We utilized them for our wedding party and guests transportation to/from our wedding. Communication was hit or miss throughout. They were quick to respond about booking/compensatio...
n, yet took days/weeks regarding any questions I had or changes I needed to make for the schedule. My biggest complaint was the fact that they left our entire wedding party at the venue following our send off! Besides us as the bride and groom, they were definitely next in line for importance for a ride at the end of the evening. Instead of the drivers asking if everyone was present or getting the okay to leave, my bridesmaids and his groomsmen all had to find Uber's on CMA fest weekend! When confronted about the situation afterwards (3 emails later), their only statement was that it was a miscommunication with the event staff stating they needed to depart at 11:05. Wish I wouldn't have tipped prior!
