With over a decade in the hospitality industry and more than 10 years of event experience, Tiffany Valdez (Pullum) brings professionalism, organization, and genuine care to every wedding she oversees at Hotel Elkhart. She began her career in hospitality in 2010 and has been coordinating events since 2012, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both seamless logistics and exceptional guest service.
Tiffany studied hospitality and event management at Grand Valley State University and earned her Special Events Certificate from Southwestern Michigan College. Her education and hands-on experience allow her to confidently guide couples through every detail — from timelines and vendor coordination to guest accommodations and room blocks.
She is dedicated to creating a stress-free, personalized planning experience so couples can fully enjoy every moment of their celebration.
