This hotel is truly beautiful. I absolutely love the decor, the lighting, and the whole vibe in the room and in every area of the hotel. The copper tub was magical and comfortably fit two average height/weight adults and the dimmable lights thr...
oughout the room were a nice touch. We appreciated the fireplace, the big tvs, the room service, and the friendly staff. It was such a great experience. And the romance package is a great deal as the $100 credit covers food/parking/gratuity/etc.

Extremely clean, quality furniture in rooms, excellent customer service and amenities. Loved the Nespresso machine and snacks/mini bar available in the room. A little tricky figuring out where to park, and the shower being fully enclosed in gla...
ss left little privacy to the bathroom, including the toilet. The restaurant options included or nearby are great. Overall highly recommended!!

Stayed at this location for our first time in February. Best explanation that I can provide is WOW!
From the time we arrived (Valet) through the check out (front desk) we were treated like royalty. Amazing service by a staff that are truly amb...
assadors for the brand and create an incredible atmosphere.
The hotel is very clean and very inviting from the lobby to the rooms. Our room layout was wonderful and the room was loaded with amenities. It was quiet and easy to navigate. Location is central to downtown so it's really easy to walk to the nightlife after dinner.
Rooftop was amazing and what a view. We also made reservations at the Supper Club and it too was incredible. Service was impeccable while not being overbearing. The food was amazing and very fairly priced. Cannot wait to go back and eat more off the menu.
Overall, I cannot believe there is a better hotel to stay at in Boise. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a "staycation" at the Renegade.

3 day business trip, stay was fine. Had a few issues, shower head needed to be switched out, and I asked for a full size ironing board. The room provided a very small ironing board with 5” wobbly legs. Not sure where to use it (the floor?) Main...
tenance was responsive and helpful. The room I stayed in was a single king. No closet, no drawers. The wooden wardrobe that was pretty useless. A small clothes rack in the safe compartment. I could hang pants with the few hangers provided, but that’s it. Bathroom had a small vanity, fine for one man. The desk in the room was fine to work on with a laptop, but the chair was too low and the casters didn’t roll on the carpet. The hotel is beautiful, but it’s more form over function for a business traveller. Maybe I’m not the target demographic. The roof top bar is very nice, good drinks, nice views. The duck fat fries were great. Sliders were good but a bit smoke heavy. The blue collar coffee shop has great muffins and coffee. Hotel staff was friendly. I attended an event one night on the 8th floor. The food was good and the 2 bartenders were great. The Heated outdoor patio was comfortable. Overall great vibe, friendly people, but it fell short on some hotel basics in my opinion.

This was our second visit. We had stayed here after they first opened so we decided to see how they've progressed. We decided to spend 4 nights here during our latest trip to Boise. While we found the rooms to be clean and well appointed, we we...
re unfortunately put in a room overlooking an alley with no view of anything but garbage dumpsters where we were then woken up every morning at 4 am by the garbage truck as they obnoxiously emptied all the dumpsters over a 10-15 minute span.
The service was also very hit and miss. While the front desk people will for the most part greet you and say hi as you pass by and the valet were quick to open the door for us, we spent 10 minutes + sitting at the bar on our first night while being completely ignored by all 3 bartenders as they continued conversations between themselves and the guests sitting on either side of us. We finally ended up walking out. The following morning also saw us getting ignored when we tried to get coffee. With noone else in line, the barista walked past us several times continuing his work with no greeting or acknowledgment for several minutes despite helping the gentleman in front of us by giving him change.
We had planned on giving this feedback during our checkout but we weren't even asked about our stay.
The Bottom Line : the rooms are nice enough but definitely make sure you don't get stuck in an alley room. You are within walking distance to pretty much anywhere downtown and they have an on-site coffee bar. But the service is spotty and in general this hotel feels like they are trying to hard for a certain identity but falling short.
