I had originally ordered bridesmaid dresses from Alfred Angelo's, which went out of business after we had ordered them, and Hope's Bridal called me immediately to help me pick out new dresses AND accommodate in any way possible. t just how great the dress was. There were some fit issue during the trials and Hope was able to interpret my concern and show me what my options were for fixing it. Her work was truly impeccable. Additionally, I always felt like family when I went in. Hope and Charlie were so kind to me and my family and encouraged us to stay as long as we needed to make sure we were comfortable with the changes. Hope additionally was kind enough to deliver my dress to the hotel the day of the event. I cannot say enough good things about my dress buying, fitting, and wearing process. I would go back in a heartbeat for a special event or prom.

I have bought 8-10 dresses from her (prom, wedding, & bridesmaid) and she made sure each one fit me like it was custom made for me! . She ordered my dress and altered it perfectly for me!! My dress had a deep slit at the bust that I wanted filled in and Hope and her team worked hard to make sure that it was just how I wanted it. They also hemmed it perfectly and took care of a stain that came on the dress, making sure that I was happy along every step of the way. The ladies that work there were all very kind and so helpful, I felt at home each time I went for a fitting. I was so pleased with my dress!!

) and it was the best experience imaginable. I had gotten a good idea at the first shop of what I did and did not like and I was dead set on not having a strapless dress. I explained to Lori what I was looking for and she showed me a couple dresses. I loved two that were very similar and was having major issues deciding. Hope came in and showed me how we could change the dresses to build them up and have straps or sleeves. I had my mom and sister take loads of pictures but I felt like I wanted my dad's input before deciding on a dress. They were so understanding and did not pressure me at all to buy that day. I checked around with a few stores to check on prices and Hope's prices fell in line with the others and was actually cheaper than most stores. That following week I returned with a friend and decided to purchase my dress. Once my dress came in I went for SEVERAL dress fittings for them to work on my dress. Hope seriously had to almost remake my dress. She had so many dresses she was working on and she always took the time to work on my dress until it was perfect. All of her employees are so sweet. I know I probably drove them all insane but they were so patient. My bridesmaids were from all over the place so some were unable to come in and be measured for their dresses. Hope and her staff were very accomodating and took orders over the phone, made suggestions for dresses, and recommendations for each girl's body type. Go with Hope's you will not regret it!
