LIKE NO OTHER! This venue will surpass your wildest dreams! It is nothing less than spectacular and fun! Located in Johnson County, Clarksville, Arkansas, Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center is a secluded, WEATHERPROOF, waterfront venue that host weddings, receptions, banquets, corporate retreats, and other special events. This venue has been available for event bookings since August of 2020.This venue can be offered in an all-inclusive package that covers the use of both the Event Center (Reception Hall-Ceremony Hall and Deck) as well as lodging. Your wedding can be held out under the Arkansas skies on our cantilevered deck overlooking the lake or within the ceremony or reception halls. No worries if it rains on your special day. We simply move inside the ceremony hall and due to the design of the venue, nothing is lost, not even the view! A bridal suite is located next to the venue and also doubles as a honeymoon suite!
The Main Lodge has space to accommodate up to 12 guests for overnight stays and is less than 300' from the venue. There is an apartment on the second, third, and fourth floor of the newly constructed reception hall with a rooftop Skydeck as well as a balcony overlooking the reception hall space. In additional we have smaller glamping cabins and waterfall cabins that are available that can sleep up to four each. In all we can lodge up to 60 guests!
Choose a venue that has two separate buildings. One for the ceremony and one for the reception. Trust me, it will make your special day a lot easier! If your venue doesn't offer all of this as well as a giant onsite waterfall, keep looking! Almost forgot to mention that the kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, pickleball courts and basketball courts are available onsite for guest to use at no additional charge as well.

I serve as one of the main contacts for Venue related questions, scheduling, and logistics! I work behind the scene to maintain the beauty, functionality, and flow of the property. My goals is to provide a smooth well pampered Venue experience so couples can enjoy their wedding time, knowing the space is taken care of!

nter from the 23rd-26th with our wedding day on the 24th; all of our friends and family had a blast being able to stay with us and celebrate for 4 days! The venue included full access to the kitchen, tables, chairs, table clothes, and ceremony props with no extra cost! Pictures do no justice for how beautiful the scenery was. Mr. Scott was incredibly sweet and attentive to anything and everything we needed for the entirety of our stay! Scott and his team are super easy to get in touch with while booking/ planning which made it stress free for me since we live 8 hours away. The kids had a blast with the basket ball court, kayaks, lagoon, hiking trails and the quite wide open space to ride their bikes. They are also pet friendly; our Luna was able to enjoy herself and tag along for all our adventures! I highly recommend HorseHead Lake Lodge and Event Center to host you on your special day ! Thank you Mr. Scott for hosting us; my family and I have not stopped talking about our trip since we left !
