at, but I couldn't have been more blown away by the staff here. Camilla and Hugo were so helpful and friendly! If you get the opportunity, pay the extra couple dollars and stay at this wonderful hotel.

Perfect location for experiencing downtown Elkhart and provides excellent service as a passion.
The room I had did not include a refrigerator, which was a slight disappointment from my previous stay, but was otherwise good.

ely stay here again, I'll most likely not visit the food venues housed here. They were a disappointment in both service and food quality. When staying, the first floor bar was overflowing with previous customer's dishes, along with the person tending being more interested in performing during a live music session than serving customers.
I get that one person has to multitask, and that all things won't happen at once, but communicate and be welcoming. This would be a great opportunity to address moving forward.

The room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable, large bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't realize there were active train tracks that trains went through about every 10 minutes. You will need ear plugs or a white noise machine.

usic and the manager said they couldn't but they managed to turn it down a little. We then went to the roof top bar only to find out it was closed and we went to front desk again and they told us that they forgot to schedule someone for that area this evening. I would not recommend this place.
