Megan was the backbone of our entire wedding. She was our month of wedding coordinator, and truly the best decision we’ve made during the wedding planning process. Her meetings were thorough and she went over every possible detail to make sure our wedding was exactly the way we envisioned it to be. Megan and Francesca were incredible from morning to night, taking care of every aspect that goes into day of coordination. They were there to steam dresses, help with photography, keep everyone on time, bring last minute things we forgot to the venue, and kept us as calm as possible. We are so grateful to have had them on our wedding team and would absolutely recommend them for future weddings.

From the initial planning to the day of the wedding, Megan was professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. Everything ran smoothly and according to plan. I don't even know where to start! I could not imagine how I would have survived the last month without Megan! We got married on 11/2/24 and started meeting with Megan almost weekly...

the last month of planning. She was organized and detail-oriented, always asking about things I hadn't even thought of. She kept me organized and on track and even stepped in the last week when one of our vendors started pushing back on changes we had decided to make to make my husband and I's perfect wedding vision come to life. Day of the wedding, Megan worked with venue staff and all the vendors to keep everything moving along as planned. She was always available if my husband and I needed something. She assumed so many different roles: decorator, timeline keeper, photography assistant, podium assembler...you name it, Megan did it! When the schedule was going a little due to a later than anticipated dinner service, my type-A husband was texting Megan under the table negotiating how to adjust the timeline of the rest of the day to ensure we could still carry out all of our plans. Megan then went and communicated the new plan with the rest of the vendors so we could sit back and relax, knowing with full confidence that Megan would handle everything for us. Photo of Megan carrying my bouquet, AND my veil, AND her clipboard to our first look location so I could just soak in the moment. To sum it all up, everyone needs a Megan on their team for their wedding day. You absolutely will not regret it!!!

My main concern was that about 90% of my guesses were Spanish speaking but Megan said “if you do not have any issues I do not have any issues either”. Megan was very professional, helpful, friendly, and she became like a family member for us.
