My family (2 parents, 2 teens) stayed here for a three day long visit to SF. We just wanted to soak up the ambience of the city, and this was the perfect location. The icing on the cake was the fabulous games available to use in the hotel. Ther...
e were two pooltables, a foosball table, a cornhole set, oversized connect four games, and lots of board games. Plus there was a nice open space with tables to enjoy a card or board game. This turned into the highlight of our stay. We didn’t interact directly with staff much, but housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping the room clean and stocked. I would absolutely stay here again.

Husband and I stayed here for 4 days. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly. We arrived early and could not check into room. They held our bags for us while we went to explore the city. The location is great and centrally located to many fun...
attractions and great resturants. They do not have refrigerators in the room so be mindful of that if you are trying to bring back leftovers from a resturant. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would return again.

e bat. The staff was so nice and accommodating, the lobby is decorated nicely, and the arcade games and billiards table is a nice touch. The Hotel Caza was the best home base we could've asked for. Our king bed was very comfortable and after a long day of walking and sightseeing, it was so nice to come back to a clean room with a made bed. Shout out to the cleaning staff! I will say I would have loved a fridge and microwave in our room at no extra charge. San Francisco has so much delicious foods and drinks so would have been nice to have somewhere to store it! Unfortunately our trip was coming to an end and our flight was much later than our check out time. The front desk was so nice and kept our luggage in a secure room and a vallet ticket to pick it back up later. Loved that so much as we were able to sightsee a bit more knowing our luggage was secured. San Francisco was so amazing, we'll definitely consider the Hotel Caza when we come back!

Rooms were clean. No coffee or tea in room. No restaurant. No ironing board. Shower had no grab bars so it was very dangerous especially for seniors and people with disabilities. Would not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing experience – hygiene issues and billing errors
The room itself is okay, but they ask for an excessive security deposit. We arrived at 11 PM after driving all day, only to find the shower covered in a brown substance. Reception tr...
ied to claim it was just "wear and tear," but when a staff member came up and wiped it, the dirt came right off. It was disgusting. It makes me wonder: if the bathroom was that dirty, is the rest of the room actually sanitised or just "looking" clean?
To make matters worse, at checkout, they tried to overcharge us. Since we had booked two rooms, they tried to charge for two parking spots even though we only used one. We had to go to the desk twice to clarify the situation before they corrected it, of they do it…. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. Between the lack of hygiene and the billing issues, I do not recommend this hotel.
