This is a lovely hotel in a great location. I have also had some good luck talking to the staff. There was an issue with my bill and Ashley at the front desk took care of it for me in record time. Thanks!

Staff were very welcoming and immediately helpful from the moment I arrived. Check in was smooth & the room was spotless. Rooms were cleaned every day & I never had to ask for towels or anything. The gym is better than most hotel gyms. This is ...
a beautifully designed hotel, and like most autograph hotels, did not lack attention to small details. The rooftop bar was lovely and the bartenders were engaging & accommodating. Will definitely stay here again anytime I am in El Paso.

By far one of my favorite stays. The hotel gives a complementary glass of champagne upon checking in. The rooms are ALWAYS clean and the staff is so sweet. The roof top bar is great and the gym is large. Located near lots of restaurants. .

Do not spend your money here. I opened a tab at their rooftop bar, and when I went to close out less than 30 minutes later, they claimed they never had my card or a tab on me. I left all my information on a paper for them to call me if they fou...
nd it. After three days of no call, I called them to see if it turned up. Apparently, they had found it that same night but never contacted me. They were unapologetic when I went to pick up my card, and claimed that they were charging an automatic gratuity for leaving my card behind, and I had to explain to multiple employees that I didn't abandon my tab, they lost my card. They didn't do anything to make it right, and repeatedly blamed me for leaving my card despite plenty of evidence showing their negligence. The only upside was that they had a security log showing it had been in a safe since it was found the night they lost it. Overall bad service and a bad experience.
