Hoosier Tent & Party Rental was in founded 2001 to provide the finest quality rental equipment and professional services in the Indianapolis area. From our humble beginnings starting in a small storage unit, we have grown into a large warehouse where we are better able to service the needs of each customer. We handle backyard events, weddings, graduations, graduation ceremonies, corporate functions, festivals, long-term rentals, medical/COVID-19 tents and can help with any event - big or small. Our team works hard to ensure all of your questions get answered and we pride ourselves in offering the best customer service. Hoosier Tent and Party rental was incredibly easy to work with. I always received an email response within 24 hours of a question I asked and they worked with me to get the chair order and delivery I needed. Personally, I think charging $2.50 f...

or ONE chair is ridiculous pricing...considering people would be sitting in the chairs for all of 30 minutes....but those are standard prices across the board. Good customer service. Easy billing. Nice product.

They are rude, unprofessional, and do not show up for appointments. I had an appointment at 8 am and the girl did not show up until 11. No one even knew where she was! I used a different company.

We rented round tables and table clothes for the wedding. ALl of the table clothes were beautifully crisp white table covers. Great delivery time and perfect condition. Made setting up for the reception go smoothly. A+ for Hoosier rental!
