Honeymoon Expo Center & Destination Weddings

Our experience with Sue was very positive. We pretty much knew when/where we wanted to go on our honeymoon. She handled the booking and made sure we got all the available Sandals promotions. In today’s day and age, with the resources available online, the most important thing to us was responsiveness. Sue was prompt to reply to our emails be it after hours or over weekends. We’ve already booked another trip through her and plan on using her for our vacations. Thank you Sue! R&M

Sue was so helpful with booking our honeymoon! We stayed at Sandals Barbados and absolutely loved it! She helped us with everything to setting up our honeymoon registry to any questions we had with our trip! All in all we had a great experience with honeymoon expo center!

This was simply a underwhelming experience having worked with Honeymoon Expo Center to help plan our honeymoon. Upon initially meeting with Sue, we were glad to have someone assisting us with all of the ins and outs of planning a wedding (which we knew nothing about). However, shortly after making our decisions on what we wanted to have done, it all went downhill from there. We felt completely lost with Sue and her style of communication (or lack thereof). Almost everything that needed to be done to plan our wedding/honeymoon was like pulling teeth with Sue to get it done. It really made us wonder, on several occasions, why we had hired her in the first place as we ended up doing most of the work ourselves. Several of our guests were also unhappy with the quality of customer service she provided; many of them also felt "in the dark". Several deadlines and expectations were not met during our experience. Some of the most basic transactions, such as processing our payments, would take months for her to complete. Luckily, the nice people at Sandals picked up where she left off and made sure that everything was straightened out for us. Overall, I believe that Sue has lots of experience in the travel industry, however, with the level of service we received from her it's hard to comprehend how she's still gaining clients. If you're looking for someone to help book your next trip and want to feel confident in their abilities to do so, unfortunately, I'd have to advise you to stay away from Honeymoon Expo Center.
