My husband and I truly can't say enough amazing things about Hotel LBI. Every single person that helped up was absolutely fantastic every step of the way and especially on the big day. Our guests said it was best food they have ever had at a wedding and the venue made sure anything our hearts desired was there for us. Donna, Chandra and Vincent are truly amazing and I wish the wedding planning never had to end so I could just work with them forever! For a type B bride, they made sure I stayed on time and on track and helped with everything we needed.

From the first day we toured the venue in November 2024, we knew. Soon after the tour, we officially booked, and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The Hotel LBI wedding team went above and beyond in every possible way.
To start with Donna, our Wedding Event Specialist. She is the most professional, fun, organized, and incredible person to work with. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the wedding industry are unmatched, and we became so close over the course of planning our wedding. I could email her a list of questions and she would email me right back with 10 answers AND somehow leave me with this feeling of security that everything was covered. I never had to wonder. Donna is a firecracker who will go to bat for you, provide advice, get things done, answer every question, and also be honest with you . She’s not going to just tell you what you want to hear. She’s going to tell you what you need to know while being incredibly professional about it. We trusted her completely.
And this leads me to Chandra… oh my gosh. She played a HUGE role in our decision to book Hotel LBI in the first place. She sold us immediately. I literally walked into our original tour with 100 questions prepared, and she left me speechless because she had already answered everything before I even needed to ask. She was also my amazing bridal attendant on our wedding day, and whatever I needed, she was there. She was outstanding.
Next is Vinny… an absolute ROCKSTAR. He was running around our entire cocktail hour and reception (and probably more) making sure everything went smoothly. I know there were probably a million things happening behind the scenes that we never even knew about because he and the team handled everything so seamlessly. He was impeccable.
The servers, bartenders, and entire staff were phenomenal. The amount of guests who have been raving about our wedding is unbelievable. From the delicious food and drinks, to the excellent service, to how organized the entire event was, people cannot stop talking about it.
We chose the duet plate with lobster tail and filet mignon, fingerling potatoes, and asparagus. Our guests keep telling us that both the filet and lobster were cooked to perfection. The cocktail hour food blew everyone away too. You don’t always get that kind of feedback about food at a wedding with that many people, which says SO much about this team.
My now husband, Devon, and I literally SOBBED on the dance floor at the end of our wedding because we did not want the night to end. That is how perfect it was. If you’re reading this review because you’re considering Hotel LBI for your wedding, BOOK IT. You will not regret it. Of course wedding planning comes with normal stress, but you will never have to wonder whether this venue and this team know what they are doing. They do. They’re pros. They have it covered. They host weddings every single weekend and somehow they will make you feel like yours is the only one.
We decided to tip the staff at the end of the night and I’ll never forget how kind and professional they were to all LINE UP afterward and personally thank us. It was such a beautiful moment at the end of the night that said so much about the people who work at Hotel LBI.
Hotel LBI gave us the wedding of our dreams. We will truly never forget this team, this venue, or how they made us feel throughout the entire experience. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Hotel LBI again and again!!!!!!🤍

A Literal Dream Come True—Flawless from Start to Finish!
For everyone who told us we should just get married in a courthouse, I am so incredibly grateful we didn’t listen.

g this venue was the best decision we ever made, and I will forever owe my absolute favorite day to the remarkable team here.
To put this in perspective: my Maid of Honor noted in her speech that I have been giving "constructive criticism" since I could talk. I am not an easy critic! If there was even a minor detail to improve upon, I would absolutely say so. But from the exact second we toured the venue as a potential option until the moment we checked out the day after our wedding, everything was completely flawless.
The entire staff helped our day run so smoothly and effortlessly that I would do it over and over again if I could. Every single server, waiter, bartender, kitchen staff member, housekeeper, and valet went entirely out of their way to be helpful, and they did it all with a genuine smile on their faces.
A few very special shoutouts to the rockstars who made our dream a reality:
• Donna & Chandra: You both are utterly amazing. You answered emails seven days a week, never giving me a single moment to worry about a thing. You were always just one phone call away, offering your incredible expertise whenever I was unsure about a decision and providing top-tier vendor recommendations. You are the reason our day ran so flawlessly.
• Vincent: Thank you for taking such amazing care of my husband! From putting on all the boutonnieres (which stayed perfectly straight all day!) to being the groom’s personal bartender, you were fantastic. Most importantly, thank you for making sure he had tissues in his pocket before our first look—he used every single one!
• Emily: You were my absolute savior and the ultimate calm amongst the chaos. Thank you for running to my room to grab everything I forgot, helping me change outfits twice, recommending the most beautiful, photo-worthy picture spots, and so gracefully navigating all of our different family dynamics.
Also our bartenders! I don’t remember your names but you guys were the best and my husband is still over the moon happy with everything you guys did for him :)
And finally... THE FOOD. OMG, to DIE for!! My husband and I may forever argue over what the absolute best dish was, but it was hands-down the best food I have ever put in my mouth. To this day, our guests are still reaching out to tell us how amazingly delicious everything was. The lamb lollipops, the bacon-wrapped scallops, and every single station at the cocktail hour were spectacular. The surf and turf main entree and the crème brûlée were out of this world.
If you are looking for a venue where the team treats you like royalty, anticipates your every need, and serves unforgettable food, look no further. Thank you all for making our wedding a dream come true!

to offer her honest opinion and valuable advice on every aspect of the wedding—from vendor recommendations and menu selection to vow/speech guidance and dress-change timing. On top of that, she manages your wedding with military precision while genuinely caring about making your day unforgettable.
It is no wonder that the rest of the Hotel LBI team is equally amazing. Everyone from the maître d' to the bridal assistant and wait staff was simply awesome.
To give an example, I had an issue with a hotel room for my family. It turned out their room was right next to gigantic exterior fans running non-stop, so my family could not get any sleep the night before the wedding. As one can imagine, I had no presence of mind to deal with that problem on my wedding morning. When I asked Chandra for help, she immediately took control and moved my family to a new room. In another instance, I started trembling from cold and nerves right before the ceremony and Donna went out and brought me a brand-new fleece hoodie to warm me up!
The entire team did everything to make our special day truly magical. We received endless compliments on the venue, food, and service. I cannot recommend Hotel LBI highly enough!

The venue itself was absolutely stunning, and our guests talked about most the food, and for good reason - it was incredible!!! Delicious, beautifully prepared, and truly top-tier. The staff was equally amazing, helpful, kind, hardworking, and absolute powerhouses throughout the entire day. You can tell Donna and her team take immense pride in service and ensuring every wedding runs flawlessly.
A special shoutout to our bridal attendant, Leah, and our Maitre’D, Vincent, there honestly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible they were. They were somehow everywhere all at once. They kept us on time, bustled and carried my dress, fixed my hair, made sure we ate, reassured us when we needed it, and handled every detail with such warmth and professionalism. The only way I can describe them is unicorns. I was amazed at how helpful and wonderful they were. I joked during the day that this must be what it feels like to be a celebrity, because Leah and Vincent truly made us feel like we were their absolute top priority from start to finish. Their kindness, calmness, and ability to make us feel cared for and supported made all the difference.
I truly could not have asked for a better wedding day, and it would not have been possible without the amazing staff, gorgeous venue, and exceptional food at Hotel LBI. ut our day did not go unnoticed. Our entire bridal party noticed how great the staff was and we all felt so comfortable all day! The staff is definitely the main reason to book Hotel LBI — the beautiful venue and great food are just icing on the cake!
The venue itself is stunning. They recently got glass garage doors for their veranda area so although it was raining during our wedding, we were still able to have cocktail hour on the veranda! It was absolutely perfect!! The reception room itself is unlike any other. Stunning shiplap, floor to ceiling windows, and high vaulted ceilings. When we were looking at venues, it seemed that a lot had nice spaces until your wedding was too big. Then the spaces would just be a walled ballroom. We did not want this! Hotel LBI can accommodate a big guest count, into the 200s, in this same stunning space. The rooms are unmatched, every room having their own kitchen. Our guests loved them! And the hotel itself is just stunning!
Lastly, the food was amazing!! We served surf and turf as the main course. Our guests gave us feedback that it was the best wedding food they have ever had!! The cocktail hour food was even better! All served with a premium bar.
We cannot recommend Hotel LBI enough! They are the BEST at what they do!!

Donna was incredible from start to finish and is truly great at her job. She made us feel so special during the whole process and part of the hotel LBI “family”. She truly made the wedding planning process fun, exciting, and stress-free for us from start to finish! Her upbeat energy, warm personality, organization, professionalism, and expertise really showed through. Her timely communication and guidance really took all the stress out of planning and we couldn’t be more grateful. She also took a lot of time going over my mom’s diet restrictions beforehand and the morning of the wedding to make sure she would get what she needed which we all really appreciated.
Donna and her staff are truly amazing and did everything to make our day run smoothly in every sense. The ceremony and reception room were decorated beautifully and they definitely brought our vision to life. Vincent did an amazing job as Maitre D and guided us through every step of the day, executing everything perfectly. Emily (our bridal attendant) was fantastic and was a sweet, calming presence for me (and all of us!) all day. My dad, mom, MIL and MOH all commented on how helpful Emily was, and how nice it was to have her with us.
We can’t say enough good things about the whole experience and we are so thankful for all the Hotel LBI staff did to make everything so memorable and special for us. Not only is it such a beautiful place but the staff and service are top notch. We truly had the best day of our lives and wish we could relive it all again! 100/10 would recommend!

Not only is the place so beautiful with a stunning area for a rooftop ceremony and the best food I've every had, it really is the staff that can take your wedding to the next level; and I'd have to say they have one of best. The coordinator, Donna, made planning this wedding a breeze, and I knew the day would be a success leaving it in her hands with her extensive knowledge of menu creations and just overall event planning. It truly felt like she cared about us and wanted to get to know us, which made the whole process just that much better. Chandra, my bridal attendant, went to extra lengths to help me with absolutely anything I needed on the day, allowing me to maximize my fun and not worry about literally a single thing. She is absolutely the best! And lastly, Vince was so good at explaining everything so well to my wedding party, telling me where I needed to be so I didn't have to worry about day of timelines, and making sure we had the best time. From the very first panicked phone call to Donna, she turned what was a stressful time into a dream experience. She was so empathetic to our situation, willing to work with us, and up for the challenge of putting our wedding together in under 30 days. Every interaction was kind, professional, and encouraging. The entire planning process was seamless despite the time crunch we were in. She makes you feel like you’re the only and most important couple she is working with. We absolute love her!!
On the day of, everything went better than we could have imagined. The venue was beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the food is great. The bridal assistant Leah is a super hero. She was by my side all day, with a fanny pack that always had whatever random item I found myself needing. Due to some happy tears, my make up smudged a bit. Not only did she race up to the room to grab my make up bag, she redid the area for me and saved the day. I also spilled espresso martini down my dress minutes before the ceremony and she quickly got the stain out before I even had time to process it. Vinny our maître D was also there every second with a smile, drinks for us, and asking what we needed. They are truly the best of the best.
Our only regret was not booking with Hotel LBI from the beginning. What started as a nightmare, turned into the best day of our lives thanks to Donna and the Hotel LBI staff. I will never forget them

e sure we enjoyed every part of the experience. Everything was incredibly organized and communication was very open throughout the planning process. On the day of, the Maitre’ d, Petra guided us through each part of the day, and facilitated getting all of the vendors in the right place at the right time. My bridal attendant Leah had everything our group could ever want or need for emergencies and to trouble shoot any situations throughout the day. The food and bar cannot be compared, and we heard nothing but glowing feedback from all the guests. The team at the hotel set up all of the decorations for us and planned little moments throughout the day to allow my husband and I to enjoy the day. At the end of the night, everything was packed up and delivered to our suite, no breakdown needed. We loved working with this group and cannot recommend using them enough!

the moment I called to make my tour of the venue Donna seemed so excited for me. During my first tour, Chandra showed me and my maid of honor around and explained everything. She was so sweet and was able to answer all my questions. After having seen a few other venues prior to this, I knew that this was my dream venue. I had another tour and brought my now husband and both of our moms. Chandra and Donna showed us around and there was absolutely no pressure from them. They told us how the day would go and all of the things that they would be helping out with so that the day would run smoothly. I knew that if I chose them, they would take so much of the stress off of me. As soon as we left my fiancé said that this was his favorite place and that we should go with them. He said they seem to know what they’re doing and they were the best of all the places I had forced him to go. My mother felt the same way. We were so excited to choose hotel LBI. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and always helped with anything that I needed. They had set up multiple meetings and had them scheduled well in advance and told me what things needed to be done next without stressing me out. I was able to meet a lot of the staff who would be present on my wedding day. Even my tasting was a great experience with Petra and vincent.
My wedding day could not have went more smoothly. Everyone says there will be things that go wrong or things not placed in the right area. However, none of that happened on my wedding day. Everything ran perfectly smoothly and Petra had set up everything exactly how I envisioned if not better.
My maitre D was also phenomenal. She knew exactly what she was doing. Anything that happened she was prepared for. Even my husband‘s button fell off of his jacket and she sewed it on within minutes. She helped me transition my hair from a half up/half down to a low bun during the middle of my reception. She went and got my sneakers when I wanted out of my heals. She fixed my bustle when somebody had stepped on the dress while dancing and tore one of the hooks. She was so sweet and calm during the entire day.
They cleaned up everything at the end of the night and got everything back into my suite super organized.
Everything that they had done for me was part of their package and wedding experience. When you book hotel LBI everything will have been thought of. You don’t need any extras because they have created such a perfect wedding experience and cohesive plan for the day I really couldn’t have made it any better.
I truly feel they become your friends and you can tell they genuinely care. (I could even see them in the background of everything looking so happy for me and that they actually wanted to be there)

ur primary coordinator, Donna, was phenomenal. She kept us organized every step of the way, clearly communicated what was needed, and made sure we always knew what to expect. Thanks to her, planning our wedding was virtually stress-free, we felt completely confident that every detail was handled by Donna and her amazing team.
On the day of, Petra executed everything impeccably. She managed all the moving parts: coordinating with vendors, communicating with our guests, and ensuring everything went off without a hitch. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and could truly enjoy every moment.
Our bridal attendant, Emily, was also wonderful - so attentive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire day.
The venue itself is stunning, the staff were professional, organized, and friendly, and the food was amazing. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour and dinner, Every bartender and waiter provided impeccable service, and everything was spotless.

menal. Every time we stepped foot into Hotel LBI - whether it was for a regular stay or for wedding meetings - we were always greeted by smiling staff and immediately felt so welcome. The entire wedding staff - from Director of Catering Donna Bongiovi, to our Maitre D' Petra, all the way to Executive Chef Tim - went above and beyond for us and made us feel so special; we never once felt like just another couple getting married. Every staff member anticipated our next move before we did for ourselves and the attention to detail made us feel confident that our big day would go off without a hitch. We never once worried about anything going wrong, because the staff at Hotel LBI did *legitimately* everything in their power to prevent potential bad news from reaching us. The food for our wedding was so amazing that even the pickiest of eaters raved about how good the food at both cocktail hour and dinner was. The venue is always impeccably clean and the rooms are extremely spacious. We firmly believe that the wedding process is only as enjoyable and easy as the people you work with, and we enjoyed every meeting with the staff at Hotel LBI because of how seamless they made this process and how genuinely excited they were for our wedding. On our wedding day, we were cared for by our maitre d', Vinny, who went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy all day long. He took care of all the little details, thoughtfully checked to make sure everything was set up perfectly in the space, and kept us fed and hydrated. we knew this was the place. She was so thorough, spending an incredible amount of time walking us through every detail, answering all our questions, and making us feel completely at ease. We connected with her right away and absolutely loved her. Throughout the planning process, both Donna and Chandra were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind—always available to calm our nerves and guide us through the process. Every meeting left us more excited and confident that we were in great hands.
Our tasting felt like a royal experience thanks to Petra, who made us feel so special and taken care of. We decided to host all of our wedding events at Hotel LBI, and we’re so glad we did. Our rehearsal dinner at SALT was beautiful—elegant, intimate, and delicious. The welcome drinks at the Tide Pool Bar were a hit, giving our guests a fun and relaxed way to kick off the weekend with amazing drinks, bar pies, and top-notch bartenders.
When wedding day arrived, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly—even with a forecast that included rain and thunderstorms. Petra reassured us with her radar app (lol!), and just 30 minutes before the ceremony, the sun came out! The Hotel LBI team was on it—drying off the rooftop space with blowers and towels to make sure our ceremony started right on time. It was such a magical moment.
Throughout the day, the team went above and beyond. Petra made sure we had drinks in hand and smiles on our faces. Chandra even held up my dress and veil during photos to keep them picture-perfect. These small, thoughtful touches meant the world to us.
Guests raved about the cocktail hour, the reception dinner, and the overall vibe of the night. The staff helped bring our décor vision to life, placing our extra items perfectly and transforming the room into something straight out of a dream. The party was seamless from start to finish!
Even the morning-after breakfast buffet was a hit—delicious and a great way to send off our guests. We spent time relaxing by the pool after, and the staff (many of whom we hadn’t met before) still treated us like VIPs, congratulating us and making sure we were enjoying every moment.
To Donna, Petra, Chandra, and every single team member at Hotel LBI: thank you for making our wedding weekend absolutely unforgettable. You made us feel so special and cared for, every step of the way. We can’t recommend Hotel LBI enough—it was the perfect venue for the best day of our lives.

manage and arrange every part of the wedding. They were transparent from day one, and they were responsive to all our questions and concerns. During the planning stage, Donna took care to understand exactly what we were looking for in our ceremony and any accommodations we may need for any of our guests. Day of, Petra ensured that we were taken care of, everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and everything was organized and ready to go. The venue itself is beautiful; the hotel rooms are perfect for accomodating traveling guests and the food is excellent. If you are between here and any other venue for your wedding, choose this one. You will not regret it.

is a dream come true to work with—from the first day my husband and I met her, she made sure we were taken care of, covering all her bases and anticipating our needs. Our wedding day itself was perfection—even in the dead of winter, Hotel LBI shines.
Our entire wedding party and all of our guests were beyond impressed with Petra, our Maître D', who kept our event running smoothly from start to finish. Emily, my Bridal Attendant, was simply amazing. I cannot say enough about how helpful she was, tending to my every bridal need throughout the day.
The food is unparalleled, the entire waitstaff is accommodating, and the experience is just wonderful. I wish I could relive our day over and over again, and we have the team at Hotel LBI to thank for making it all so magical. I cannot recommend this venue enough—it has everything you could hope for and more!

ys responsive and willing to answer any/all questions we had. Leading up to our wedding, we had multiple meetings and phone calls to go over our wedding day minute by minute to make sure it ran exactly how we envisioned it. On the day of the wedding the whole staff worked cohesively to bring our vision to life without a hitch. The rooms are beautiful and spacious to get ready in, and the groomsmen enjoyed relaxing in the boardroom before the ceremony started. Leah and Chandra remained by my side all day as my bridal attendants to fix my hair, dress, makeup, make sure I was eating/drinking, and help with whatever I needed. Petra, the Maître D', made sure we were running on time and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. Not only did they all make sure that things ran smoothly, but they felt like family enjoying and celebrating our love with us. They made sure my husband and I got time to ourselves before cocktail hour to enjoy the amazing food and have time to soak everything in. The food for cocktail hour and dinner was DELICIOUS, with our guests still telling us how amazing it was. It was truly the perfect day and there's not a single thing I would change. Our guests have told us on multiple accounts that it was the best wedding they've been to and I credit Hotel LBI and their staff for making that possible!!

her so often! She always was sure to answer my questions quickly & gave the best advice. A true angel when it comes to planning your special day. Petra & Emily during our wedding day were the best!!! Emily constantly had my lipgloss, phone, and made sure I always had a drink & I was okay. All our guests have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! Our food was spectacular & they even accommodated pierogis for our cocktail hour as my husband & his family are Polish! Hotel LBI made our wedding day so spectacular. From their amazing staff, beautiful venue, beautiful rooms for guests, all the way down to their rustic tables & chairs, Hotel LBI is one of a kind. I also truly recommend to book the Lavish Bay suite for your getting ready room! It was so beautiful & had so much space for me & my girls! Our maître d’, Petra, was super nice and made sure everyone understood where to be for the ceremony and reception. I am a type-A perfectionist who took on the task of planning my own wedding, however, with the support and guidance from the Dir. of Events, Donna, the execution by Maitre D’etage Petra, and the staff, we enjoyed every minute of our day and it went off without a hitch- possibly even better than we could have imagined! The staff truly becomes like family and Donna was the first person my husband and I hugged after walking down the aisle, Petra had us on time to every event without a worry in the world, my bridal attendant Emily was so incredible she anticipated my every need and was there to put my veil in, kept me in the best company when waiting to walk down the aisle, made sure I looked my best at all times and ensured I was well fed throughout the day. We also had the best experience at our tasting with Banquet Captains Maria and Vincent and requested that they be there on the night of our wedding which luckily worked out because they were also so helpful, kind, and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious and the Lavish Bay Suite was the PERFECT place for my large group to get ready in the morning of and a beautiful and romantic place for my new husband and I to spend our first night as a couple. The boardroom was also helpful for the men to relax in and the bridal party to have access to throughout the event. The entire team prioritized our enjoyment of the day - to not feel rushed, to be on time to each event, to be well fed, and to also have alone time together to soak it all up. Not to mention, the food was truly delicious!! I can’t recall another wedding I have been to where I was served a perfectly cooked filet AND a full lobster tail (even the other entree dishes were delicious, though we opted for the surf and turf). My guests still are talking about the food all of these months later! My husband and I even dine at Salt regularly just to have our wedding entree over and over again. Every single minute of our day was perfect and memorable and it is a true reflection of the hard working, professional, kind, and expert team at Hotel LBI. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!
