I had family drive in from Los Angeles to visit for Easter. Check in was easy and fun. Customer service was great, down to earth and had a fun attitude. All the commodities were top notch. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and the staff ...
was very helpful. The pool and pool area was clean and comfortable. I will check in to this hotel, even if I live in town, to enjoy a mini vacation because it's beautiful and fun.

So bummed I didn’t get the young lady’s name… but at breakfast she manages the breakfast room… she needs a raise!! She was so welcoming and friendly! She was so accommodating! Every morning she had a great attitude!

ined and perfect for relaxing! The pool area is nice and maintained daily but crowded with people who didn’t appear to be hotel guests which made it hard to enjoy.

rtable 😌 accept the ⚠️WIFI constantly went out. The breakfast was not complimentary as the website advertises. The TV would also cut out often and there was no power cord for the phone to call the front desk. The coffee was complimentary and served 24 hours. The location is good.

Booked my room for the amount on booking for the price of 155.51 I understand an additional 100 deposit was held and to be released but after discussing with my bank all the additional charges they charged me a total of 525$ I have called for t...
he last few weeks to speak with management they are on vacation, spoke to an assistant manager and she’s stating those charges never happened and was not helpful or understanding at all. I’ve seen many reviews of them adding additional charges and doing nothing when it is brought to their attention. The room was decent not the best at being clean but was not horrible, staff was friendly but management is horrible and inexperienced.
