was not updated like promised. Only the light fixature. They forgot to serve my kids the menu, and tired to charge me for extra people which was quickly reversed. But someone had forgot to inform the accountant about it so he still tried to charge my card on file. We decorated the ballroom area the best we could to hide the wallpaper peeling of the wall. The coordinator was ok not very hands on like we wish she would've been. We had to rent our suite for our wedding night a day before so we would have access to it on the wedding day because they couldn't promise us a early check in. My Husband had to rent a suite as well just for a hour or so because they would not allow early check in for him as well. It really wasnt no area for him and his groomsmen to be until the wedding started. Which the rooms can be somewhat pricey. The gave us one free night which was Sunday but we pretty much had to beg for it. All the money we was spending on this wedding you would have thought a night would be included. In the meeting the event coordinator had promise that they would set our room for a honeymoon night with chocolate cover strawberries and Champange which never happen. They failed to tell me upon check in I had to pay a $50 a night insurance depoist for the suite good thing I had $150 extra to spare until I checked out. WilI suggest to use this hotel for a wedidng. NO !!! Unless you on tight budget for food and space but you're going have to do a lot reaching out to them and you can't believe what they tell you. Also check your bill..
