6 rooms for ourselves and our guests. While every room was slightly different and had its own quirks, all of our guests were happy with their accommodations. Every staff member we encountered could not have been more helpful! They all went WAY out of their way to make sure that our Big Day went off without a hitch, and did everything in their power to make this stay memorable! From a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room, to much help with carrying of boxes, cleanup after the ceremony, delivering gift bags to our guest's rooms, etc. This is a staff that really knows customer service.
If you want to stay in the middle of everything the French Quarter has to offer, in a 200 year old, yet updated gem of a hotel with the best customer service around, stay here.
