Hornsby House Inn is a charming historic wedding venue located in Yorktown, VA. For over four generations, it has been a center of hospitality while warmly welcoming guests from far and near. Originally built in the early 1930s, it was home to the Hornsby and Bowditch families for over 80 years. In 2011, the house was lovingly transformed into a B&B so the family could share their tradition of Southern hospitality with guests. An inviting manor filled with timeless antiquities surrounded by gorgeous and mature gardens. Yorktown Beach is only a few steps away from the front porch, where comfort and elegance combine to create the perfect backdrop for any wedding. Hornsby House Inn offers a selection of stunning event spaces for you to host your magical day. You are welcome to exchange vows in the front yard before retreating to The Pavilion for a night of dining and dancing. The Pavilion is a bright and beautiful covered outdoor reception space that features chandeliers and market lighting that leads into the lawn. It conveniently has covered access to the inn itself, where guests can mingle and chat in the sitting areas or by the fire. This venue can accommodate up to 120 guests and has a number of guest rooms where you can rest after a night of celebrating.  Hornsby House Inn has a selection of packages for you to choose from. The Weekend Wedding Package includes access to the entire inn and use of the space for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. It also includes the use of get-ready suites, sound systems, and a catering kitchen. You can customize your package to suit your needs with add-ons such as place settings and linens to patio heaters, yard games, or propane fire pits.
