The catering and event planning of the Hotel Victor is in charge of Bice Restaurant.
All I have to say is THANK YOU!, we had planned a ceremony right on the beach and then the ...reception on the hotel terrace.
Since is Miami you know weather can be unpredictable. The day of the wedding it rained badly. I was very upset as you can imagine since everything that I had in my mind had to change. My wedding planner worked together with the hotel to make my dream wedding possible and so they did.
Guest were supposted to arrived at 6pm.
At 5pm the had to moved all the set up, the ceremony was moved to the terrace under a the “canopy” but we still had the ocean view.
And the reception was moved to the main dining room of the restaurant. There were able to fit 100 guest.
The FOOD!!! Yes the food!! I had a buffet style dinner.
- Hourse Salad
- Steak
- Seabass
- Ravioli
Kids menu (chicken tenders, spaguetti)
Everyone!! But I mean EVERYONE! Has said that the food was outstanding!!
So thank you so much BICE RESTAURANT, thank you CHEF ROSARIO!
