First time being there I like the atmosphere, the check-in staff. I like the bar area. Because I have a friend who bartending there and he brought me there today for the first time. So I decided to make a review to let you know about this place...
and trust me. I would rather recommended my friend and everyone to check-in when your in town for visit. I know you will like it. Specially it's in a good neighborhood away from the Tenderloin area. Come around holiday and you will know what I mean..always remember that You and your family should feel safe and enjoy no matter where you at..finding the right place to stay is here at The Hotel Majestic.. good luck and stay warm ...

I stayed here for three days, and the hotel was clean, with friendly staff. The location is in a good area, which made it easy to get around. I also had breakfast included, and it was very good. Overall, a great stay!

I spent 5 nights here in October. The hotel has bags of character and is very quirky - nothing like the typical hotel chains that are available. In many ways it's like stepping back in time! The room was very clean and comfortable. My only ...
gripe is that the window could not be opened (I like a bit of fresh air when I go to bed) and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. However, it wasn't warm enough to need the A/C, so not a major issue.
The staff were all very helpful.
You can help yourself to bottled water in the reception area and there's a fridge in the room to store your provisions.
Breakfast was a bonus - fruit juice, tea, coffee, bread, toast, bagels, muffins, cereals, waffles, eggs, fruit ...
Bus/tram stops are just a few minutes away and there are some very good bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Overall this hotel offers excellent value for money.

I had the most incredible visit to The Hotel Majestic! Loved my room. Very old world feel, nicely appointed, had everything you could ask for. The lobby, continental breakfast, and beautiful bar made you feel right at home. Everyone working...
at the front desk and in the building were very helpful and kind, but huge compliments to Christian behind the bar! We spent all three evenings in there from just a drink on one evening to several hours on another, and had an absolute blast! He was very attentive, upbeat, and fun! Look forward to coming back soon!
