We hired Honeysuckle Photography for our wedding in the Gorge and could not have been happier! Maggie & Lacy are incredibly talented -- the photos they took captured our day perfectly and we have received many compliments from our friends and family. They were also extremely professional and fun to work with, and got everything to us when they promised. I would highly recommend them -- and get an engagement session with them too if you can :)

Honeysuckle Photography was my favorite of all the wedding vendors we worked with. After looking at Maggie's portfolio online, her work immediately captured us and we contacted her right away. She was quick to respond, professional, and answered all of our questions with a meet & greet over the phone, since we were coming from out of state. Her warm personality only furthered our confidence to choose Honeysuckle Photography, and my fiancé and I knew right away that we wanted her to capture our special day. She was great about communication and even provided a few tips on where to look for wedding dresses and recommendations for other vendors. Maggie suggested a first-look at our wedding venue at Smith Rock the morning of the wedding to capture the best lighting. Despite several of our other vendors advising against starting the day so early, I am so glad we listened to her because that was the highlight of our day. It gave my fiancé and I the opportunity to spend time together in a breathtakingly beautiful place outdoors, to relax and just be ourselves. Our pictures were absolutely stunning. She managed to capture the most incredible moments and landscapes that will forever be cherished memories for us. In addition to all of the above, Maggie went above and beyond to provide some of the family photos to us early after my father-in-law became very ill and was moved to hospice. She also provided recommendations for framing services so that I could surprise my husband with a photo of him and his father for his birthday. It was such blessing to be able to view all the wedding photos as a family before saying our final goodbyes. The final delivery of all of our pictures arrived in beautiful packaging, leaving the last difficult task of picking photos for the album. Maggie was extremely patient with all of my revisions for the album. In the end, we had a beautiful story in pictures of our wedding that we will treasure for many years to come. I can't thank Maggie & Lacy enough for their kindness and immense talent. The decision of selecting a photographer is probably one of the most important decisions of wedding planning, and if you choose Honeysuckle Photography, you will not be disappointed.

All I can say is WOW! We were so impressed with Maggie's ability to authentically capture the warmth, joy, and spirit of our day. She was incredibly gentle, calm, and natural in the process of capturing the event and, as a result, she froze so many beautiful frames of that day for us to remember and enjoy for the rest of our lives. We met Maggie first out of three of photographers we were looking at for our wedding. We loved her pictures and work she had put on her website. After our initial meeting, she had a presentation with where she started, her work, why she loves to do weddings, the whole nine yards about her business. We knew instantly that we had to go with her because of her professionalism and personality. Of all the photographers we met, she seemed to be the best one that we would be able to work with on our big day. In our package it included 2 photographers the day of and an engagement session. The engagement session was awesome, it really gave us an inclination of how our special day would be and a chance for us to get to know her and feel comfortable. i highly recommend Honeysuckle Photography! And i know pictures can get spendy but they are worth it!
