Made our lives so easy! And such a beautiful venue! We loved every second!! The only draw back I experienced was with decoration- they had said that they would help decorate and have staff to do that but it seemed that they were understaffed/ unresponsive about this and I had to do quite a bit of follow up. All of my decorations didn’t make it out the way I had asked (and I’m not sure why-could have been something on my end or a disconnect) but other than that we loved every second.

Hotel Covington offers several event spaces to create your tailored wedding experience. We offer an all-inclusive package as well as custom options, and we cannot wait to help you get started! Engagement celebrations, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome reception, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, wedding brunch, we've helped hundreds of couples bring their wedding vision to life in one of our many event spaces: Scheper, Duveneck, Eva G Farris, outdoor Lawn & Patio, and The Lightwell and last but not least, the entire first floor of the Hotel lobby. The Eva G Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests for a ceremony or 150 for an evening reception. Featuring contemporary lighting, a large dance floor in the center of the room and a built-in bar. The Scheper is the pairs perfectly with any of our event spaces or ideal for your intimate gathering. With room for 100 people for a ceremony and 50 guests for a seated event, The Scheper can truly do it all. Outside on the hotel grounds, there are even more beautiful areas that you can use for your big day. The Lawn and Patio are magical. Host your ceremony on the Lawn and dance the night away on the Patio; the lush greenery, historic charm, and open-air make for an unforgettable wedding day. The Duveneck is filled with natural light and overlooks Madison Avenue, making it the perfect space for up to 40 guests for an intimate event. Built atop a former swimming pool, The Lightwell honors its history with a deep blue color scheme and subway tile throughout; it is simply stunning. entire weekend!! We cannot thank hotel Covington enough! The staff during our rehearsal dinner were so attentive and the food and drinks were amazing!! Jennifer was the lead banquet manager for the night of our dinner and she was awesome! We also worked with Tory while planning our event. She was so helpful and made the entire planning process go smoothly! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was so kind and helpful in any ways we needed! All of our out of town guests had nothing but great things to say about the hotel! We stayed over in the north section of the hotel and used two of the suites as our getting ready rooms. The hotel north section is a beautiful add on. We definitely recommend using Hotel Covington for your next event!

ndreds if not thousands of emails I sent them! You can tell they love what they do and want the best for their couples. I had a couple moments where I seconded guessed every decision I made, and Zoe called me to talk though it all. She is an angel and the sweetest person I had the honor of working with and knowing. We had our tea ceremony and regular ceremony at the Hotel Covington and reception at the Emerald Room at The Madison. The entire day was beautiful! The staff checked in on us often and made sure our parents/grandparents had everything they needed :) The staff also helped us clean up everything at the end of the night! We are sincerely grateful we got married here :) Thank you for everything.

sband and I ended up choosing Hotel Covington for both our rehearsal dinner and our rooms/hotel block for our wedding in February 2020. Once we did a tour of the rooms at Hotel Covington, I had my heart set on staying there. The rooms are just so beautiful and create the perfect atmosphere to prepare for your wedding. The staff at Hotel Covington were so great to work with and everyone who stayed there thoroughly enjoyed their experience. With respect to the Rehearsal Dinner, we loved the menu options available, and from a pricing perspective felt that it was a great value for the quality of food compared to some other local options. We were also so happy that the Chef and staff at Hotel Covington were able to work with us to customize the menu to meet our dietary needs. Being vegan and having about half of our rehearsal party vegan/vegetarian, it was really important to my husband and I that there were great-tasting vegan options for each of the courses. I think many places we looked at would have treated our dietary needs as an after thought and provided us with a salad, simple entrée, and no dessert. However, Hotel Covington did such a great job of working with us to pick multiple vegetarian/vegan options that anyone would be thrilled to have. The food was exceptional, the room was gorgeous (they make it so easy for you to decorate to your tastes ahead of time), and the staff was all so friendly and provided amazing service. We loved our experience with Hotel Covington and believe anyone else who would choose to stay there would have an amazing time as well.

idal party and also for the bride and groom. Food was excellent and the staff was extremely professional. The night was flawless and flowed smoothly. Great spaces for our ceremony and our reception. Zoe, our wedding coordinator, was extremely helpful and accommodating from the beginning to the end. Jim was amazing as well when it came to booking hotel rooms. Flawless again. Great hotel even if you live in KY or Cincinnati.
