I had a good experience at this hotel. It is very clean, and I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. One suggestion would be to place microwaves in the rooms. Walking over to the Tru Hotel side is a bit inconvenient, especially consideri...
ng that the rooms have ample space for a microwave. Finally, please consider adding a few more healthier options to the menu.

Came to the area for work. From the time I checked in to check out. Everything was awesome. Sunday I got in about 7pm ordered the prime rib and it was amazing. Cooked and seasoned perfectly! The food the entire time was very good. The bartender...
on Sunday and Monday was friendly and attentive just like the lady on breakfast service on Monday and Tuesday morning. Great service all around. Rooms are large and comfy. They even checked in with me half way through my stay. I will be back.

This Hilton Brand is so much better than the Former Ramada Inn that was here previously! This Hilton property is very updated and stylish! I was very impressed with the way our room was set up and the bathroom with the sliding barn door was dif...
ferent! My dislike was that I was in a ADA room but I couldn’t take a shower because there was no Shower Chair for me to for to take a shower unlike the their other Hilton brand Tru that have them already built in the ADA shower! But, for my inconvenience Management offered 10,000 reward points! I would definitely come back here if we are visiting Wilmington, N.C. again! The staff was awesome, friendly and professional! Great Job!

The good news is that it's a Nice Hotel. Rooms were nice, looks good to the eye. Nice atmosphere. Great staff. I heard the pool area was really nice. Now, on the other hand, the heat/air system in the room was loud, the shower was hot one day...
and Luke warm the next, low flow, (boring shower), no towel bars in the bathroom, no shelf or grab bar in the shower. The ice machine on first floor not working. The bed was a little hard for me, but maybe ok for others.

Oh boy, the GM and executive chef are rude and sexist people. They dismiss any problems you have by telling you to leave and the executive chef sticks his nasty nose in business that has nothing to do with the kitchen, where he rudely tells his...
workers that is "his area to control." I say they are sexist because they seem to treat males with way more respect than they do women. Ive talked to a few other guest who also have the same disgusting treatment from the two, and avoids them. You ask to speak to someone about their attitudes and they tell you the wont give you that information and you can move on. Not all the hotel staff are rude at the front desk, except they seem to not know the rules of the hotel either. Is this a rule-free hotel because I dont seem to have clarification on anything around here and neither do they. Oh! And the cleaning people dont actually clean your room! I asked for light housekeeping and another roll of toilet paper, but dont replace my towels. The ONLY thing they did was change towels, REPLACE my toilet paper (giving me a new roll, not an extra and taking my half roll and probably throwing it away like a wasteful hotel), and take my trash & recycling. I would not recommend this hotel, there are so many other ones in the Wilmington area that Im almost sure you would get treated better there than here, or at least not completely dismissed. As a travel agent, I will not be sending my clients here for them to have a bad experience and them not do anything to help them, because I sure am having a terrible experience in this hotel and it is due to the rudeness of the men in charge. Yes, just the men in charge, how typical, a man flexing his power over a woman. The executive chef does that with his wait staff too, who seem to be mainly women.
