was, and how impressed they were with Cassie. In fact, our DJ (a family friend) hadn’t done a wedding in 8 years and let us know that if every wedding was as well-done as this one, he wouldn’t have stopped. We wish Cassie the absolute best in the future, and are so grateful for all the work she put in.

her and make our day run smoothly. She even answered a late night call from us to assist with one more thing. Cassie is professional, sweet, calming, funny, and insanely talented at what she does. 10/10 would hire again!
There are truly not enough words to describe how amazing Cassie is. From the first conversation we had, I immediately felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. Our wedding day would...
not have been complete without her. The power went out at our church 15 mins before the ceremony was supposed to start and she offered to go run and get 200 candles to light up the aisle. That is just one example of how sweet she is. Through every challenge that was thrown at her, she carried on in the most professional way. My family absolutely adored her and appreciated everything she did as well! She is the best of the best and we will recommend to her everyone we know getting married in the future!

the day and SAVED THE DAY with our floral🤍 She makes everyone feel comfortable and is so great at navigating different tough conversations. The day of the wedding (and a couple days before) she was at our backyard venue helping with planning table arrangements, setting different things up and assisting with directing all vendors of where things needed to go. I was worry-free the day of the wedding with Cassie running things before I got to the venue. Everything was absolutely perfect thanks to her☺️🤍

nd encouraged our plans to make it an extra special wedding weekend. She always made us feel good about our decisions.
The best part as the bride's mom was that on the day of the wedding she kept us on schedule, she knew all of the things that had to be taken care of as we moved throughout the wedding activities. She worked with each of the vendors in advance and on the day of the wedding. She kept a smile all day and I did not have to worry whether or not something would be taken care of. Cassie and her assistant handled it all and everyone had a great time. Absolutely would recommend Cassie.
HoneyHill wedding coordination/planning is the BEST! After my venue told me they were no longer utilizing the coordination package they originally had, I was referred to Cassie at ...
HoneyHill. While she was unfortunately booked the day of my wedding, she had another staff member on the job right away! Working with Cassie leading up to my wedding was so seamless and made everything so easy and she answered all of my many questions I had. She set up everything for success for the day of my wedding. Payton, who was the one on site for the day, was also AMAZING. She took care of absolutely everything. I did not have to do or worry about a thing. There was an issue with not having enough linens for the tables and she was on it and called my caterer and got everything figured out right away. She also did all of the tear down and I cannot thank her and Cassie enough for making my wedding day so easy and perfect. Hiring HoneyHill for my wedding day coordination was easily the best decision I made for my wedding day! I highly recommend working with HoneyHill for your big day!!
Thanks again Cassie and Payton!! :)

d, 2-day, destination wedding celebration seamless, easy, and fun. I am so glad and grateful we hired the team at HoneyHill Weddings. All of my vendors also told me how much they enjoyed working with Cassie - she has the best, most positive can-do attitude and was a delight to work with. Hiring Cassie was quite possibly the best decision we made for our wedding! We would have NOT been able to pull it off without her. We are forever grateful for HoneyHill Weddings!! Thank you Cassie!!

. We had many vendors including a large band and Cassie was truly exceptional orchestrating all of them! She worked with us in advance and was impeccable on her attention to details - including knowing who extended family members were. The day of the event, she drove forgotten items from location to location and always had a smile and an assurance “all was well”. The day was truly magical and Cassie was a key to everyone truly enjoying this incredible celebration!

ng she always made herself available to me when I had random questions/needed advice throughout the wedding planning process. I met with her the week of our wedding and she made me feel so calm and at ease about the day. Her and her assistants really did it all the day of the wedding! It was so helpful to have someone managing the vendors, venue, setup, bridal party, and family. She made sure my husband and I were where we were supposed to be at all times and kept the entire wedding on track. She also led our rehearsal the night before and did majority of the takedown at the end of the wedding night. Would recommend Cassie and HoneyHill again and again!!
Cassie plans and works in complete excellence!
My husband and I are had the chance to work alongside Cassie at Pinewood Weddings and Events center. Not only did she move seamlessly...
through out the day but she took on any roll or position to honor and serve the Bride and Groom, by that i mean Cassie was not only managing and coordinating the day and venue but she was also helping decorate and arrange. She wasn’t shy go take the reins on getting something finished and done well.
Cassie is ambitious, personal, thorough, hard-working and a people-person. You can see that she cares about her couples and how their day unfolds.
Cassie is a woman you want in your corner! She’ll advocate for your vision and help you get there efficiently. She is well versed in the ins and outs of the industry and it showed! We would hands down suggest HoneyHill Weddings to all of our dear friends and family!
