Hotel Paseo was the perfect venue for our destination wedding. Communication and planning were a breeze. We were able to drive out from LA for a tasting at AC3, the hotel’s restaur...
ant responsible for catering. Everything we tried was delicious! They were great about letting us customize exactly what we wanted on our reception menu. The hotel property itself is gorgeous. Very mid-century modern with incredible art pieces. We encouraged everyone to stay at the hotel under our room block, which gave us tons of quality time with friends and family before the wedding. We threw a pool party and after our rehearsal dinner, invited everyone for drinks and desserts out on the back patio. The string lights and vintage Airstream Trailer make for an awesome backdrop. I stayed in the Billiards suite, which features a pool table and record player. My groomsmen and I loved the “Rat Pack” vibe. My wife stayed in the Glamour suite, which was a great spot for her bridesmaids to get ready in the morning. As we were getting ready, hotel staff coordinated with our vendors to ensure seamless delivery and setup. We didn’t have a wedding planner (which I’ve now learned can be a risky move) but our ceremony went without a hitch. Guests loved our cocktail hour as the sun was setting - again AC3 killed it with an incredible cheese platter. The ballroom was a perfect size for our group (145 guests). Full but not cramped. Service was excellent all night long. We had a couple rowdy guests drink too much, but thankfully the staff took care of the situation calmly and professionally. Overall, my wife and I were extremely happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Hotel Paseo!
