The hotel itself is beautifully designed to work with the surrounding desert. The beds are super comfortable and sitting in the outdoor tub stargazing at night is something everyone needs to experience!!!! Can’t wait to come back!! The staff was very welcoming to us and our dog, even providing a few dog toys. We also highly appreciated the on-site EV charging. Inside the room, the shower was excellent, and the provided shower cosmetics were a great touch. As a newly opened property, we have two constructive suggestions that would improve the experience further: * Add mosquito nets to make sleeping with the doors open more enjoyable. * Equip the room's kitchen with basic cleaning supplies, cups, plates, and cutlery. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel. We would definitely return and recommend it to our friends.

d the mountain views from our room were absolutely picturesque. One of our favorite features was the private outdoor space right outside our door, it was the perfect spot for stargazing and taking in the beauty of the desert. We also loved the complimentary Saturday morning yoga session, which ended with a relaxing sound bath. The poolside cabanas were definitely a highlight of our trip. The atmosphere was great, and having a full bar and food options nearby made it easy to spend the entire afternoon there. We tried the chicken shawarma plate on our first night and really enjoyed it. The sauna, cold plunge, and 24-hour grab-and-go shop were all thoughtful touches that made the experience even better. The hotel is located in Twentynine Palms, making it a great home base for exploring the area. It’s just a short drive from Joshua Tree’s main dining and shopping district, so we were able to easily enjoy everything the area has to offer while still retreating to a peaceful and relaxing setting. Overall, Reset Hotel was the perfect girls' weekend getaway. Beautiful, rejuvenating, and exactly what we needed.

e why I was visiting with the local staff, Sheryl and Erica; and from that point on, the care we were shown was indescribable. Sheryl was literally an angel on earth when I needed it the most. It was a reminder of Jehovah’s love and that when you treat people with kindness and love...it moves the world. I will never ever forget how she made me feel in my most difficult heartbreak 💔. The rooms were amazing as well, right on the mountain, with unobstructed views to a celestial light show every night. Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley and Palm Springs were also very relaxing and had fantastic architecture and art. We went to Noah Purifoy and Danie Popper's outdoor exhibits, the living desert zoo to feed the giraffes and rode the aerial tram to 10000 feet for lunch, which was excellent. Another fave was dinner at the Kitchen Desert, which was awesome with amazing service. Overall, a fantastic trip..highly recommend.
