About this vendor
The hotel combines old world charm and the finest modern amenities to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. True craftsmanship shines throughout the hotel, from the intricate woodwork, open air lobby and breathtaking stained glass ceilings to the choice of granite and copper bar tops, every detail was thoroughly thought out.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Skippack Village, a quaint shopping district featuring yearly village events, unique stores and restaurants.
Hotel Fiesole is not your typical banquet facility when it comes to Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions. Rather than us explaining your options, we ask how you envision your wedding day. A coordinator will work with you to help truly customize your event.

Could not of had a better place for our wedding the staff was exceptional and extremely helpful...thank you so much!
The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. It was a beautiful venue for our reception dinner and the food was excellent. We had many complements from our guests.
We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was awesome! The hotel is beautiful and has so much character, and the food was delicious. Working with Bronwen/Lara was great - they...
were both so flexible and supportive and helped make our day perfect. The wait staff was so nice and even joined in on the dance floor for a while, which just added to the energy! Our guests couldn't stop telling us how fantastic it all was!
Me and my husband often come to this hotel to have a dinner or a drink at the bar but this was the first time we stayed for a night. Our room wasn’t bad, I was just expecting it to...
be bigger for the price. Our bed had a very shaky canopy which was weird to have as this tells you about how many people have slept there.... I personally felt like it should be fixed. The highlight of the night was the bartender La ( Pamela) who was the only person that night who acknowledged our anniversary and brought us a nice desert and a bottle of champagne! It was very sweet of her, I was surprised and very pleased. Pamela’s customer service is great, we’ll be back just for her!
Our wedding reception was absolutely lovely at Hotel Fiesole. We did not have our ceremony at the hotel (however we would have if it rained) but instead got married at Pennypacker ...
Mills about 5 minutes down 73, followed by the reception at the hotel - what a gorgeous combination that made for the perfect wedding day.
We had just over 70 guests which the dining room fit perfectly - not too crowded but not too big. The hotel is so gorgeous on its own that we didn’t feel we needed to do much to decorate or enhance it. Our vision was white and gold with lots of candlelight, and when the sun came down the atmosphere was warm and romantic. After our DJ packed up and left, we all made our way downstairs to continue the party as there was a dance floor and DJ that night, so the party didn’t have to stop.
The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable to get ready in. The food was fantastic and we have had so many comments from guests about it - especially the hors d’eourves. They were to die for! The domestic cheese board and beef carpaccio were especially fantastic. The wedding cake they made for us was just gorgeous with four tiers and cascading roses. We also stuck around for brunch the next morning which was so incredibly fabulous! We will definitely be returning for brunch at the hotel a few times a year.
Bronwen was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process and helped bring what we were envisioning to life. At the beginning of the reception I told her that the only thing I MUST have is a slice of our wedding cake waiting for me in the hotel room at the end of the night, since I didn’t think I’d have a chance to try it during the reception, so she made sure to set some aside for me. Unfortunately, one of our guests swiped that cake without knowing it was for me and I was so bummed out. But when I got up to the hotel room at the end of the night, there were two desserts waiting for me that were out of this world delicious. I was so impressed that she had thought to do that for me and even though it was a little thing, it exemplified the great customer service we had through the whole night.
I would definitely recommend the hotel as a unique and elegant venue with excellent food that is perfect for a smaller wedding.

Having our wedding at the Hotel Fiesole was the absolute best wedding planning decision that we made. The hotel is beautiful, the kitchen produces amazing food, and the wedding coordinator, Abbey Greiner, is a true professional to work with.
Location: We had our ceremony in one room and our reception in the large dining room/bar/trolley car. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with its dark wood everywhere and the beautiful stained glass ceilings. The room we had the reception in had huge windows that let in lots of natural light. Every space is tastefully decorated and the old fashioned bar is absolutely beautiful. And the trolley car was really fun! The hotel's gorgeous interior and exterior (including a covered bridge) made for a large variety of beautiful places to take our wedding photos. We got married at Christmas, and the Hotel's lights, Christmas tress, and other decorations were absolutely stunning. We have been to many wedding receptions in the boring ballroom or bare conference room of some hotel. Our guests raved about how classy, beautiful, and interesting the Hotel Fiesole was.
Wedding Coordinator: Abbey is an incredible wedding professional and every bride should have the absolute pleasure of working with her. Abbey met with me and my husband several times and she always answered our numerous emails with questions. Abbey was present at our rehearsal and helped us to figure out how our procession would work the next day. She was onsite the day of the wedding and made sure that every single thing flowed. Abbey had the ceremony room and dining room set up perfectly. I created my own centerpieces and Abbey and her staff did a wonderful job of setting them up. If I needed anything the day of the wedding (lights dimmed for dancing, table moved for more dance space), she was super responsive. She had the champagne out for toasts exactly at the right time. Abbey also made sure that we took everything home with us the next day (gifts, photobook from our photobooth, family momentos we had set up in the ceremony room). I never had any stress because of how well Abbey directed our event. Her attention to detail and professionalism was amazing.
Food and drink: We opted to have a non-traditional reception. Instead of a formal meal, we visioned a 6 hour long cocktail party. We read about the idea in another review of the hotel and loved it. We ordered many different hot and cold hors devours, pastas, salads, mini meatballs and pork loin, fruit and vegetable plates, cheese trays, hummus platters, and about every single kind of food you can imagine. We also opted for hundreds of gourmet miniature desserts instead of a cake. Our guests loved the variety of foods and they left absolutely stuffed!!! There was food there for all tastes, from people who like planer food to our "foodie" friends..
Also, importantly for our fun loving friends and family, the drinks were well poured and not watered down like I have experienced at some other weddings, and the bar service was really prompt.
We were married at Hotel Fiesole last month (Sept. 2014) and I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful they were! Our friends also were married there almost 3 years ago and ra...
ved about them so we had high expectations going in....Hotel Fiesole and their staff did not disappoint.
Abbey was a dream to work with - not only is she personable, friendly and fun to deal with, but she is extremely diligent in her work. Being flexible and laid-back usually aren't words you would want to use to describe your venue coordinator, but trust me, Abbey is the PERFECT person to get the job done. She will hear out any suggestion and try to find a solution, she never gets her feathers ruffled and will think of things even the most detailed bride wouldn’t take into account. If you want to make something happen because it's important to you, just leave it to her and rest assured, it will be done and done right.
As if that wasn't enough, the entire staff at Hotel Fiesole were incredibly warm and bent over backwards for us to feel special that day and also help all of our guests feel special too (whether they were staying over or not).
The venue is unique, beautiful and every shot from your photographer will have a pretty background no matter where you are in the hotel. The food is beyond excellent - guests raved and raved about it. The atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy and our guests used words like "charming", "amazing" and "gorgeous" to describe it.
The day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch - Abbey and her staff were so well coordinated, we didn't have to worry or ask about a thing. I never had to waste one second with anything trivial and because of their efforts, my wedding wasn't the blur everyone describes it as - we were never once stressed or rushed and got to just sit back, enjoy and do what we were there to do - have the best day of our lives.
Overall great service. Beautiful venue.
As soon as I saw this restaurant/hotel I knew it was the perfect place for my vintage wedding. The ambience is absolutely stunning, full of old world charm and very welcoming. The...
true selling point, however, was the food. I knew that on a day-to-day basis their chefs made some incredible entrees, but at my wedding they served over 70 people and every single course and appetizer was delicious. My guests are still raving about the steak!
The success of my wedding can definitely be contributed to their outstanding wedding coordinator, Abbey. She was very responsive, friendly, and knowleagable. There was no question she couldn't answer and she was invaluable in setting up and planning.
Everything about my experience at the hotel was incredible. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all held in the same building which made for a very convenient transition for guests and made my wedding truly memorable.
