Our wedding manager Katie went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly for our 200-guest celebration. From the moment we started planning, she made the entire process effortless, giving us peace of mind during such a busy time. What truly set her apart was her ability to handle a last-minute emergency without breaking a sweat. She coordinated with the catering team flawlessly, adjusting as needed, and still managed to deliver a stunning and seamless event. Choosing Hotel Arista was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The venue is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the food is incredible. Katie Jones is especially phenomenal to work with! She was meticulous in ensuring every detail was exactly what we wanted. Katie is very personable and professional, she is incredible at her job and made wedding planning stress free and fun. The coordination between Hotel Arista and the other vendors was seamless. We had some wild requests and ideas but Hotel Arista, and specifically Katie; were so accommodating of all of our requests. We received so many compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed the food and how beautiful their hotel rooms were. Overall, the entire team at Hotel Arista went above and beyond to make us feel so special at our wedding and I could not recommend Hotel Arista enough!

Hotel Arista is a beautiful venue Their wedding designer Katie Jones was amazing to work with! She was on top of communication with us and took care of our questions and concerns promptly. When we had a few guests that had concerns about allergens, she was very understanding and started telling us about the pre-cautions that could be taken. She understood our vision for the day completely and even added extra touches to the space that elevated our decor beautifully. Katie helped us put on a beautiful wedding that all of our guests were able to enjoy and made us as a couple feel so cared for! The hotel itself is a gorgeous venue, and they were incredibly accommodating. They took great care of our guests and their needs, adding to the experience of our wedding weekend. We highly recommend working with Katie and the Arista for an unforgettable wedding experience!

Hotel Arista and Katie were amazing to work with, they were so flexible in making sure our wedding day went exactly how we imagined it! Katie is so easy to work with and so understanding. The venue itself was phenomenal and the food is too! We got so many compliments on how beautiful of a venue it is and how great all of the food and drink were. We had many out of town guests and they loved the experience of staying on site and all of the amenities the hotel had to offer. Would 10/10 recommend working with Katie and Hotel Arista.

Beautiful venue, the food was fantastic and Katie is truly a rock star in her role. There were a few mishaps that happened when she was out for vacation, which just goes to show that she is truly the beacon of getting things done correctly when she’s there!!! I would recommend to anyone to having their wedding on this campus - we felt so taken care of the day of and having everything in own location was ideal. Food service was a little slower but it was a big wedding, no one seemed to mind because the staff was so professional. You could truly tell everyone was doing their best to give us the night we dreamed of and i truly think that is hard to find these days.

Arista is a beautiful venue, and provides a lovely experience. It is situated on a campus to support, with restaurants and services. The geographical location is good for guests. The event coordinators were communicative and helpful, Katie in particular, and acted as an all-but day of coordinator, and at times even more than that. There is however a clear distinction between Arista, and your Arista point-of-contact though. The hotel itself can struggle with coordination in various small ways. Hotel information communication, back office communication and timing, drop off and pick up coordination and timing were all impacted negatively. We're fortunate that we were most negatively impacted by a lack of Arista to Arista communication and logistics when we had purpose-built slack time in our schedule day-of. Back to the good stuff! Set up and take down was flawless, seamless, and quick. Katie was with us through most of it, easing concerns. Not acting as a crasher but as very helpful staff and a very welcomed guest too. Arista seemed to interact flawlessly with our other vendors as well. Food was good for the most part. Bar service was even better! Arista was generous with their space, allowing us to basically utilize an entire floor of a building when we really only had two rooms. Guest experience was good, rooms great! If you're getting married here honestly just get two suites so that you have a groomsmen and bridal suite because neither are built into the venue. They're large enough to function as one, and if you're not doing a first look, you could honestly have everyone get together in one. Parking being baked into the price is excellent and makes guests immediately happy. (A very small side note, please communicate with your couple when a large event will be occurring simultaneously. It's not that large events shouldn't occur, but being proactive with that information would have been helpful.)

We had a fabulous time working with Katie Jones at Hotel Arista for our wedding in June! Katie was so helpful with all of our planning needs and helped us bring our dream wedding to life. She helped guide us through the planning process and was very attentive with answering all our questions. The wedding day was perfect, and I knew I could trust Katie and the Hotel Arista staff to keep the wedding day running smoothly. My husband, family, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the Hotel Arista staff. The food was amazing! Special shoutout to the potato leek soup. We constantly had servers checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed during dinner. Food was brought out and cleaned up in a very timely manner. And they also held a day after brunch where the staff was so kind and attentive. We loved that Hotel Arista staff also took care of setting up all the decorations, programs, and favors that we brought in. And they cleaned them up at the end of the night and stored them for us until we checked out of the hotel. Many thanks to all the event staff who are truly exceptional at what they do! You can tell they are professionals that do a fabulous job hosting elegant events. I would highly recommend Hotel Arista to anyone for their wedding, I could not imagine a more perfect wedding day!

The hotel was perfect for our big day, it had everything we needed. Katie was the best planner she kept us informed on all things and helped us bring our vision to light. We don’t know what we would’ve done without her! Beautiful space for a wedding and to stay! The staff was incredible and so was the food. We can’t wait to celebrate our anniversary and stay at the hotel again!

Throughout the planning process, we were able to count on Katie to walk us through it and answer all of our questions. My husband and I keep receiving compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and how delicious the food tasted.

Our wedding a few weeks ago ended up being so perfect for us at this venue. It surpassed any expectation we had, and Katie Jones was a big part of making that happen for us. Planning was not without stress, but Katie handled answering all of our questions in a timely manner and was helpful in talking through any obstacles we faced. It was nice having someone affiliated with the venue who has so much experience and knowledge. Having both our ceremony and reception was a key part of our day running so smoothly. The staff of Hotel Arista did such a great job flipping the ballroom from ceremony to reception and they were very helpful to our separate vendors involved. Some of our vendors had already worked with Hotel Arista and all had heard of it, so that shows how well known they are for weddings. We do hope that Hotel Arista considers having drapery that is more pleasing to the eye to begin with, since we did have to pay a decent amount to cover their existing drapery with white drapery. Anywhere you go for a wedding venue for the most part is going to have extra charges like that though, so we made sure to prioritize what we wanted to spend more on. The day felt really magical and effortless, and it is extremely evident that Katie in particular puts a lot of effort in to making it feel that way. We will never forget our special day at Hotel Arista, and we look forward to celebrating anniversaries and special occasions there in the future.

I had a beautiful brunch wedding there. The waffles were frozen and hard and the food was awful when I asked them to do something to keep the bride happy, they offered a 1 night stay (valued at $250) even though I paid over 15K for the wedding. I called for months and no response. I would not suggest this venue. The way they talked down to me as a woman of color makes me feel, all should take their business elsewhere.

I could probably write a book on how much I loved having our wedding at Hotel Arista! First of all, Katie Jones is a miracle worker and the best person to have on your team when planning a wedding. From start to finish, she was the most supportive person and you could tell she genuinely cared about every couple she worked with. Planning a wedding is obviously very stressful (I'm prone to anxiety anyway), but every time we would meet with Katie should would always leave me feeling confident and happy. The wedding itself could not have been any better. Not only is Hotel Arista a beautiful venue in general, but the staff are second to none! They made everything as easy as possible on us. They took care of the setup and Katie had everything scheduled perfectly based on our wedding day plan she helped design for us. Getting married in the winter can be tricky depending on the weather, but we were able to get such lovely pictures inside the hotel that it wouldn't have even mattered if we couldn't go outside. I have to give a special shout out to everyone who made our ceremony and reception possible. It was just gorgeous at every stage. And I have to say, I have never heard so many people tell me this is the best food they've EVER had at a wedding. People are still telling us that over a month after we got married! I couldn't agree more - the food was absolutely stellar. I also can't go without mentioning how my mom was getting over a cold on the day of our wedding and Katie made sure she was being served throat-coat tea (that's the GOOD stuff) the entire evening so she wouldn't have to miss the reception. I mean, I could go on forever about how wonderful our wedding experience was! My husband and I live about 5 minutes away from Hotel Arista and we originally joked about how silly it would be to get married so close to our house. Thank god we decided to check it out anyway! Because it was easily our number one choice after looking for venues. It's easy to think about the venue itself and where you want to get married physically. Obviously with us getting married in the winter, it seemed like a slam dunk to get married at a hotel where we could have our ceremony and reception all in one location. But something we admittedly hadn't thought about prior to looking for venues was the wedding planner. It's not enough to just have a venue you love, but you want the person organizing your wedding to be someone you can rely on! Katie was that person in spades. We will have amazing memories of our wedding for years to come and a huge reason for that is the fantastic the staff at Hotel Arista. Thank you for making our wedding weekend such an amazing experience!

Katie and Hotel Arista were AMAZING. I had heard it is stressful planning a wedding, but Katie made it easy. Any request we had she made sure to get it covered (including having the dogs get ready with us at the hotel). I could not recommend Katie and Hotel Arista more if you are looking for somewhere to have a beautiful venue and work with amazing staff.

Planning a wedding can be stressful but we were so fortunate to have Hotel Arista as our wedding venue and have Katie guide us through the process! She was very responsive and knowledgeable to all of our questions prior to our wedding. On wedding night, she was a professional. She checked in with us through the night and even had meals delivered to some of our guests in their hotel rooms when they needed a break from the night. Everything came together so wonderfully and the staff were kind as well. Shout out to Jody the bartender who was so sweet!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Hotel Arista and I can't tell you how incredible everything was from start to finish. Katie and Kristine were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process reducing any stress that may occur while planning a wedding. The ballroom, food, staff and hotel rooms were above our expectations and we cannot thank Hotel Arista for everything they did to execute the wedding of our dreams!

My wife and I booked The Arista for our daughters wedding. Words to describe it was spectacular, magical and elegant. Working with Katie and her team was so so easy. She always returned our calls promptly and took care of the entire venue. The staff is amazing, the hotel and rooms were gorgeous. We can’t talk enough about our experience with Katie Jones. She’s the best in the industry. Very highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

We booked our daughters reception at this hotel and couldn’t believe how beautiful the ballroom looked; the food was spectacular and the staff there was the best around. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an elegant, beautiful wedding. The staff takes the worries off of you. Guests are still talking about it!

Amazing experience with Katie and all the staff at Hotel Arista. The entire process was seamless, from the initial consultations to the tasting to the big day. The rooms in the hotel are also charming and our guests loved them. The convenience of having the food and cake included in the wedding package was a huge plus. The biggest highlight was getting to work with Katie - she is organized, efficient, transparent, easy to talk to, and pleasant to work with. She was easily accessible via e-mail and phone for any questions we had, and made the process as stress-free as possible. It is clear to see why she has been so successful at her job!

Hotel Arista was the venue for our September 2021 wedding weekend, and I would 1000% recommend it! When I say wedding WEEKEND, it’s true! We did everything at Arista from rehearsal dinner (CityGate) through reception & it was so incredible that it felt like a destination wedding (and we live in Naperville)! We felt swept up in the magic of the campus and it was such a relief to have zero travel all weekend. I was so obsessed with Hotel Arista that I booked a tour with Katie before we were even actually engaged! It was the only venue we looked at, and Katie was the sweet sweet cherry on top. Katie made me feel like one of her best friends and I trusted her wholeheartedly throughout the planning process. The week of, when my #typeA brain collided with my #bridebrain, Katie was so calm, understanding, and what felt like genuinely excited for us! Wedding night went off without a hitch and countless guests came up to us to share how well Hotel Arista had “nailed it”. It was everything I had ever hoped for, and I am so happy we get to have the memories at Hotel Arista for the rest of our lives. 10/10 highly highly recommend. PS- the ultimate grilled cheese appetizer was to die for, and I want to start a petition for them to serve that regularly at CityGate 😊

Hotel Arista is the best choice for your wedding venue!!! They had everything we needed to make our New Year’s Eve wedding extra special. There is a cute Starbucks-like coffee shop, a beautiful spa, a modern gym, a plethora of delicious restaurants and of course hotel accommodations that are unique and unmatched. From our first phone call inquiry to our wedding day, we were treated like absolute royalty. We worked specifically with Michael Dubina who was creative, detail oriented, personable and professional. More importantly, working with Michael Dubina and the Hotel Arista staff was fun! Thanks to Katie J and her team for a seamless wedding event! All the details were carried out perfectly. Staff couldn’t of been more accommodating. So many people came up to me to tell me what a great hotel this was. (Most guests at this wedding were were from out of town and stayed over night.). Food was amazing! Drinks were delicious (bartender knew what I liked and just made it for me when I walked up!) Just a great experience all around ! Hotel Arista was a fantastic venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. Katie Jones is an incredible event planner and took such good care of us through out the entire process. She helped see us through our postponement (Covid) and made sure our small intimate ceremony and separate large reception were both perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and the service is top notch. A lot of guests also commented on how good the food was. Your loved ones will enjoy their time here as will you! I just got married this past weekend after a long engagement and cancellation due to covid. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait. I had my wedding at the end of August and I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Arista and Katie Jones. From the start, the entire wedding process was made so stress free through the help of Katie. Even with covid up in the air, Katie kept in communication with us and we were in the loop 100% of the time and knew what was going on. Hotel Arista is gorgeous, but Katie alone is one of the biggest reasons we ended up choosing Hotel Arista as our venue. Out of all the venues we visited Katie was by far the best communicator, straight forward right off the bat and was 100% of the time so pleasant to work with!. Katie Jones did an amazing job helping us have the best wedding possible at Hotel Arista. From communicating clearly and answering all of the questions we had (and didn't know we had!), she helped make sure we were prepared for our big day on every front. Kristine Chinnici did an excellent job at making sure the day itself went smoothly with no hiccups, and everything was exactly like we hoped it would be. Would highly recommend!!

We had our wedding at Hotel Arista just a few weeks ago and it was such a beautiful day! We worked with Molly and Katie. They were very flexible and fast responding. They made sure all the details of our day were perfect. They were willing to work with us in oder to have everything work how we wanted. We had a very intimate wedding on the terrace and we found the venue randomly but it fit our vibe and the pricing was in our budget.

Five stars across the board! We recently got married at Hotel Arista & had the very best experience. Our original wedding date was pushed back twice due to Covid & Katie was awesome to work with. She was responsive, easy to work with, and professional throughout all the chaos of planning a wedding during a pandemic. We finally settled on having a smaller wedding (100 people with 57 vaccinated people) and it was absolutely wonderful. Katie made sure everything was exactly how we had envisioned it. The entire staff at Hotel Arista, especially Michael, were so professional and wonderful to work with. I would not change a single thing. The guests raved about the food, the service, and the space itself. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well run, and laid out conducive for a wedding. We had our wedding at Hotel Arista in mid-September and it was perfection! We had planned out most details of our wedding over a year in advance when we met with Katie Jones, Hotel Arista’s wedding designer. As soon as we met with her, we knew we wanted to plan our wedding with her! She was kind, professional and so incredibly helpful. She is very experienced in the world of weddings and event planning. Working with her is like planning the biggest day of your life with a friend. She was able to see our vision for the wedding immediately and make it happen. As our wedding approached, there were many changes, due to CoVid-19 restrictions. This was not easy for us, but Katie was so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She was calm and professional and stayed in constant communication. Even with the changes and following all the new protocols, she was still able to make our wedding perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing that every detail was taken care of. The wedding of your dreams is possible during a pandemic with Hotel Arista! We ended up having our entire wedding weekend at Hotel Arista - rehearsal, wedding reception and brunch the next day. From start to finish, every event was exceptional! All of our guests commented on how wonderful the service, event spaces, and food were! They are still raving about the incredible weekend! I will attempt to keep this short and helpful for people who are considering Arista: it was a lovely experience, from start to finish and even after our wedding. Our first visit with Katie was calm, professional, and pleasant - a HUGE factor for us as we had no intent to plan a wedding with a coordinator that we didn't get along with. She seriously had every answer we could think of, and then some - she set the bar for the other venues we considered at first. Once we selected Hotel Arista, the actual planning was SO fun. Katie was able to work appointment hours for us to make them into dates and enjoyable experiences, and then poof! our wedding happened to be planned by the time we left. Our rehearsal, wedding day, and day after brunch were seamless. The decor was stunning, the rooms were put together quickly and perfectly, and every single staff member I encountered was so kind. No details were overlooked, all of the food was delicious and gorgeously presented, and overall, a truly wonderful and one-of-a-kind wedding.

I recently celebrated my micro-wedding at Hotel Arista and worked with Katie Jones to make it a reality. I was looking for a small, intimate space with open air concept. The terrace was a great space for my event. I worked with my wedding coordinator Jessica from Events by J Deaign and Katie Jones and her recommended vendors to make my wedding an elegant, classy event. Jessica, Katie and hotel Arista were great to work with, punctual, responsive, accommodating and professional the entire time. Service received went above and beyond what I would have expected.

So my husband and I saw a TON of venues. We wanted our guests to have a holistic and seamless experience at our wedding from the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, to going up to their hotel rooms at night. Hotel Arista has this. From the moment we walked in Arista, we knew that we wanted to get married there because it is so beautiful. Something that was really important to us was working with people who were extremely professional. Our wedding designer, Katie Jones, and the whole staff at Arista had unbeatable service. From the second we met them to very end of our wedding night they treated us like royalty. Throughout my whole year of planning with Katie, she answered all of my random questions in such a timely manner (typically within a day)! Seriously, book this venue just to work with her, you will not be disappointed! THANK YOU KATIE AND THANK YOU ARISTA!

We had a great experience working with Hotel Arista! We worked closely with Katie, Hotel Arista's Wedding Designer & Catering Manager, who paid attention to every detail. Katie was very communicative throughout the entire process and we felt very calm and confident going into the big day. She took our vision and made it a reality. From the beautifully decorated venue space and accommodating staff to the delicious dinner and late nigh snacks- everything was perfect and we received many compliments from guests. Katie was very open to all our ideas and had many recommendations we gladly incorporated. The hotel added extra touches during the wedding weekend stay including a bottle of champagne, strawberries, and congratulatory note. We highly recommended this space and truly enjoyed our experience.

Our wedding at Hotel Arista was absolutely PERFECT from start to finish. Katie Jones is a godsend! Katie helped make wedding planning as stress-free ass possible. My correspondence with her was excellent. She responded to all my emails in a timely manner, answered every question/concern, and had every little detail covered. Our wedding was everything we wanted, simple and elegant. There was a little hiccup with our room reservation for the night prior to the wedding BUT Katie more than made up for it. It actually worked out better than our original plan. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for us. The transition from ceremony to reception was seamless. Katie went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the planning processing, working hard to make sure that no detail went unaddressed. She provided suggestions on how to best decorate the room and offered solutions with menu planning to make sure our wedding came together in the way we had envisioned. She was extremely accommodating, kind, and professional. Just by the way Katie took care of us, I would recommend Hotel Arista to anyone that would be able to have their wedding at this lovely hotel.

We got married at Hotel Arista on 09/21/19 and it was (Perfect, perfect, perfect)!. Katie Jones was more then wonderful to work with she was so kind and patient to every emailed I send her and most important she listen to every aspect idea we had and was able to make it come true. The reception was beautiful and our guest loved it they can't stop talking about it. It was a dream come true, I felt like a princess queen all the above and all thanks to Katie, she is the best wedding planner and I honestly couldn't have done it without her. The day of the wedding it was more then I envisioned and planned for, It was Perfect.!

She captured exactly what we wanted from day one and the room was beautiful. Katie was very responsive and always helpful when we had questions. I would not change a single thing about how our wedding venue turned out. It was perfect.

My daughter Maddi and I had four wedding venues to see with Hotel Arista being the last one. We were very discouraged about what venue we were going to chose until we saw Hotel Arista. Katie Jones could not have been more informative and helpful when we had our meeting with her. We knew right away we were going to be picking Hotel Arista as the venue. Katie was very helpful with every aspect from the menu, to the venders, to every last detail for what needed to be done on the day of the wedding. Hotel Arista is a beautiful, very affordable venue for a wedding or to have out of town company come who are in need of a place to stay. All of the staff are very professional and helpful with any questions you could possibly have. The day of the wedding was perfect and Katie saw that everything went on schedule as promised. The food was exceptional, the decorations were all as promised and the servers were more than helpful with any of the wedding guests needs. At a time when emotions and stress are in full swing, I can not thank everyone at Hotel Arista enough for making my daughter and son-in-law have the wedding they have always dreamed of. Lastly, as a celebrity enthusiast, I was surprised to see Bernadette Peters waiting outside for her car while I was packing up my car. Of course I had to talk to her and told her of the wonderful wedding my daughter had had the night before. My point is, Hotel Arista is so special that even a celebrity chose to stay there. I would have given more than five stars if i could have and can not thank Hotel Arista or Katie Jones enough for the wonderful memories my family will have for a life time.

Hotel Arista was, simply put, one of the best decisions we made when putting our special day together. Right from the start, the hotel was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make us and our guests feel comfortable and happy. The setup of the ballroom was absolutely stunning with its lighting, drapery and custom dance floor that took our breath away. The hotel and its employees were amazing, but Katie Jones, the hotel’s wedding designer, was the core that made the day truly special. Every phone call and email full of a million questions was promptly answered and gave us the assurance that she was putting all her effort into making our wedding the best it could be. When we had special requests or wanted to customize something, she was more than happy to make it happen. For example, we were discussing late night snack options and I mentioned that although it was not on the prepared list of options, my favorite snack is French fries. Almost immediately, her face lit up as she excitedly told us that she had always wanted to do a French fry bar, and she was totally on board from the start (it came out perfect, by the way). Overall, Hotel Arista and Katie made our dream weekend a reality, and we could not be happier with the result.

Hotel Arista helped making our dream wedding came true. We had only 6 months to plan our wedding for the summer. Katie made sure to help us throughout the whole process. She was very accommodating for all of our last minute changes. I love how the packages include most of the things you need for a reception so that saved us a lot of headache. There was no pressure to upgrade if we didn’t want to. I love how we could customize everything to how we wanted it to be. Our wedding was very unique because of this. The staff and service were exceptional. Our guests had a wonderful time from the cocktail hour to the reception. If we were able to do it over again, I would not hesitate to go with Hotel Arista again.

The staff from planning to preparation was exceptional!! Katie did a great job with follow up, and getting everything put together! Our wedding was perfect in Every way. Our guests loved the hotel and the reception, and we could not have asked for more!! Thank you hotel Arista staff!!!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was our venue. Katie Jones took it from there. From customizing our package, staying in constant contact and answering whatever questions we had, she helped to make sure our special day was everything we had planned for. The staff was amazing and super nice and the rooms were incredible for us and our guests!

We got married on 4/6/2019 and it was beautiful. Katie help us so much and made the process so easy and painless. She captured exactly what we wanted from day one. The hotel is beautiful all of our guest loved it. Lovely staff. Food was delicious. 5 stars when it comes to costumer service. I recommend this hotel for your wedding as it has everything you need and look for Katie! Plus! They took care of taking all our decor down and packed it good for us to pick up the next day!

We have been engaged for 2 years and dreaded wedding planning. As soon as we went on a tour and talked to Katie Jones in Hotel Arista, we knew it was the one. Katie made the planning process so easy and was always so prompt with responding to any questions we had. Hotel Arista also had great vendor recommendations, which made finding vendors so much easier. We got married in March 2019, and our wedding from the ceremony to the reception was like a dream. Beautifully decorated and everything was just amazing. Katie and her team really made our wedding dream a reality. Our friends and family were so impressed with the ceremony, reception and staff. We cant thank Katie and her team enough for everything she has done for us!

My husband and I had our reception at Hotel Arista in late October 2018 and it could not have been more perfect. We owe all of this to our wedding designer, Katie Jones. Katie was so wonderful to work with, she was a great communicator and quick to respond to all of my emails and questions. We never worried about how the night would pan out because of Katie's professionalism and attention to detail, THANK YOU KATIE! Everything from the food, the service and hotel accommodations were above our expectations. The bartenders tended to the head table through dinner, and the hotel bar afterwards was a hit for our guests after the reception was over. We heard multiple times throughout the night that it was the "best wedding food" they've ever had. Our guests can't stop raving about how wonderful not only the night was, but their entire stay at Hotel Arista. If you are in question about booking your wedding here, just do it! I promise you will not regret it.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hotel Arista on in July. Everything turned out beautifully! Katie Jones was helpful and a delight to work with. The venue was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the hotel was super chic. Our guests raved about all of it. Katie also helped us set up a post wedding breakfast the morning after the wedding. It was the best way to end the celebratory weekend. We’d definitely recommend!

My husband and I were married at Hotel Arista on October 13, 2018. Our entire experience with Hotel Arista was top of the line. From the beginning preparations to last minute changes, Katie, the wedding coordinator, made the entire process so easy. She was a pleasure to work with and very prompt in email or phone correspondence whenever we had questions. Our guests are still raving about how delicious their meals were and how great the service by the hotel staff was. I have received so many compliments on how beautiful the ceremony space, ballroom, and cocktail hour space were. It was a huge relief to have Katie there to take care of all the set up so myself, bridesmaids, and family could relax and enjoy the day. The hotel was clean and modern and definitely a venue that I would recommend to future brides. Katie and the hotel staff truly went the extra mile to make sure that our day was special.

From start to finish, every single aspect of our experience with Hotel Arista was amazing. Let me start by saying that Katie Jones is absolutely incredible to work with, I truly cannot say enough good things. She was so warm and welcoming when we first met her for our tour, we were ready to book the venue simply based on her. She was so helpful and responsive every step of the way and was incredibly accommodating when we had some unexpected last-minute changes. She was recovering from an injured ankle at the time of our wedding but was still present for the entire event, crutches and all, making sure every moment went smoothly. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and our wedding truly turned out even more beautiful than I ever imagined. Every single staff member at this hotel has such a positive attitude, I never had a negative interaction. Everyone seemed truly dedicated to making sure our day was perfect, I have never encountered a friendlier staff. I can honestly say I never had to stress for even a moment. Our event itself was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is beautiful itself, but the draping and lighting transformed the cocktail hour space and ballroom into a luxurious palace. We have received endless comments from our guests about how wonderful the venue was, from the food to the guest rooms to the whole experience overall. We opted for a donut tower instead of a wedding cake and it was stunning! The donuts were the best I've ever had; all of our guests thought they were gourmet donuts from an outside bakery and were shocked when I told them that they were provided by the hotel. I would like to note that we toured several other venues in the Naperville area before visiting Hotel Arista, including the new Hotel Indigo, and none even remotely compared. After leaving each of the other venues, we felt disappointed and nervous about trusting them with our special day. Once we stepped foot inside Hotel Arista, we knew immediately that was it. I never had a single doubt that our wedding would be anything but perfect. I cannot give a higher recommendation! Save yourself a million headaches and go with this venue if you want a beautiful wedding with stress-free planning!

Our wedding reception at Hotel Arista was a dream come true! Everything from start to finish was seamless! Katie Jones is a joy to work with and really cares that your day is everything you want it to be! When I walked into our reception space, I got so emotional at how beautifully Hotel Arista brought our vision to life! So many of our guests told us how good the food was and how wonderful their hotel stay was. There are so many delicious food options to choose from that make Hotel Arista stand out above your typical reception food. Additionally, Katie was extremely kind and accommodating to our day of wedding coordinator as well as my mom. Katie let my mom drop off all the decor, welcome bags, place cards, etc. at the beginning of our wedding week which helped us not have to worry about it that day! Our wedding day was on the same day as my sister's birthday and Katie helped us successfully surprise my sister. She even had me tell her the exact point in my speech to bring out the cake! She is very detail oriented! A few days before our wedding, one of our guests had a very unique dietary situation and Katie was so understanding and made it so stress free for us! I highly recommend Hotel Arista! From the initial venue tour to the brunch the day after our wedding, everything was wonderful! Thank you, Katie Jones & Hotel Arista for making our wedding perfect!

My daughter and her husband chose Hotel Arista for their wedding reception this October. Planning started over a year ago and Katie was responsive to us from day one – catering to our detailed natures and filling in the gaps when we needed some direction. Katie connected immediately with my daughter’s vision and provided confirmation on her decorating choices. The reception featured a live band, and Katie worked with us and them to make sure they had enough space without taking over the room. We had a private tasting with my daughter, her husband and both sets of parents to determine food and drinks – a very difficult task – ALL the food was amazing! The groom had a specific beer request which was handled without issue. We later learned that when the bar ran out, they went to a local store for more stock! The entire Hotel Arista team was focused on our satisfaction – from Katie and her team, to the bartenders and waiters, to the staff at the front desk – every request was handled with a smile. The suites at Hotel Arista are a great size and layout for getting ready. My daughter and her bridal party of 8, along with us moms, were comfortable getting hair and make-up complete, and it served for beautiful pictures and video prior to the ceremony. The campus at the Hotel provide a beautiful backdrop for pictures indoors, outdoors, and on the 12th floor terrace. On the wedding day, the ballroom and vendor set-up was handled completely by Katie and her team. I was able to connect with her before leaving for the ceremony and felt completely comfortable that she had things under control. We returned to a picture perfect cocktail hour and reception. Literally…every detail was as my daughter and I had communicated. Katie connected with the bride and groom at various times throughout the reception to make sure there were no issues. The evening went off just as the whole day had gone – absolutely perfect. We are still receiving notes and letters from our guests about their experience. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our only daughter’s wedding. She truly had the wedding of her dreams! Thank you Hotel Arista and Katie!
