After touring several wedding venues throughout Dallas, we walked into Hotel Vin and immediately knew we had found the one. From the beautiful spaces to the incredible people behind them, Hotel Vin exceeded every expectation we had! One of the biggest reasons our experience was so wonderful was the team. Liz was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Eddie was equally amazing and made us feel confident and cared for every step of the way. The chef and culinary team deserve a special shoutout as well—they absolutely knocked it out of the park! My husband and I are huge foodies, so the food was one of the most important aspects of our wedding day. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the evening, and multiple people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had.  What we loved most about Hotel Vin was how effortlessly everything came together. The venue is bright, elegant, and modern while still feeling warm and inviting. We loved having access to the beautiful ballrooms and rooftop deck, as it was important to us that our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception could all happen in one location. Being able to celebrate the entire day without guests having to travel between venues made the experience so much more enjoyable for everyone. Most importantly, Hotel Vin made our wedding feel easy and worked seamlessly with our planner Marian! The team handled every detail with professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality. We were able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy one of the best days of our lives knowing everything was in great hands. Choosing Hotel Vin was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. If you're looking for a venue with stunning spaces, exceptional food, a beautiful hotel experience, and a team that truly cares about making your day special, we cannot recommend Hotel Vin enough. We would choose it again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our experience at Hotel Vin. From the very beginning of wedding planning, the staff — especially my girl Liz, the sales manager — were so on top of their game. We were incredibly impressed by their professionalism, especially compared to other venues. They make it easy to set up a tour and are transparent with pricing upfront. I hate when venues won’t share pricing unless you attend a meeting with them — it’s a waste of everyone’s time. Liz was helpful from start to finish, always making us feel heard and taken care of. She was easy to communicate with and made the planning process feel seamless, especially since we didn’t work with a planner until about a month out from the wedding. As a venue space, Hotel Vin is both beautiful and convenient. Talk about a win-win. Guests will love the proximity to the airport as well as the fun restaurants and shops nearby. You will love the floor-to-ceiling windows in the ballrooms, the stunning chandeliers, the neutral carpet, the provided amenities, and most importantly, having everything in one place. Not having to worry about traveling from point A to point B — whether getting ready or moving from ceremony to reception — was such a relief on the wedding day. The food was fantastic, and the catering staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were served the appetizers we missed during cocktail hour once we finally sat down for dinner, and that our glasses were never empty. Such a subtle but incredibly thoughtful touch. Beyond Liz, every Hotel Vin staff member we interacted with from catering to the valet team was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Those small moments of care added up and made the entire experience feel extra special. Bottom line: this hotel and its staff are phenomenal and truly treat you like royalty on your wedding day. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
