I’m Michael, the Saxophonist and band leader for Honeytones! Starting at the age of 10, there’s been nothing I’ve enjoyed more in my life than making and listening to good music. As I progressed as a musician, I dove into the worlds of Jazz, and Hip Hop, and our sound as a band definitely reflects that. Having experience running sound with renowned band “Republic of Music” and working with the amazing musicians there made me want to combine what I’ve learned with the music I love and create Honeytones! We are sure you will love our sound, and we would love nothing more than to work with you!

Honeytones performed at my wedding and absolutely loved them! When planning some details, they were very flexible, communicative, professional, and reliable. They made everything seamless! When our wedding day came closer, there were a few unexpected requests that came up to ensure our wedding went accordingly. I asked Honeytones if they could transition from one end of our venue to the other to perform at our cocktail hour in one location and ceremony in the other. I also asked if they could help announce to transfer back to cocktail hour after our ceremony; they were more than accommodating and super easy to work with. All of my guests loved them as they set the mood and performed beautifully. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a band! We will definitely be having them as our primary band for any future events.

We saw Honeytones live show at Grossmont College and were completely blown away by their musicianship and professionalism. The way they play is unlike any other band, and I would absolutely recommend hiring them.

I was so excited to book this new group. They were so much fun to listen to and sounded amazing. Very organized and professional, I was very impressed with how well they set up and presented themselves. I also appreciated how quickly they were to respond in communication. Definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting to bring fun funky vibes to their event.
