Nicole was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, she was responsive, kind, and excited to work with me. The shopping day with her was so much fun. She had sent the list beforehand and when we went to Costco she knew exactly what we would need for our wedding and made it so easy for us. On the day of the wedding, everyone LOVED the drinks. She put in so much effort to make sure the drinks were perfect and beautiful. Adding the details of our cats' pictures made it even more personal. Nicole was so excited and added such a vibrant energy to our wedding. I highly recommend hiring her and having the beautiful buggy for any event you need.

Hiring Hot to Trot was honestly the best decision I could have made for my wedding! The bar cart is so cute and I felt like I didn't have to do anything besides pick out drinks. Nicole was so friendly, easy to work with and so responsive to emails and questions. We planned an out of state wedding and so we trusted a lot of our vendors on their reviews and online presence and the amazing and beautiful bar put on by Nicole was true to everything. Not only easy to work with, but the drinks were AMAZING and visually stunning. Service was super friendly and all our guests loved it. You can tell Nicole really takes pride in what she does and it shows through in the execution. You are honestly doing yourself a favor for any event that needs a bar by booking with Hot to Trot.

The cart was adorable, went perfect with our outdoorsy wedding. the drinks were unreal made with scratch syrups and love. and the service was top notch, no drinks were handed out without a smile. i could not recommend Hot to Trot enough and am looking for reasons to hold another event to use her again!!!!

We booked Hot to Trot for our wedding earlier this month and I cannot recommend Nicole and her team enough. First and foremost, her drinks are beautiful and delicious. Your guests will love them. The trailer bar is cute and has a really fun vibe. We had our wedding on a farm and it was a perfect match.

Okay I see that there is a word count limit on here so I will try to wrap up my love for Nicole and Hot to Trot in under 3500 characters, which I’ll be honest is going to be a struggle. When I booked my wedding venue, I wanted a very diy byob situation that was going to save me money. Then I thought you know what would be cute is a little elevated drinking experience that says more than backyard bbq, it says “we value you and are happy you’re at our wedding.” We wanted something fun, interactive, and exciting. I reached out to a few different drink vendors and Nicole was by far the friendliest and easiest to talk to. Once I saw the drink packages, I knew that with her personality shining through emails and her communication being so easy and amazing, I wouldn’t regret choosing her to book with. From the moment I locked in my date, Nicole was excited, involved, and so very informative. She got me excited to see what she could do. The way she talks about her flavors and fresh ingredients, and the thought and personalization she puts into your wedding is really incomprehensible. When I say that she is worth every penny I mean it, if I could get married again just to hangout with her I would. She went above and beyond in everything she did leading up to our wedding, and then was such a sweet fun person to be around when we finally got to meet her in person. You can tell she loves what she does, and puts her whole heart into making your day as special and unique as she possibly can. I’m not trying to brag but she literally made custom handmade stir sticks for my Pendleton theme when she couldn’t find anything available to purchase that suited our style. If you were going to skimp on anything in your budget, this would not be it. In fact, it’s worth skimping on just about everything else to make sure you can book Nicole and have her grace your wedding or any event with her delicious drinks. I could go on all night, by truly she was by far the best decision I made and wrapped up our whole guest experience in a pretty little bow. So book her, love her, and treat her like the jewel she is because you won’t regret it. 🩷

Nicole was one of my most favorite wedding vendors to work with. We had an abundance of questions, last minute changes, and chaos with our wedding. Nicole was always extremely helpful. Communication with her was amazing. I could pick up the phone to call her about anything or send her an email and get a quick response. She was very detailed and had everything going so smoothly for us. We got married in the middle of a crazy storm. Lots of vendors told us they may not make it but Nicole made sure to ease my stress by telling me she would be there no matter what! I will forever recommend Nicole to anyone planning an event. Where do we begin?? My wife had a line in her vows at our wedding that said “ how am I expected to write what I love about a person when it’s everything.” That is exactly how we feel about Nicole and the Hot to Trot Beverage Buggy!!
We could easily surpass the 3500 character limit on this review talking about how grateful we are to have chosen Hot To Trot for our micro wedding in Mt Hood, Oregon. From day one Nicole was an absolute delight to work with. She was exceptionally kind, considerate, accommodating, attentive, reassuring, organized, and dedicated to bringing our vision to life. Something that stood out to us from the beginning was how intentional Nicole was with her language and communication. She truly made us feel special during every step of the process and we found ourselves getting more and more excited as the wedding got closer because of the excitement she exuded. Throughout the entire process Nicole reassured our anxieties, helped us navigate logistical details that were causing us stress, and offered creative ideas and insightful solutions. She helped us craft the perfect beverage menu which included signature cocktails with one-of-a-kind garnishes that were inspired by our personal details. Not only that, but Nicole remembered specific details about items we requested during our first few email correspondences but ultimately decided not to include in our menu, and went out of her way to include them the day of the wedding. Nicole’s attention to detail, quality beverages, exceptional service, intentional interactions, and bright energy are just a few of the reasons why working with Hot to Trot is a 5- star experience.
Everything about our wedding was magical.. including the beverage buggy! Nicole truly went above and beyond and it was so clear that she put so much heart and thought into every single detail. More than that, she brought so much life, love, and joy to our wedding, simply by just being herself. Everyone at our wedding, including our other vendors, came up to us at some point that night or in the days that followed to tell us how amazing the drinks were, but more than that how much they appreciated the engaging and joyful they had with Nicole. She and the beverage buggy clearly left a mark on the experience had by our family and friends, and that is more than we could have ever asked for.

Nicole was the best bartender I could ask for! She was super on top of everything from the very beginning and had a great timeline for keeping things on track up until the day. I really wanted her to take the wheel and she drove the whole way.
She also had access to wholesale pony kegs and made it as easy as possible for us for her to do her job. She's unbelievably upbeat and such a positive vibe to have at your party. She also made us a custom mocktail that was themed as our cat with a special surprise that was so cool.
I'd 100% recommend Nicole for anyone's event.

Where do I start! I would give Nicole 10 stars if it was an option. I could not have asked for a better person to be apart of our wedding. She is highly professional, talented, so communicative, sweet, caring and genuine. From our first conversation to the many following, to our shopping trip and the day of the wedding, she felt like a friend who was trying her absolute hardest to make this day amazing. Her hand crafted cocktails are an art, I still have guest from our wedding telling me how good they were. To anyone looking for a bar service, hire Nicole and just stop looking. I promise you no matter what event she will put her heart and soul into it.
Honestly, Nicole was such a highlight of my wedding experience. She went above and beyond for several aspects leading up to our big day which I deeply appreciated. I’m an out of state bride and she coordinated a keg for me and was able to help with some back end stuff that was hard as I didn’t live where our ceremony was. She kept in close contact with me and was always enjoyable to chat with via email. When I met her at my cocktail hour she greeted me with a huge smile and the best energy. She also got me and the groom special cocktail glasses (with lids and straws, thank you!!!) and was just such a pleasure to be around. Everyone loved her and her bartender, and of course the cocktails were amazing! Thank you so much for thinking of the little things and bringing extra, fun garnishes for our drinks ❤️
Nicole served out of Hot to Trot for my mine and husbands wedding this past June. We did a lot of planning ourselves and to say we were unorganized and a hot mess, would be an understatement. Nicole was optimistic, uplifting and cheerful the entire time! I forgot to tell her in advance that I wanted to do a champagne toast and she whipped out a miracle and somehow made it all come together effortlessly, with a smile the entire time. Her warm personality is contagious and each one of my guests fell in love with her! She ended up talking to more of my guests than I did, so truly when I say who you hire matters - who you hire, totally MATTERS!! She adorned the buggy with special decor that was an element of surprise and exceeded my expectations. At first we had to move some things around to fit a custom bar service in to our budget but now looking back, this was one of the most important vendors and features of our special day! If you don’t have a bar service for your event, definitely budget for one or move things around, you won’t regret it and it ends up being one of the best pieces of a chaotic wedding puzzle! Thank you Nicole for making our day so special and for your unwavering kindness!
I literally can't say enough about how amazingly positive of an experience we had with Hot to Trot! First of all, Nicole is by far the most personable, kindest, and most dedicated vendor I have ever worked with, and I can easily say she was my favorite person I hired for our wedding. From start to finish, Nicole made sure every step of the process was smooth and personalized to us, and went above and beyond my expectations: from customizing a menu to finding the best prices and even meeting in person to purchase everything, she had us covered every step of the way! At our event, she was on time, set up beautifully and made sure everyone was well taken care of. She even surprised us with an additional special signature cocktail - which was a HUGE hit! At the reception I got so many comments on both the quality of the drinks and how amazing Nicole is as a person, and I can't echo that enough! Thank you for an amazing night and so many memories (oh, and for answering every single one of my millions of emails, lol)!
COULDNT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE! From the first point of contact, we could not have asked for a better beverage vendor. Nicole was so quick to respond, was extremely informative, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly for us. She created an amazing and personalized drink menu. She asked us if we wanted to personalize even further by naming our drinks after our dogs and took time to create a menu with our dogs faces on it (it was SUCH A HIT). She helped us find the best prices and even took time to meet my husband to get everything purchased. Nicole made us feel so taken care of and on top of that she is just a wonderful human being.
Day of her setup was beautiful and the drinks we incredible. I had so many people come find me to tell me that was the best margarita that they had ever had! She made sure all of our bridal party and family members were taken care of and even took photos from the event to share with us.

Let me first start off by saying that Nicole was by the far my favorite person to work with through this process. The amount of time, effort and detail she put into everything she did. From the moment we hired her she went above and beyond. From sending me menus to answering my million emails to helping me curate the most delicious drinks. She did everything in her power to make sure we got everything we wanted. She was helpful, kind and just a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have imagined my day with anyone else. You can tell Nicole truly loves what she does, the passion and energy she put into making our day seamless was unmatched. Please hire her!! You will not regret it! Sad I won’t be working with her anymore but so excited for the brides that will!!
Nicole and the Hot To Trot team are the bartending team you want at your wedding. Our cocktail-forward menu was exceptionally tasty, soo many of our friends and family were raving about them. Also, Nicole is a breath of fresh air when the rest of the "wedding industry" can feel so rigid and impersonal. Thrilled we found her.
Nicole was the most amazing vendor we could ask for. Reliable and flexible — especially when our event almost had to be relocated due to fires. I truly felt as if she had our best interest and felt like we could trust her completely. We will miss working with her so much!
Working with the team at Hot To Trot was beyond perfect. We had a very unfortunate tragedy the night before the wedding, involving both of our maids of honors getting into a car crash, and Nicole’s team was one of the biggest reasons we had a smile on our face the whole night. They were flexible, supportive, and had the most wonderful energy. They were so much more than just a vendor and really showed up that night to help us through it. We are also a lesbian couple, and just to let other lgbtq+ couples know, they are the BEST!!!!!! Not to mention the drinks were out of this world, we are still getting messages and comments about them.
I had Hot To Trot Beverage Buggy serve my wedding and it was nothing short of spectacular! Nicole is incredibly professional but kind and personable - she’s so funny and light hearted :). She has fun doing what she does and her passion shines through. Her vintage horse trailer has all of the cute aesthetics that you want at your wedding making it a great photo opportunity! She listens to what is important to you and makes menu suggestions for cocktails, beer and wine that best go with the time of year and the theme or vibe of your wedding (or event)! 10/10 would recommend!!

Hot to Trot came out to our serve a public event at our venue and WOW...what an amazing vendor! Not only is Nicole absolutely wonderful to work with, her presentation is ON POINT! Her crafted cocktails were delicious, the horse trailer set up is cool and bougie in the best way. Not to mention, her engagement with clients was personable, professional and fun. We would absolutely recommend her for any event and we can't wait to have Hot to Trot back to Adeline Farms!

Hi, I’m Nicole, the proud owner of Hot To Trot and a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to creating unforgettable celebrations! Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I’ve always drawn inspiration from the vibrant culture and natural beauty of this region. Growing up, I had a front-row seat to the magic of the hospitality industry. My dad, a talented chef and restaurant/bar owner, showed me what it means to create memorable experiences for others. Those early lessons sparked a lifelong love for hosting, attention to detail, and crafting the perfect atmosphere for every occasion. I’m a self-proclaimed “flavor chemist,” constantly experimenting with fresh, local ingredients to dream up unique recipes that surprise and delight. Whether it’s perfecting a signature cocktail or curating the flow of an event, I thrive on the little details that make each moment truly special. Most describe me as personable, warm and friendly.
