Dan with Horse to Water and his team were amazing and I highly recommend them. My sister-in-law got married last weekend and since I have been in the wedding industry over fifteen years, I asked her if I there was anything I could do to help her have a stress free day. She let me help her quite extensively with planning and coordinating so I saw many things that happened behind the scenes leading up to her special day and during the event. Horse to Water stood out among the group and were a breath of fresh air. During the planning process, Dan was always so easy to get ahold of, quick to reply to emails, gracious to answer all questions, and so easy and flexible with all of our plans and visions. On the day of the event, his staff was on time, so professional and friendly, easy to work with, and kept our guests happy! They even went above and beyond to help us with a few extra service needs that were not on the original contract. As an event professional for so many years I have seen the best and the worst, and I can tell you that you're in great hands with Dan and his crew. Don't settle for less!

Horse To Water is a mobile wedding bar service based out of Chino, CA. This bar is fitted into a fully restored vintage Stidham horse cart from 1971. The team of professional bartenders at Horse to Water are ready to go the extra mile to impress you and your loved ones. Couples throughout southern California can avail of this company's services. The bar's bright red exterior is perfect for adding a pop of color to your festivities. Horse to Water can create a custom bar menu, helping to make your wishes a reality. Your beverage options include signature cocktails, beer, and wine. Some of the staff's favorite cocktails include a twist on a bloody Mary and a customized whiskey sour. The bar has built-in dual taps but can also serve from a bottle. Non-alcoholic options are available, too. Garnishes and bar supplies are provided, while water stations are offered as an upgrade.

offer ample options for our heavily non-drinking crowed! They accomplished this by creating a special menu of drinks that could incorporate alcohol if the guest wanted but would taste brilliant on their own - even going so far as to creating their own NA shrub! Yes, it was to die for! They also helped facilitate our champagne toast! I cannot thank these two enough for showing up, setting up, and breaking down their beautiful trailer effortlessly! We will be hiring them for ALL future events we may host, personally and professionally. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Dan & Christine! Speaking of guests, they were able to provide impeccable service to them, and our guests could not stop raving about the fantastic service and quality of the drinks! I cannot begin to say enough about Dan, Christine, and the entire Horse to Water team! My wedding was scheduled for 6/25/22 and a mere 6 weeks before our wedding our original venue...

was shut down. It was a complete nightmare because not only did we have to scramble and find a new venue available on our same date, but we only had 6 weeks to do it. We found a new venue but we were going from an all inclusive venue to a bare bones venue. So my search started for bar services. I had reached out to local companies and all of them were either booked or never even bothered to respond. I happened to find Horse to Water on the knot and emailed them. Dan responded in less than 24 hours and set up a phone call with us within a day or two while he and his wife were on vacation on the East coast. They will never know how much it meant to us that they took time out of their own vacation to work with us. Dan and Christine went above and beyond for us with multiple phone calls and emails leading up to the day, helping us decide on how much of each type of alcohol to buy, picking it up for us and delivering kegs back to BevMo for us so we didn’t have to worry about it. They helped make such a stressful time for us so much easier. On the day of the wedding, their set up was perfect. I swear there was always people over at the bar cart. The trailer was simply stunning (I’m a country girl at heart so it made me so happy). I swear as much as I loved every single thing at our wedding, we definitely received the most compliments about the bar services from Horse to Water. The his and hers cocktails they created based off of what my husband and I love were perfect! I honestly wish I could make them as good at home because they were 10/10. The entire Horse to Water teams were a 12/10 and if I had to do it all over again I would choose them over and over. If you’re considering hiring them, then you absolutely should. You will not regret it! Thank you Dan and Christine!
