Hotel Jerome

After he proposed, my husband kept asking me to run away to Colorado with him; Aspen is one of the most beautiful places in the country he said. One day, sight unseen, I agreed, except we had to wait for our original date. So off I went planning a destination wedding from 1,300 miles away, without a wedding planner. Aspen in general is expensive, we only had 25 guests, but with the Hotel Jerome we were able to give our guests a first class experience and stay close to the budget. We were a small party, but Christine and the rest of the staff never made us feel that way. It is SO important to feel comfortable with your vendors. Christine was a great communicator, she responded to all my emails, questions, and requests promptly--which was hugely important to me as a long-distance bride. The Jerome is classic mountain west style. The Library and Wheeler Room are beautiful all on their own, which was important to us. The food--start to finish was amazing. Spring for a menu tasting. It's totally worth it. Day-of service was efficient and kind. We had a issue where we were one seat short (my fault) and they handled it smoothly and whatever trouble it caused them, I didn't hear about it. I could go on and on, but it would all be another way to say that for us Hotel Jerome was the right choice.

Fabulous!!!!! Christine Follin was my catering and event manager. She went beyond and above her duties to make me happy and to allow my vision to be implemented. The hotel itself is incredible!! We had an Apres SKi, Wedding, and Brunch there and I just cannot say enough good things. The food was the best we had had in Aspen all week...and the fact that it was the food served at the wedding, made it a real treat for our guests. Our guests described it as "magical"...no other words for it!

Beautiful building, friendly and excellent service from start to finish. Amazing food. A most comfortable hotel to stay at for any reason.
