xpecting this, and Hotel Indigo did not disappoint. The rooms were clean, robes provided, a wine fridge, a big bathroom and large room. It was very quiet as well. The bar downstairs offers wonderful bartenders - Alan took care of us and he was very fun to chat with and made 10/10 margaritas on the rocks! The first drink I had was on the house and it was fantastic! The service was outstanding from check in to check out. We loved how close Las Colinas restaurants and bars were - - we chose to eat at Italian Cafe - great pizza and pasta! This is walking distance from the hotel as well as Toyota Music Factory. We felt very safe and loved this location. We will 100% be coming back for our next stay in Dallas! Thank you for making this birthday so wonderful!
For future clients, you are given a $10 credit for the bar or restaurant or coffee shop which we decided to use. There’s also a $150 holding for security deposit, but you get this back on your checkout. Some fees are charged - $12 for parking per day if you choose to park in the parking lot as well as $10/day Guest Amenity fee, so on top of taxes, parking and amenity fees you will pay an average of $30-$40/day on top of your accommodation price. For 2 nights stay, a few drinks and 2 coffees we paid $345 everything in.

What started out as a business stay quickly turned into the most unexpected (and much-needed) staycation at this absolute gem of a place. The hospitality from every single person I encountered went far beyond even the highest expectations.

was honestly so moved by the kindness and care shown through every interaction, from check-in to check-out. Not a single detail was missed and I can’t wait to come back.
A huge thank-you to the amazing hands-on team who took care of my clients’ conference needs with such attention and grace. You made everything feel seamless, and we couldn’t have been better hosted.
On a personal note, my gratitude extends to that same team, along with the front desk and service staff, for making me feel completely at home. I worked here, I celebrated a birthday here, and in every moment, I felt genuinely cared for.
If you ever get the chance to book a stay here — do it and then extend. The location and amenities are prime but it’s the people who make this place truly unforgettable.
With special thank you to William, Larry, Cassandra, Anthony, Maricela, Ari, Alejandro, Chef Joseph, DeLuis, Eric, Jarrell, Ashley, and every single other person I experienced and may have missed only by name not heart. I appreciate you more than this post reflects. See you soon!

ion! I arrived very late at night to check-in, and Randy at the front desk was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful, informative, and personable! His goal was to check me in as quickly and smoothly as possible so that I could get some rest after my travel. The room was clean, updated, very modern, and comfortable. I stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed every minute. The restaurant food was also great - mediterranean theme and tasteful. The room service was great - they came in everyday to refresh towels, re-stock room items, make the bed, and left the room spotless. I will definitely be back! Please keep up the momentum and wonderful job running this hotel.

First and foremost, great location as far as geographically easy to get to from the airport and whatnot but also the facility is beautiful, rooms comfortable (beds comfortable and two different pillow type options)
Most importantly - the staff...
is next level. The hotel indigo clearly worked very hard to find the best of the best.
I came here after mass airport cancellations and was met with warmth, kindness, humanity. Veronica and team checked me in effortlessly, made me aware of all the offerings (pool, gym, etc) and made me feel seen / heard / human. Beyond empathetic to my long day, beyond helpful.
I had dinner at the bar, tended by the kindest and most attentive bar staff I’ve encountered in a while - going so far as to get the girl a few seats down a dessert even after the kitchen was closed.
The next morning, the lovely gentlemen at the front desk made some recommendations on things to do / places to go / assured me each of my choices were safe and sound. One even explained how the shuttle system worked and pointed out which of my options were ones that they could take me to by shuttle, again, above and beyond.
I hope not to get stuck in Dallas again, but if I do (or for my next trip) I’ll be staying here.

Hotel is new and nicely appointed. Very clean and smells wonderful. Staff is exceptionally nice. Couple of issues why I did not give it 5 stars.
A). Thy charge a $10 guest amenity fee, and then give you a $15 credit for buying food or drink ...
from the restaurant. Seems like a little used car salesman tactic and beneath the Indigo brand
B). We had the salmon for dinner and they cooked the life out of it.
C). When we woke up the next morning the tv wouldn’t play any channels unless you checked out utilizing the tv to do so. Problem is, once you checked out via the tv, your key cards are inactive. We didn’t want to do that as we wanted to go down for breakfast and needed to get back in the room. So we couldn’t check the weather channel to avoid bad weather in areas we were traveling. Again this is way below Indigo standards. I’m curious why any manager would find this acceptable.
Would I stay at an indigo again? Not sure if they are promoting the amenity fees, and the tv checkout issue.
