We had our wedding reception here in July, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I started working with them on perfecting our wedding reception months ago, and the...
y were there every single step of the way. We booked out most of the hotel for our wedding weekend, and every single one of our guests was raving about this place. The rooms are fun, unique and all different, the food is OUTSTANDING, the drinks are amazing, but the staff is truly incredible. The staff treated all of us like family from the moment we walked in. I felt supported, respected and heard throughout my wedding planning process, and during my stay as a guest. Our wedding reception itself was absolutely stunning. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. They even went above and beyond to help us with decor. Truly an amazing experience and THE BEST event venue deal in all of Monterey. I felt like family when I left this place. As a guest and someone who grew up in Monterey - I cannot recommend this hotel any more. The fun hotel rooms (which I saw many of them due to having family there) are spectacularly done. As someone who planned a stressful event here - I could not have asked for a better team. Tony, Andre and Sam - you guys are the best!
