This venue has been incredible! We started planning our wedding a year before the pandemic and they kept up with us for every time we had to postpone. They didn’t charge a change f...
ee, they kept in contact. We ended up having our rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, ceremony and reception all at the Crowne Plaza and it all went off without a hitch! They made sure we got anything that we needed and the staff was so kind! They even sent a follow up email after the wedding! I highly recommend getting ready in the presidential suite! There was plenty of space to get ready and hang out! Also, the food and drinks at all of the events were delicious!!! Truly a joy to work with!!
Simply AWESOME
We travelled from Ireland to get married in Orlando on April 21st 2014. Firstly when we decided to get married abroad to first thing we had to do was choose a venue. As we are from...
out of town we really didn’t know what to do other than scan the internet for hotels in the area close to International Drive. We did contact several hotels about the packages on offer some didn’t seem that bother if we had our wedding day at their hotels but from the first email we know the Crowne Plaza was the place for us. We dealt with a lady for the first few Months who left. She was replaced by a lady called Mary Barnett who took over our wedding preparations and she was an absolute dream to work with. As we live thousands of miles away all our communication was done email, Mary’s level of communication/customer service is the best out there and you will not get a better person to deal with. From the moment we checked into the hotel everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff were excellent. In terms of the wedding day itself again Mary and her team organized everything to perfection. The service, quality of food, the catering staff, bar staff were all amazing we just couldn’t fault the day. Overall our experiences dealing with the Crowne Plaza was 100% and would recommend.
We cannot say enough about the service, time and amount of detail that Mary Barnett , CMP put into our reception party.
It exceeded both of our expectations. Her help in walking ...
us through many of the things we didn't even think about resulted in a very beautiful room that all our guests commented on.
She was there for us throughout the entire event start to finish, and made us both relaxed and comfortable.
We highly recommend her for anyone that is looking for a true professional that knows her job well.
