If I could give Hotel Lela more than 5 stars I definitely would! I’m a coach bus driver and had a group in Wilmington for the week, the hotel has ample parking space. The room was spotless at check in and unlike other hotels you get daily clean...
ing without begging for it. The housekeeping crew is outstanding! The pool is huge and the outdoor area with ping pong and corn hole is a good time. Having a pool table and virtual game area is also a nice add on not at most hotels. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff and management, they always have a smile and are eager to help. Location is fantastic for quickly getting to UNC, shops, restaurants, and the beaches. If you’re coming to the Wilmington area this is a great place to stay!

nities, I didn’t get to explore all of them but I did got to the bar and restaurant which was amazing. The bar tender was so friendly, the food was good, and nearby customers were super friendly as well. Now, I’ve officially found my go to hotel whenever I’m in Wilmington. I will absolutely be back

This hotel is fairly new, so there will be bumps. The customer service was great even with the system failure. I feel though the rooms are too close together as you can hear other people, especially in the hallway. In the shower there’s no plac...
e to put your body wash or soap. There also isn’t something to hold onto in the shower. The bed was so comfortable and housekeeping stays up on things which was good as well. When the air conditioner comes on, it is a little loud to where you can’t hear the TV. I feel for the price of the rooms a complimentary breakfast should be included, but I guess that’s changing with a lot of hotels. Other than that the hotel is nice and a good distance to drive to downtown Wilmington. But, overall nice hotel.
