Tucked away in Central Florida and only 30 minutes from downtown Orlando, Horsepower Ranch Event Venue is conveniently located for you and your guests. This property features several event spaces for your festivities, both outdoor and indoor. Outdoor areas include The Barn Courtyard, a covered 2,700-square-foot open-air pavilion with attached stables. Weathered wood beams and other rustic surroundings will add an air of country authenticity to your celebration. The Gunslinger Pavilion is 6,000 square feet in size and seats up to 400 guests in another covered pavilion. Outdoor market lighting, a rustic bar, a fully-furnished get-ready room, and climate-controlled bathrooms are all featured here. Indoors, Macs Outlaw Garage is a versatile and spacious area at 5,000 square feet. An 1800s-style custom-built saloon is draped with indoor market lighting while a full bathroom get-ready room awaits a nearlywed upstairs. All year round, you can enjoy the option of having the large bay doors opened, allowing you and your attendees to savor good weather.
The Horsepower Ranch Event Venue staff offers wedding booking with either convenient full-service packages. Alternatively, they will accommodate you in creating your own plans with vendors. Their in-house event planners will assist you in bringing your wedding dreams to life. Up to 500 people may share in your joy at this country venue.

absolutely perfect. The setting is stunning and made for a gorgeous backdrop for our celebration.
That said, our overall experience was mixed due to communication issues leading up to the wedding. There were several changes made to the venue that were not clearly communicated in advance, which caused last-minute logistical adjustments and added stress during what should have been an exciting time. While the day-of experience was positive, the lack of communication beforehand significantly impacted our overall impression.
This venue has a lot of potential, but clearer and more proactive communication would greatly improve the experience for future couples.

This place offers so much more than any wedding venue I've ever seen and has the best staff imaginable. From the owners, Rachel and Scott, to the bartenders, to the additional helpers we had so much fun celebrating our big day with every single one of them!! ontrol freak). The venue itself was spectacular from the cars on display to the animals. The bar that is there is absolutely breathtaking!
They were even able to have a special request available, as most people that were there are Auburn fans and Auburn was playing in the Final Four game that night. Horsepower made a television available for all to watch.
I know we will be back as they also host different events through out the year, photo shoots, and unicorn birthday parties.
I can't say enough about this place! I have told everyone I know where we got married and not one person had a single bad thing to say.

The owner, Rachel, was amazing. She was able to customize a wedding that fit into our budget. She made it seem too easy :)))
Rachel makes the Horsepower Ranch a one stop shop for any and all your wedding needs. I was shocked at all the bases covered and contacts provided. Rachel and her staff were able to accommodate last minute needs and back up plans due to rainy weather with ease and smile.
